Received my headlights, fast shipping nice packaging, and excellent product...but I seem to have a loose wire in one of the anti-flicker plugs I received and will be in touch with customer service soon. Will update after I contact them.
Product information was very clear. Site is easy to navigate and ordering process was straight-forward. Ordering was easy, and the car compatibility is easy to find.
However, customer service on the chat was unpleasant. The person I communicated with was very abrupt and condescending. Instead of answering my questions, he told me there's been no complaints so obviously it works. He came across as rude over the chat.
Also, when I installed the LEDs, one of them did not work. I took it into a shop thinking it might be the wiring or the fuse, but they told me the LED was blown. I contacted customer service but I'm still waiting to hear back.
Website seemed slow to load for some reason and I was not able to sign into my account. Asked for a lost password reset 5 times but never received an email. I have bought numerous times from you and did have an account previously, would have liked to link this order to that account. All this being said your products are great and shipping is fast.
Except for a bad ballast, all parts work fine. The installation was basically without problems and the instructions were clear. One side note for Kia Soul conversions for 2013 up, the hot lead is Close to the light front, Not in the rear
I ordered led head lights for my dad for xmas.The free shipping was great then to have 50 percent off made it better. Then for a bonus took another 10 percent off when going to checkout. All that and still get lifetime warranty
I received my order late had to make several calls and never could track it. I had already ordered replacement for them from someone else and received those three weeks before I got yours they are installed not sure what to do now.
The written installation instructions were lacking with some obvious translation mistakes. The install suggestions on the website were better. Fortunately it was pretty straightforward to put in. Not the equal of an OEM HID set up but hard to beat for the price.
Very nice packaging for the bulbs, and very nice product too! Easy to install, definitely plug and play, no problems. Prices are much more reasonable than the auto parts store prices! I'm super happy, I can see SO much better at night :)
Impressive customer service and follow ups. Definite an easy install. I went with the 35 Watts for my Yamaha R6. They are definitely and improvement. But not as bright as I had expected.
They seem to cover the area directly in front of me pretty well. But as far as distance I was not too impressed. The bulbs actually came scratched like they were used. I contacted customer service and they started if I had a problem with the product later to send in.
The ordering process was very informative and thorough for someone with absolutely no experience at applying this type additional equipment to their vehicle. It made sure that it was correct and complete for your purposes.
My overall experience is, doesn't meet expectations. The lights didn't match connectors, had change wiring on my car to match lights. Customer service has been inconvenient to get a hold of via email or call.
Great information on car make/model fitment options. Substantial improvement in overall brightness and visibility distance over stock bulbs. Product was a little pricey, but with the warranty coverage and driving improvement it was worth it.
After selecting model and product. I was instructed to buy the voltage regulator accessories that models like mine don't need.
When I called in to return the items I didn't need, the customer service rep said tough luck, the restocking charge is more than the items and I would owe more money to send the items back.
Pretty unbelievable.

Easy so far. Once I get them and install I will be able to rate for everything. Had to make changes to the access cover for the headlight as it would not fit back on with the new bulbs They are a lot bigger. Leaving it off isn't an option they seal the assembly. Very happy with the bulbs hope they have a good life span which will make the price well worth it.
So far we are very pleased with your customer service. Kevin was a big help with finding the right item for my 2000 Honda Civic.
Update: The lights are installed and I am very pleased with the results. Dealing with your company was a real pleasure. Previous to buying these lights, I bought some from Amazon that were supposed to fit my car. They did not and I had the inconvenience of having to return them.
My experience was very poor with this company. Not all of my order was delivered and when I tried to contact LEDheadlightspro through several emails and multiple voice messages, I never received a return email or phone call back. No one ever answers their phone. I would not recommend dealing with this Canadian based company.
Great live chat helps ensure you are getting the product you want. Product installs easily by simply following the color diagram. Very happy with the greatly improved lighting this system provides. And, at a very reasonable price, it's absolutely worth the time to make this conversion.
Everything with ordering online went smoothly & easy to use. As long as product works well. Once receiving the product & plugged everything in it all seemed to work properly but when doing the whole install for my vehicle there is a plastic dust cover which prevents the fan from fitting. I'm curious to know if you guys understand the actual install for each vehicle & what it takes or do or do you just know the bulb type for that vehicle? I had to cut holes in the cover for the fan to fit through & would've liked to know that before making the purchase so I could have made my decision with all info. Apart from that the lights work great..
I was iffy about buying online. I never trust sites online. I took a risk with these headlights. Best thing ever i love them so much. It is a safe and reliable website to order from. Make sure you get everything you need from the start don't cheap out just get everything.
The HID lights I purchased are absolutely horrible, they barley light up the road a standard set on halogens are a whole lot brighter. When I called about the defective lights I was asked, "do they light up?" I said yes, but they are not very bright, he said, "then they are not defective." I would have to pay international shipping cost, since the return address is in Canada. Plus a restocking fee he would not tell me until after I returned them. I will never do business with Xenon Pro and I am passing the word plus this is going on Facebook.
