Purchased $100.00 set of lamps with lifetime warranty. Lamp only lasted 16 months. When you purchase, shipping free with option to upgrade to Express Delivery for $9.95. When you warranty claim they jump your shipping to $19.95. These high price lamps no better than the cheaper ones. Need to remove "Satisfaction Guaranteed".
Satisfied with the shopping experience. I would like a more precise way to view light output that would consider color. I had a dilemma between yellow and white, but not knowing how much reduction comes with yellow lighting I chose white, which may be less aesthetic with a 1993 car. We'll see!

Installation went well. Instructions were very poor. Written by a person who does not know English very well.
I have moderate + mechanical skills. One who is less skilled will have difficulty installing the product with the instructions provided. I used outside u-tube to aid in the installation.
Read some bad reviews on this Co. However, my experience overall was seamless, bear in mind that 'Louis C' was unexpected, nonetheless, I'm a satisfied customer and have let others know where I got my bulbs from.
Just installed and appear to be a good quality product. Instructions that come with the kit are TERRIBLE! Poor grammar (obviously written by someone from a non-English speaking country and poorly converted to English), and poorly explained. Very small images to assist in how the wires go together. I struggled a bit even with a magnifying glass.
I did speak to customer service located in Montreal to get more info on the product. The person I spoke with was English, spoke well, was courteous and helpful.
The product is good. Only issue as the instructions need to be updated and properly translated. I also tried contacting the company to know if I needed those anti flash capacitors if I got the high beams. But I never got a response. Also it wasnt clear that the price was in USD. So when I got the charge on my credit card I was surprised by the price difference. Hood thing I bought them on special.
I just ordered H3 fog lights. I've not been able to find them from other xenon providers. I hope that once I receive them they will fit and perform excellent and light up the road ahead.
After receiving the "H3 Fog lights", I attempted to install them and found that they did not fit my fog light housing. It turned out that the bulb was to long and would bottom out. The product appeared to be more of a headlight "9005" replacement. If your ordering upgraded HID lights to replace old dingy Halogen bulbs, I would suggest to speak to a live representative to avoid the shipping back and time wasted both yours and the folks at Xenon-Pro.
No problems, got my questions answered quickly too. HOWEVER, it would be very useful if there were a note included saying that it is possible to plug the lights in with reverse polarity. The OEM head light bulbs will only plug in one way, so I thought that was true of these as well- but it's not. Once customer service explained that to me, no problems.
We ordered two units from this household, the first order was not filled as ordered, but replaced with a different model. This is fine, but the option should be given to the purchaser to accept or receive a refund, it should not be automatically assumed this action is acceptable. Secondly the instruction booklet is written very lousy and is not translated for easy understanding. This definately needs corrected. When discussing this with a rep., he was anything but polite. Very unprofessional.
The second unit has not been opened yet due to personal issues, but will soon.
I am not in a position to add an opinion at this time. When I install in car we will see, but I do anticipate it will be fine if I can read the instructions. Thankyou
The chat help was prompt and very helpful, delivery was in time, nice packaging. However, product needed to come with a clearer diagram to help complete the wiring. I ended up using another source for a proper diagram. The lights are brighter than stock, however, my expectations for distant effect were left a bit to be desired.
Everything was perfect except that the lights do not project to the desired distance I had a set of cheaper led headlights and that projected at least 20' further the quality was perfect just not happy with how far out they shine
Placed the order and paid for Express delivery, still have not received anything, Tried phoning their office several times no answer, left voice mails, no answer, sent email, no response, tried their Chat service that is advertised as 24/7, NOT! Finally go in touch with one rep on CHAT, but he was unable to help told me to continue with what I have been doing. Still unable to contact anyone! Invoice did not include the discount as advertised on their web page. Jut rechecked their site to check order status, from what I can see the product has not shipped. They have a Canadian office and warehouse yet charge US dollars
Shopping experience was easy and payment secure. They included a tracking number and the package arrived perfectly on time. The product was exactly what I wanted and it works perfectly. My only complaint is that all prices were in USD without specifying the currency. I had assumed it was CAD. Other than that, I would definitely recommend the site!
Product works great, my second time buying. Bulbs were different color from what I had ordered. Spoke to a customer rep and he had asked for a picture. He said they looked good on my car and that I should keep them. Now I'm torn between reordering to get what I wanted originally or just keep what I have.
I would have liked to be able to buy 2 extra bulbs at the time of sale.
Customer service after an e-mail telling them that I had a bad bulb, and would they send me a new one: Great Over-the-top response unexpected: Received an entire bulb & ballast kit. Now I do have an extra bulb should one fail.
Although the order, shipping, and receiving were excellent, I had to adjust some of the fitment to my vehicle. It was not exactly plug and play as advertised. The directions were very poorly written and unclear. Aside from this, the product does what it is suppose to do. Thank You. Paul
I haven't put them on yet due to wether but they seem like they will work perfectly
Excellent product and very pleased with brightness. Install was easy, would have been easier though if instructions explained that if lights did not turn on the polarity on my vehicle may be reversed. Once I turned the each lights plug the lights came right on.
The lights I purchased were way better than expected and I have been very content for the last month with their function and would definitely recommend them to any one else who was in the market for headlights.
