I bought two rings. One was way too bulky for my finger so I asked to return it. They took the return with the tag still on it but only refunded half of the price. Not cool.
My hubby got me a ring for Christmas but it was too big. Trying to exchange it is extremely difficult and nearly impossible. They are on Beijing time when you call even though it's an 800 number. You have to pay a restocking free, shipping, etc. They are not very generous to help out. Sad, the ring is gorgeous but the customer service is horrible.
My partner and I ordered new wedding rings for each other and they were lovely. They are true to size and are very intricate. I'm excited to wear them. (I was offered a gift to write this review, but I would have left five stars anyway.)
A Beautiful ring for an amazing price. My future wife loves it. Shipping was what it described.The only reason I gave 4 stars is the ring didn't sell in half sizes so I had to get it resized but not the end of the world.

Items arrived in less than a week. Quality is decent. My husband and I are renewing our vows in January so we haven't worn them at all yet. I've read some of the negative reviews and so far I haven't experienced any issues. I'm satisfied at the moment.

Purchased a set of, Yours Forever, rings. Both rings were sized to small. The black started coming off mine within a week. The fake diamond fell off after 2 weeks.
I wrote to the company. You have to pay for shipping back and the tag has to be on the ring. No one wears a ring with the tag attached for 2 weeks...
I feel sorry about the problem with your item. The material of the ring is made of sterling silver, which is comparatively softer than other products made by 14K &18K gold. A slight knock on a piece of jewelry can disrupt the setting and in return cause the stone to be displaced from the original setting. I purchased a ring and received it roughly 2 weeks ago. I was beyond pleased with the presentation and boxing of the ring and elated to finally give it to my fiance. He's had it on for a week and a half, and the symbol of Jack and Sally on Spiral Hill has completely faded. I am very upset and don't wish to return the ring because of the sentimental value, however wanted to relay that I am very disappointed and displeased in the quality of the actual product.

REVISION: after publishing reviews on 3 websites the business contacted me and offered me a refund for the gift boxes I purchased to substitute for those they'd not included in my order. They claim to have modified their policy which was to not necessarily include the number & types of gift boxes matching products ordered for environmental reasons. Their policy should be further modified to give customers exactly what they order. I'll increase their rating, but it shouldn't take negative reviews to appropriately respond to a customer's legitimate issue. Below is the story ~ I ordered 3 necklaces to give to friends for a special occasion. They're beautiful, BUT they sent only one gift box and it was a RING box. In the photos on the website it clearly shows the gift box that would be provided and what I received wasn't that. Also, the photos of the chain didn't match what I received. I immediately called and emailed them, but they'd gone ON HOLIDAY for a week and weren't responding until after the event. They did respond to me and sent me a 10% off coupon, but that didn't save me from having to buy gift boxes last-minute. Their response was as follows: "To be more environmentally friendly, we usually match a gift box for one package. For the next shopping, if one gift box for one item is needed, please let us know immediately after placing the order, and we'll try to match each item with a gift box." I'm all for the environment, but I want what I ORDERED, not what you feel is good for the environment. It's too bad, the necklaces are very pretty and the jewelry very unique; I would have shopped with them again if not for this.
My boyfriend got me a Vancaro necklace in April, and by October it was completely tarnished and ruined with 2 stones missing. I cleaned it every week and took great care of it but the chain itself started turning my neck green within a month. I had to buy a new chain. The charm tarnished beyond repair and all stones are loose now, I can't even wear it. Don't waste your money.
I was able to surprise my wife with a beautiful sparkling classy bridal set ring. The package would have arrived two days before valentines day if it wasn't for the weather snow situation causing the shipping company to delay. But surprisingly it came right on time on valentines day that I was able to please my wife with. She says I did good and she had over 150 reactions to her post about her new wedding set upgrade on facebook. Thanks Vancaro for an affordable brilliant ring.

Both wedding sets I've received from Vancaro have been absolutely stunning. I love the uniqueness of their rings and designs. The first wedding set I bought was a skeleton claddagh ring and she always got lots of compliments with it. I recently bought her another wedding set that was sunflower designed. This company deserves mad props! They have completely surpassed any expectation that I had for the price range. They may even rival Tiffany's as far as high end packaging and gorgeous product. Also, the customer serviceaspect is top notch! From purchase to delivery, you are notified via text and email every step until delivery day. I recieved my rings in less than a week!
So sorry I ever placed an order with Vancaro. I didn't have a good feeling about this company in the first place but placed the order as a favor for my nephew. He wanted to give the ring to his girlfriend on her birthday which was last Saturday, September 26,2020. The ring never made it (still in customs - 16 days now) he passed away on Tuesday, September 29,2020. Emails, phone calls all go unanswered and texts messages receive the same genaric response.
