I was assured the kit would work on my vehicle by the sales staff but it didn't. I filed my customer service ticket on 11/27, still no response at all on 12/4. I've left 3 voice messages and not a single call back. The customer service so far has been the worst I've experienced in years. I would expect this kind of treatment from one of the cheap eBay kit sellers but not from a place that costs 2 or 3 times as much! At this point I would not recommend them to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

This is a cheap Knock off of a quality product. If its all you can afford, I guess it will work for a short time. Product is hand mutilated to work with some auto models. Customer service is through live chat only. Don't expect customer service to care that the mods to their product are not done to any spec or that they may have been done incorrectly. This seems to be a typical HID product on amazon. The quality HID kits are not usually listed on amazon. Do your research (Their is a difference between number# 1 sold and number#1 in Quality).

My order was placed and sent to me correctly and in a very quick timely manner. I had a capacitor that didn't work, contacted customer service and they sent me two brand new ones in the mail, which were delivered fast I might add. I will order through you guys again. My only negative is customer service. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone about issues regarding your order or anything else. Other than that I give them a solid 4 stars.

I ordered these lights as an upgrade for my 3200 lumen HID kit that I had installed on my car. I have searched for quite some time for a suitable replacement. Upon order, I was excited to get something brighter as I do a fair amount of night time driving. Once installed, the 4500 lumens is a severe over estimate of true brightness. The light breaks up around 20-25 feet and is almost completely unusable. I am severely disappointed and my search will continue for a better and brighter product for my vehicle.

I ordered a high beam and low beam set for my 2019 Nissan Rouge. When I received my sets I found out they sent me two low beam sets. I contacted their live chat and got Allan... Allan informed me they are considered equivalent and should work for my high beams as well. I installed the low beams first and they worked (only reason they are getting two stars not one). I then went to install the high beams. While trying to install I realized that the lights were too big for my car and wouldn't do the job. I went back to the live chat, started to talk with Allan again and explained they did not work for my car. He simply reiterated that they should work and promptly kicked me from the chat. Terrible customer service after I spent over $200 for an order that did not get fulfilled correctly. At this point it should come down to the fact that I ordered H9 bulbs and H11 bulbs and got two sets of H11 bulbs. Take my second set back and send me an H9 set and I'll be satisfied. I purchased high and low beams for my 2014 Silverado. The instructions on how to install might as well say, "take the old light out and put the new one in." I tried for an hour or so to get the bulbs in without any luck. Ultimately, I took off the grille and uninstalled the headlight housing assembly. With unobstructed access, I figured the install would be simple. Not so. It is absolutely impossible to install the bulbs and close the dust cover due to the cooling fins being too large. Not to mention that even if the light itself fit, the amount of cable and the anti-flicker unit that would be have to be tucked in behind the light would also be impossible clearance issue to reconcile. I attempted to contact the company by phone and found that you aren't able to speak to a real person. I entered a live chat with "Kevin" and his ultimate answer to my question if they were aware of this clearance issue and could they offer a workaround; was that Xenonpro only guarantees that the bulbs will fit the stock mechanism that locks them in place. Not the housing, and not behind the dust cover. He then offered the pre-scripted nonsense that I should look into taking my truck to a performance shop because, "they are good at this sort of thing." Folks, this company is going to take your money and give you absolutely nothing in return.

LED headlights came with broken glass around LEDs. Carefully removed it and decided to try them anyway. Awful brightness/beam pattern, and despite saying it was for my vehicle, had to remove headlight assembly (with requires front bumper removal) to get it in/out because it was too long to fit otherwise. Lights were damaged during initial removal attempts, so I can't even return them for a refund.

I will NEVER any product from this site ever again.

Got my LEDs in just over 24 hours for my personal car and they are really great. I will be getting another full set for my work truck
