I ordered a ring set since I was getting engaged and they said it would be there on may 8th but due to covid I figured that it would be longer. But since then it has told me it arrived in the United states it even gave me a whole lost of where it's been but guess what! They never received $#*!!
I have purchased 3 times from this company. The first time was easy and seamless. The 2nd and 3rd time I contacted them 10 days after my item that was "shipped" out was supposed to arrive. The message I got is that they are out of stock and gave me recommendations for different items. I would not recommend buying from this company, chances are you will not get what you pay for.

For Christmas my husband purchase a ring from them in 2018 they charged him for two rings he called about that and said they couldn't refund him for the second ring because they already sent it so we waited for both rings to come in sent them back and didn't get our money back so we had to fight them with our credit card but we were too late in the timeline so we lost $338 do not trust this company they are liars and they won't refund your money

I paid $79 for the Skull Necklace In Black Heart Shaped With Pear Cut Garnet.
Durability: No clue yet. I will update once she gets it for Christmas.
Design: The design is awesome. Its why I paid the $79 for cubic zirconia necklace. I couldn't find the design anywhere else.
Shipping: 2-3 days for arrival
Presentation: This is where my disappoint comes from. The $79 product was in a plastic bag and they only provided a box that is for a ring. If they provided it in a necklace box or provided a necklace box for me to put it that would be fine. It currently just bunched up in a ring box. They do offer a nice gift bag but that means nothing without a necklace box.

I order and had standarnd shipping. 5 to 8 days is what it said that i would have my delivery by the 19th. No it was late and really messed up my plans for asking my girl to marry me. Bought a black ring. It was beautiful.
Two days later the black started coming off.
Contatcted vancaro and they said that the black plating does often come off and they could either have it re-plated or exchange the black ring for a silver one... no refund available for the color removing. ( i purchased black because i wanted black)
To save arguing back and forth we agreed to exchange for a silver ring that was $50 cheaper.
During these exchanges, i paid for shipping back to them.
When i aked for a refund for the cost difference, i was told they cannot refund the difference in price because they had paid for shipping the new ring back to us.
I will never recommend, nor purchase, anything from this company again.

My boyfriend ordered a necklace for me for valentines day 2020, so less than two months ago.
The necklace falls off my neck 2 days ago and hits the floor. The lobster clasp broke and then when it hit the floor, it broke the charm.
I email this company to service it or replace it, i didn't even ask for a refund and they tell me to fix it myself or pay to have it fixed at a jeweler.

Ordered a ring that took two weeks to get to me and was a full size too big. Lightweight, as if made with nickel or aluminum alloy. As other reviewers have stated, the coating on the ring is thin, and doing a little research on rhodium plating, it is possible to do this in a high quality manner. It appears though, that the ring is not plated, but rather coated in a black wash. Returned by paying $13 since they required a certain shipping rate. Kept part of my return. I'm out almost $30 and a months worth of time, since customers are required to repeatedly contact Vancaro to prompt them to resolve the matter. It's obvious that the high ratings are from people who have not worn the colored rings or not worn the ring for very long. It also appears that many reviewer websites have been flooded with comments from Vancaro staff purporting to be customers to inflate their ratings. I reported them to the FTC for failing to comply with the terms of retail refund policy, Instagram for misleading advertisement as well. Instagram doesn't even allow people to sell items on their site for this reason. Wish I had known this before. Do not buy from them.
