Some connectors are missing in the delivered products. The installation instruction is not clear and exactly appropriate for the items ordered. So the concept of DIY cannot be done with my very limited knowledge in auto wiring. To make the replacement of my headlight bulb from halogen to HID possible, I have to go to the auto electrical shop and paid substantial amount for the labor chargers.
Improvement on the aspects mentioned above is requested so that you will be more of a customer chosen supplier of the HID products.
The website was very user friendly and the entire shopping experience went smoothly. My order was shipped quickly, however, once it reached the USPS, it took 2 weeks to get here. I don't blame that on the seller though. I would buy from Xenon again.
Website easy to Navigate. Loved being able to shop by vehicle make and model rather than trying to find the various bulb types and hope I got it right. Customer service was a breeze to deal with when I had questions after receiving the kits
Super easy and quick; the led headlights seamed to be great products but I could not resolve the flickering issue. Not sure why as I did buy the extra anti flicker device. With or without thr device they flicker in my 2008 3500 dodge. Bummer
So far none at this time, after I got hold my order, after I received and installed it i'm satisfied but the price is a little bit high compared to other companies. I want to order a fog light if you give me good discount
Looks like the best price for quality products. Hopes are high! Great lights! Make sure you really need the flicker cancellation boxes before you buy those. Site told me I needed them and the lights did not work with them installed.
The lights are not what you advertised. Low beam good, high beam terrible! I would like to return them. Also one of the anti flicker boxes is bad on my fog lights. How do I take care of both these problems?
Very easy to figure out which type fits my car, however it didn't actually fit my car so not sure why the vehicle finder is there. My car needed an adapter which I had to buy which was never mentioned prior to buying, however even with that piece, the HID kit did not work. When it came to returning it, so many stipulations regarding how an item needs to be returned (only FedEx even though the company uses Canada Post to ship the product). Then I learned that when you return an item, the "free shipping" you get from the company, you have to pay 15 bucks so you actually have to pay shipping both ways, to buy and return. You definitely make it very hard for me as a customer to trust your site again to buy other products and at this point, definitely would not recommend it for anyone else because there has been nothing positive which has occurred for me to change my mind otherwise.
I'll buy from you guys again if I'm happy with the products I receive. I've used tonnes of HID lights now and LEDs but cannot get anything that I'm satisfied with. Everything has yellowish color in the lights and don't last. Hope I'm happy here. Thanks
Installed my new HID lights that I bought from you guys. They are bright but I still find where the direct light hits against a wall or something still looks yellowish in the center. There's been times as well that I've started my truck and no lights at all came on. Thats not good. Anyways they have a lifetime warranty with you guys so I can always get new ones If I become unsatisfied correct.

I must admit the headlights work great and where a easy swap for my truck.
I am not having the same luck with the fog lights.
So far I have been unable to get them to work at all,
This is installing with and without the adapter.
My con here is that I sent a email requesting assistance just in case I was doing

Very easy to find what your looking for & description of products are great. Except the glass for the LED light was broken when I received it. Called them and they said that I don't need the glass to install and won't be sending me a new one.
The lights will not fit my truck because of the factory deflector in the headlight and there is no way to remove it without damage. I sent all the lights back and ordered from a different company that guaranteed they will work. Price is extremely high as well
The online chat was terrible but when i spoke with a real person it was very good.
When speaking online words matter. One can sense attitudes.

Wish you had live customer service rather than chat. Very slow & inefficient when you have questions or a problem. Plus way understaffed. First in queue for OVER AN HOUR! Unbelievable.
Bulbs fit good. Easy to install. Didn't like that I could not use phone when I had a question about bulbs. Had to use computer. Felt that was slow way to get my answer. Beware they ship led bulbs with a cover over filament. This has to come off before installing and there is no instruction sheet with bulbs to let you know this. Other wise I'm happy with them.
They were up front about all the parts needed for an LED conversion on my 2014 ford Explorer. Chat assistant was very helpful. I haven't had a chance to install them yet. I was told I needed the highest Wattage, which is additional cost. I hope I didn't make a mistake.

Unhappy with the LED headlights. They are not very bright at all and are barely an improvement over the crappy stock headlights I replaced.
Easy order, parts well packed, arrived on a timely basis. Instructions a little lacking as they did not explain the connectors could easily be reversed and the lights would not work if they were. Should have either had a note with the lights or why not mark the connector sides so you know which way they go?
Install was relatively easy, however there was a problem with one of my lights and customer service has not been as easy as I hoped it would be.
I can't compare other lighting products but I would imagine this is not the highest quality, so I'll see how it works in the long run.
Quick and simple ordering, also loved the descriptions of the product. Wide selection of colors though had to look if different colored bulbs were legal in my state. I will order high beam bulbs when I get the chance.
