Never again. Customer service...there is none. I've emailed had no response. Tried calling and no one answers. The product didn't fit like suggested it would. I have a 2013 Ford Explorer and the light doesn't fit. It's been a week and haven't had any one try and resolve my issue. I will be sure that everyone knows what horrible service this site is. It's a scam do not order from them.

Perfect experience. Thought about changing lamps out just before a trip but hesitated because of the tight timeframe. However, the lamps were received a few days later, just as quoted, and in time for my auto shop to install them the next morning before I left. It took less than an hour for installation.
I was thrilled that I would have brighter lighting at night for my trip.

Bought a kit for my car and it was installed just how the instructions said, they were good and bright for about 3 days now they are not. Worst than my regular halogens. I tried to contact customer service and did not get an answer from them. I dont recommend their products.

Didn't work as advertised. I sent them back after a very lengthy, difficult and unpleasant discussion with thief tech support. Would I buy from this company again...NO. I would rather light gas lanterns and attach them to the front end of the car. It's been close to a month now, and still waiting on my refund. Oh well...CAVEAT EMPTOR.

Website is easily navigated. Bulbs were a great addition. Much better than stock. The anti flicker device works as it should and makes everything work correctly with no fault codes. The install was a little difficult, but with some slight modifications to the headlight buckets I was able to make things work.

Quick easy and clear to purchase. Bought the option for no fault but I still get a fault code. Prices are US dollars did not realize that until credit card statement even though they have a Canadian office and items were shipped from canada to a Canadian address.

The live chat with Luis C was a horrible experience. He was Very unprofessional and rude. I would highly encourage everyone to avoid using this company at all cost. Stay away, just don't do it. I've learned my lesson the hard way. If I could give this company a lower rating then one star I would. Stick with Made in the USA.

The online chat feature helped me to get my order placed the way I intended.
As it turns out, the anti flicker devices do not work so I will need to pursue other options to resolve that issue. The LED headlights bulbs have a really pattern with no shadows on low beam. When switching to high beam, I can't see any difference over low beam.

They sent me a product that completely different from what they advertised.When I contacted them they simply said that what you saw in the web site is all for marketing purposes only.I was deceived and cheated by these people.

Experience seemed quite detail oriented, plenty of information available and seems to show quality in the product, however i am always a little nervous about self branded products and the actual quality, hopefully it stands up as it should.

Customer service placed me on hold for over 45 minutes. I would like to buy just the anti flicker device but cannot seem to get through. I have a Mini Cooper and didn't realize it needed this. I just turn the lights on then off in daylight and no problem. Other than that, no problems

Quick and easy, just the way I like it, however, I do wish that were more shipping options as in two day or overnight shipping, waiting two to three weeks kinda sucks for stuff to arrive. But I will definitely be a returning customer regardless. Thanks for all the great service.

So far like shopping I'll have to see how the lights work when I get them. They make a difference from the stock halogen bulbs that were originally in the car. Also much better than the bulbs I ordered on Amazon. Those flickered even after I put an anti flicker on.

I received no shipping confirmation like I was told. I have since called several times and left messages with no reply. I have sent emails requesting to send it back for a full refund on my unused purchase with no reply. The prices are almost double that of Amazon. I suggest noone buy from this site.horrible all the way around.

Easy purchase of HID headlight kit. Kit arrived very quickly, even being shipped from Canada. Transaction was very simple. Instructions are not very instructive, like what to do with second set of wires from original wire loom or which side to plug in wiring harness for new HID set up. A bit more information would help a lot.

I drive a 2015 Chrysler 300 s. The ballast you guys provided was for older model cars, my computer does not recognize them. So had to spend an additional 160$ for ones the suite my car. This was a highway robbery, total cost at the end of the day was 450$ for lights that are worth 50$. Very disappointed and won't ever deal with you guys again. Thanks for lying about the parts that you guys said would work in my car.

Two weeks for expedited delivery of lights that didn't fit or work. Took an act of congress to get permission to return and now a month later you have not refunded my money, and I will be surprised if you ever do. Plus I highly doubt you will post this review.
