I absolutely love this company! Their skeleton and skull collection makes my little goth heart so happy! I now have three rings from them and I love them equally! The quality is beautiful and when I needed help in the past with a gift my husband bought me they were very quick to reply and help. I can't wait to see what new designs come out this year! Looking forward to adding to my collection

I absolutely loved my ring when I got it but in less than 2mo the black faded and is all gone. The ring is definitely not as stunning now. I still wear it because it doesn't turn my finger green.
My husband purchased this rose ring for me S an anniversary gift and it is absolutely beautiful. The rose gold and accent diamonds make it perfect. I've gotten many compliments already.
I previously ordered a size to small before I got married thinking it would fit but it eventually ended up being to tight. When I went back on the Vancaro website a year later the set was know longer available so I contacted customer service and they came through from me and customized me my actual wedding set in size 6 where before I had a size 5. They did a fantastic job I love my Sunflower/Daisy Wedding Set is fits perfectly.

I purchased a ring from them and the electroplating is trash. I proposed to my fiancé on April 3rd and she hasn't even been wearing it for 2 months. I tried contacting them and telling them about it and they offered a 30% off coupon. Why would I want to buy something else if I'm not satisfied? I do not recommend this jeweler to anyone. Not even 2 months old and she's pregnant so obviously not doing anything that would cause this kind of wear. I am not satisfied at all...

Absolutely love My rings. I will order from Vancaro again. I literally shower, work, wash dishes and constantly wash hands with out every taking them off. I've had them for almost a year now. They are 925 silver and Absolutely exquisite.

When I ordered my purchase I was informed signature upon delivery. Halfway thru the process I was informed there was no signature required for delivery. The whole point WAS TO get a signature due to the rough neighborhood I live in. My purchase was treated as if my order is ok to be lost!.
I won't be purchasing from them again due to this.
I paid $79 for the Skull Necklace In Black Heart Shaped With Pear Cut Garnet.
Durability: No clue yet. I will update once she gets it for Christmas.
Design: The design is awesome. Its why I paid the $79 for cubic zirconia necklace. I couldn't find the design anywhere else.
Shipping: 2-3 days for arrival
Presentation: This is where my disappoint comes from. The $79 product was in a plastic bag and they only provided a box that is for a ring. If they provided it in a necklace box or provided a necklace box for me to put it that would be fine. It currently just bunched up in a ring box. They do offer a nice gift bag but that means nothing without a necklace box.

Purchased a ring for valentines day... it was lost or not shipped on time. Ordered for Christmas figured id give it to her Valentines day. Finally got here after Valentines day and the first time she wore it the gold plating started to come off... since it had been over 30 days I could not return it. Customer service has been a joke. They want me to pay them another $38 bucks and they will send out another POS ring. She found a similar ring on Amazon for $30 Do not order from Vancaro unless you want too bend over. Total joke.

Please kindly know that most of our items are made of international standard 925 sterling silver, and some items are plated with a layer of other colors to reach a better design, which means that the orders are not the color on their own, and the original color is silver. At present, because of the limitation of the electroplating process for the colored silvery items, the colored coat may wear and tear with the continuously wearing, and they may expose the silver color of the original color, unless some nickel is added to the coating of the product, which may keep the color for a long time, but nickel is likely to cause allergies.

Purchased a set of, Yours Forever, rings. Both rings were sized to small. The black started coming off mine within a week. The fake diamond fell off after 2 weeks.
I wrote to the company. You have to pay for shipping back and the tag has to be on the ring. No one wears a ring with the tag attached for 2 weeks...
I feel sorry about the problem with your item. The material of the ring is made of sterling silver, which is comparatively softer than other products made by 14K &18K gold. A slight knock on a piece of jewelry can disrupt the setting and in return cause the stone to be displaced from the original setting. Besides, as this item is the luxury style, so compared with the simple style of the ring, it's likely to have this issue as well. Please don't worry, we will try our best to help you.

My boyfriend bought me a ring from vancaro for our one year anniversary... I feel bad he spent as much as he did seeing as the ring is starting to chip away the color of the band. I have only had it for a couple weeks, kind of disappointing.

My boyfriend ordered a engagement ring from vancaro. He had to pay extra to customize the ring to be blue which also ment we had to wait longer to receive it. Finally came in & it was the wrong color. The company won't do anything to fix their mistake. Told him since it was customized they won't take it back even though they messed up on the order. Told him to try ordering again.

Please understand that this is a black silver ring, and it is not the color of metal silver itself. With long-term wear, color fading is inevitable, which is a normal situation. If it wears badly, it loses the black quickly. Unless a lot of nickel is added to the ring illegally, it may make the color last longer, but this may be more prone to allergic reactions.
If you wear a black ring, try to minimize the wear on the band of the ring. Many customers report that after wearing a black ring for a few years, the black is still very good. If you mind the possibility of color fading, it is recommended that you choose an all-silver silver ring.
