Although I need to return the suggested add on items that I purchased with my LED lights because they were unnecessary, the lights work fine and installation was easy as well. Delivery was prompt and exact. Will shop here again.
Website easy. Good product sorting. Easy to navigate menus. Fair pricing but quality seems to reflect. I am sure all kits are the same but was expecting a little more from the harnesses received. A bit short for routing options.
It was delivered on time and all items were in order. Installing it was relatively straight forward once you take the time to read the instructions. However, I hope the instruction booklet could be less confusing by providing more close-up pictures and not too many instructions. Short, sweet and simple will be better as I got confused with so many to follow.

Easy to install, lights are exceptionally good. But have noticed the cooling fans are quite loud and actually squeal at first start up. Wonder if this is normal operation?
Easy install. Lights didn't "snap" into place as well as the factory ones did. I had to use zip ties and the wires to get them to stay in place. If I didn't do that I would be afraid they would fall out during normal driving.
The light output is great, just the security of how they fit was a little off.
Never again will I deal with this company. Their site states plug and play. States the extra harnesses are needed. Lights did not fit, harnesses made lights non-functional. Don't ever look to support, their suggestion was to not use extra harness and take to performance shop to have lights installed. You cannot reach a human being on phone that will help you, support via e-mail and chat only. Neither one cared to or did resolve my issues with the lights.
I can't rate the product straight out of the box... why ask that question, ya the packaging looks nice but really how can anyone rate the product until they've had it installed for a few months to get performance data
Can answer these questions better once I have verified the performance and durability of my purchase. The lights look great and provide a much better range of vision at night. Easy and straight forward installation in ver y little time.
Easy shopping, came as far as they said, we had them just in time for our driving trip and they were great at night for traveling. Happy to have them, don't know why we didn't do this years ago. Thanks
If you buying these for a 2009 Dodge 3500, Save your money, Canadian tire sells better lights.
There bright to the left, there bright to the right. But not down the road your trying to see.
8000, and 6000 kel. Purchased. They look cool but, even after buying new lamps from dodge.
They still suck! What they don't tell you is you need, projector lamps to throw the light.
Big waste of money and even bought two kits, for head lights and fog lights. For spare parts.

My first shipment contained one out of three lights that was incorrect.
I notified your Company and the correct lights were shipped the next day.
Arrived in 2 days and were correct.
I replaced the high beams, low beams & fog lights in my wife's 2017 Honda Pilot with LED bulbs and she really loves the improved lighting.
I will be purchasing a new vehicle in a few months and if it does not come with really great lights I will replace all of them with your LED bulbs.
Website was easy to navigate order was delivered on time. However... the headlight LED bulbs I purchased are very disappointing. $140 bucks and they are not any better than the original halogens. They are brighter yes... but they only project about 3 feet out. Luckily I saved the original bulbs, and will be putting them back in. Lesson learned!
I had to re-glue parts on two of the 4 lights I ordered. Not a big deal, but spending the money for these I expected more. Customer service basically said to either glue them myself or pay the shipping to return/exchange. I would have thought they would have stood behind their product more and would have been willing to fix "their" issue but after buying some Crazy Glue, they work great.
The lights dont work with plastic caps and you have to "engineer" a way for them to stay in the light housing. I probably will not order another product from your website. Customer service is terrible, paid for 1 business day delivery and I got it in 3 days. Not happy at all with your business.
Easy to install plug and play. No extra wiring needed to complete the task. Lights are nice and bright, making driving at night more safe.

I loved my headlights but customer service from this group is HORRIBLE! I was on hold for several minutes to talk to someone about a problem I was having with the lights and was hung up on. If you think you may need the anti flicker cord, better get it when you order. If you dont it is 40 plus 10 for shipping. So there website is wrong...it is not free shipping on all orders.
Promo code advertised didn't work and no one answered the phone.
Still never got a call back and the headlights when turned on create a very strong interference with my radio. Makes a ton of static. No one has called me and probably never will. I strongly caution any buyers.
Easy to navigate website. I think the product is excellent. My wife ordered it for Christmas but she ordered the wrong item. When calling for customer service after trying to complete the return on my cell phone. I was told that I would have to correct the problem on my cell or find a computer. Seems a little unprofessional and after calling back the just hung up on me. Live an learn and I hope my customers, that may be reading this, realize the value in service.

However my item was listed as fitting a car and a motorcycle.
This info is totally false.
On a car the battery is usually close to the headlights, thus using short battery leads in the harness.
Motorcycle has battery in the middle of the bike needing a much longer lead to reach it.
This shows that very little research has been done to insure proper fit on listed vehicles.
Plus I had to pay return shipping for a problem that was clearly not my fault.
