I have been instructed to print out a returns order form but I do not own a printer and can't use one elsewhere due to corona lockdown. Please help!!

I‘m so sorry for the late reply, I hope your problem has been resolved. If you do not have a return form, you can write your order NO. And phone NO. On a piece of paper. Then pack your return and take it to your local post office. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us, we will reply to you within 1 business day.
