The website was easy and quick to use and got my led kit fast only problem was one of the lights was blown and the other worked emailed the customer support on Sunday still waiting for a reply hopefully I won't have to order another set as it came blown out
Easy site to work with and live chat was most helpful. After receiving my shipment installation was a little rough as directions were a bit hard to comprehend. I suppose there is a little lost in interpretation as I'm sure this product is from China.
Really like the bulbs I purchased and I appreciate the fact that I could speak directly to a representative to answer my questions about the needs of my car. In person on the phone customer service builds trust with me and saves time because I drive for a living. I don't have a lot of time send emails. I will be doing more business with your very soon.
After much research, I really decided on Xenon pro, due to customer ratings. I received the kit quickly, very complete and a very quick install. So for zero issues and would recommend this product. Not this lowest cost product, but you get what you pay for. Very pleased

Also, my OEM lights had a dust shield, and now that I installed the led, I like the LED, but it caused another problem, that will eventually cause the LED investment to be worthless. Am I missing parts/directions here? I feel cheated.

The lights look great and shipping was extremely fast. I had a set on order from a competitor site that promised shipping in 3-5 days. Once I placed the order I was immediately informed they were experiencing significant delays. With no lights after 3 weeks, I cancelled the order and ordered from Xenon Pro. I confirmed shipping times via online chat with a sales rep and they promised the order would be shipped within 24 hours. IT WAS! I received the lights 2 days after that. Outstanding!
Products are inferior and constantly failing. 3rd time in 2 years I have had to replace components. Only making this purchase for low price before selling vehicle. I'll be buying from TheRetroFitSource from now on.
One set didn't work and i had to jump through hoops to get my new unit. Other then that your product is one of the best out there. If both Xeon units worked fine you guys would have got 5 stars across the board!

Material received was not as displayed on website. Notwithstanding, equipment performs well and no issues to date. Installation easy but instructions lack detail and are printed too small even for someone with normal eyesight. There is room for improvement here.
Cooling fans on LED H11 units are noisy and can be heard from within cabin when radio is off.
So far things have been a great experiance but nowhere on your order form did it say funds were in US dollars when my order came from within Canada. I called customer service to inquire but nobody ever returned my call.

Louis is great, answers all questions quickly. I recieved my order super quick. Loved the confirmation before shipping that everything was correct and it was being shipped. Have not installed yet being its a Christmas present. Cannot comment on install yet.
Product was of poor quality. Tabs on connectors were bridle and braking off. One bulb didn't work. Tried to send back for refund. Was charged a 20% restocking fee & return shipment by Federal Express cost $93.03.
Lost $120. And ended without any led bulbs. Will never deal with your company again!²
Good shipping times, decent prices for whats out there but bad quality. My ballasts overheated causing the bulbs to flicker and cut off after 30 seconds of the vehicle being on. You say they are tested but everyone says that. Won't ever buy or recommend.
Quick, painless order. For my 2011 Silverado, the bulbs themselves did require removal of the head lamp assemblies (which in turn required grille removal) but otherwise they fit well and provide an excellent amount of down road visibility. I personally got the least bright version to avoid having people flash their high beams at me. They're still quite bright and work well thus far. At the rate that GM vehicles seem to eat headlights, these may be a money saver down the line if they last even 3 years.
Guys, you addressed my purchase to the wrong address. Rhe package was delayed and I missed my auto appointment. If not for FEDEX diligent efforts, over $200 hard earned dollars would have fallen into the hands of someone else. I don't have money to throw away like that. Please take care in addressing packages. Website was easy to navigate, parts came in very fast.
Parts have terrible fitment. The housing for the fan/motor extends too far back. Less than 1mm from the metal support on my 2500 Chevy (diesel). With the anti flicker setup the amount of wire is excessive and impossible to tuck or zip tie neatly.
Overall quality of the bulbs is pretty good, but as always could be better. The lows spread light very well but do not illuminate very far down the road. Hi beams are fantastic! Would rate bulb quality 4/5. Have worked great so far with zero issues, just terrible fitment. Would likely try to find LED's that have a slightly more compact design should I need to replace these in the future. Slightly overpriced as for what I paid for hi's and lows I could have have just bought projectors. However, I would rate my experience collectively a 4/5 with fitment being the only real issue I had.
I would like more info about the warning cancellers for installing and if they are needed for this vehicle, otherwise very helpful.
Update: lights barely fit into the 04 Avalanche although it is said that they do. The fans on the back of these LED high beams push the whole unit forward preventing it from seating properly. May be good product but they did not do their research.
Lifetime warranty locked me in.
Bulbs are able to spin unlike a factory replacement bulb that does a half turn and 'locks' into place.
Keep in mind the size of these bulbs due to the cooling fan you will most likely need to do some trimming in order to get the bulbs to clear headlight housings.
