Instructions in the box could be more clear. I didn't realize the light bulbs had a cover on them.
I purchased a HID kit for a 2006 Maxima with factory HID. The ballasts had gone bad and this kit solved the problem for a fraction of the cost of a single ballast at the parts store.
They look amazing and shine even brighter
I placed an order for H- 11 bulbs to fit my 2013 Chevy Avalanche and the anti - flicker package a total of $164.00 not cheap. But supposed to fit and work well. Well they didn't fit. Called for support and instead I get chastised for not checking the fit before I purchased them. Hey I stated site states they should fit like factory specs. Support tech states you should have measured them before hand or call us and we would have told you. So can I return them please? Not now they have been installed, I stated no I never plugged them in I only placed one in the housing and noted that it would not allow me to bolt up the housing back in place as it hits on the back side. Short story not a lot of support and customer service is non existence. Joe S.
Love the website... easy and fast to use. Delivery very awesome too, but trying to contact someone in customer service and speak to is very lousy!
The customer service is awful, I was having problems with my light flickering and was told I needed to unhook my daytime running lights so I did and it didnt fix anything. The harness they send is total crap, it's to short and very poorly made. Overall experience was horrible will never buy from this company again.

Easily found what I need for my make and model car. They make it very easy to shop
The light were easy to order and I paid for one day shipping. The customer service guy I spoke with ensured me that I would receive my head lights the next day. My head lights did not come the next day or even the day after that. In fact my head lights didn't show up for five days! I called customer service several times. I was then told my one day shipping cost would be refunded and that never happened either. The lights are a good product and they work well. Very bright, I got the blue LED and I'm very happy with my perches. For all the aggravation I went though they should have given me the FOUR LED LIGHTS that I needed for my FOG LIGHT to match.
Being called not even 24 hours after I made my order to confirm the compatibility and shipping made me feel very confident about my decision to go with xenonpro. Everything fit and is exactly what I wanted
It was easy so far
Very good but had to enter credit card number twice. Lights did not have clip to secure in bulb opening. Had to fabricate my own.
The HID conversion kit seems to be working well so far.
The issue I had is the fact i got my order, but an item I paid for didnt even come in the parcel. There was no follow up email or notification that this item was not going to be in my parcel upon receipt nor was there any efforts to only charge me for the extra items I was going to receive. I was just charged for the compete order. I had to contact to notify about the missing items to still get any apologies. I was also told that it was there mistake because they knew the item was backordered etc. I stil had to pay for the shipping to send item back with no reimbursement which I should have under their own guidelines and policy. Buyer beware.
