I am shocked by how unprofessional they are. Ordered a headlight under warranty after it went out six months into use. Most rude people. Will not talk to you on the phone. Only on website. I don't understand how they are in business. At one point they called me desperate. I paid $20 to get a new one shipped and then they told fedex to destroy it. Now they want me to pay additional $20 for a headlight and hope for different results?

3/19 purchased HID lights for my Can am F3. After two hours right bulb went out. Two days later rode the bike and it worked, for two hours. Then it failed again. The ballast is faulty. Tried to reach Xenonpro ( only by Chat) was in number 2 position went to #1 and then nothing. I lost $179.00 on the HID lights. I do not expect any response. I foolishly ignored these reviews and it cost me. I would give this company a no star review, but thats no available.
Led bulbs are high quality, the cooling fan is a really neat feature! Only had trouble installing lights after removing the glass sleeve around the bulb. Don't fit will with those sleeves installed
Great customer service and product looks awesome. I purchased the blue LEDS and they are so bright at night. Will definitely buy again if ever need be.

Install was relatively easy, however there was a problem with one of my lights and customer service has not been as easy as I hoped it would be.
I can't compare other lighting products but I would imagine this is not the highest quality, so I'll see how it works in the long run.

The site is easy to navigate and gives plenty of options for your vehicle. Instructions on installation are not provided, ie., you are supposed to remove the glass from the leds. Also 4 of the 6 bulbs had to be repaired by me, the mounting base came loose from the led. The glue looks to have been rubber cement! I had to use super glue to affix the bases to the leds. I hope the other two will not come apart!
I used the chat line and not a single one of my questions was answered. I had issues with two things during installation. The simpler matter was that the red rubber annular seal on the new lamps was not thick enough. When the new lamp was inserted into its socket, it was still loose and wobbled. I solved that by shimming the seal with an O-ring. The second issue concerned the plastic housing of the male plug of the new lamp. It would not fully insert into the female receptacle on the car's wiring harness, and it would not engage the snap-lock. The plug was about 0.030" away from full seating. I have a milling machine and I milled off two areas of plastic on each male plug to allow the plug to seat fully. One of my questions on the chat line was are these problems that I encountered known issues. I couldn't even get an answer to that.

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
