Purchased the Chloé Atelier Des Fleurs perfume and the shipping took a few weeks, but the product arrived well packaged & intact. Very happy with my purchase.
Made a purchase and two weeks later, went to check the order status since it was taking so long to arrive. Opensky avoid website sucks.customer service sucks if you live in nevada sucks even more. Never used left cc at home in a drawer found out months after the fact that a fraudulent charge from an unauthorized user was placed on the card opensky never informed me that i had an a charge they just waited until it accrued and informed then through email that I had a late fee argh! Completely avoid this $#*!show of A COMPANY!

Was on vacation in Florida and signed up for a deal, so I am an idiot.5 weeks later on the day I got home was charged 90 dollars plus late fee plus penalties. I don't understand. The card not even activated. Buyer beware con artist at opensky.I called and was told we don't need your business and then she said thanks for wasting my time

So I put a $1000 on a secure OpenSky card. For one it took half a month to come. Second it only allowed me to make 4 deposits a month when it made over $3000 worth of transactions in one month which I paid off each time on time. Then they started taking my money from my bank account and holding and restricting me from have access to my funds until after close to 2 weeks of waiting. If you want to gamble with this horrible low budget company go head but I will not recommend anyone to waste their time dealing with OpenSky. I cancelled my account with them and will wait to get my funds back in the mail. I warn y'all OpenSky is not worth it!

My order from over 3 weeks ago was theoretically shipped in a timely manner, but I have yet to receive my order. I've REPEATEDLY contacted OpenSky via their "contact us" link and via their "reply to" e-mail, only to be ignored, NO RESPONSE. I get at least one e-mail a day offering "great deals" which is very annoying and I have absolutely no desire to do business with them again.

I've purchased other items before and loved what I received. The whole situation was very professional and expedite.
However, this time was horrible. I went to the opensky was the complete opposite. I was looking at d different pairs of earrings for my daughter to wear at her wedding. I even looked for taxes and shipping costs. Somehow the web-site took my looking as purchasing. I was billed. Now, I will have to pay to send them back. Now I don't feel comfortable even looking. Sigh.

The order says "blue" and I received a white lamp with a brown base. I only ordered for the blue color, which is rare and discontinued and therefore warranted the 25 dollar price tag. Open Sky's dealer sent me a brown lamp I could have ordered from Ikea for 10 dollars. I paid 35 dollars including shipping. This is wrong, and their credibility as a company should suffer.
Opensky will tell you that you don't need a bank account. That is a lie. You do to make payments. They won't take the same card I used to deposit the money on it.

I ordered a pair of ankle boots. They not only don't look like the picture they are so poorly made! No tag for size or material. Not stamp as shown in pictures. I will not order anything else from this site again!

I placed two substantial orders 2+ weeks ago. Opensky claims my orders are complete in one area of their site but shipped in another. Opensky says I should receive by July 13th, 4 days ago. The Fed ex tracking numbers say it's pending. Shipment information received, but shipment not yet received. There is no phone number. I have messages "customer support" 3 times this week. No response. Is this a scam?

Merchandise is low quality. No return shipping address; difficult to follow return instructions, and then buyer is stalled until it is past their 14-day return policy, at which point they refuse the return. An item, which was "no longer available," was cancelled by them without notifying buyer. Worst buying experience I have ever had. I actually rate them as zero!

I have been ordering products(mostly jewelry) now for over six months. Some products are slow arriving, but never longer than 5 weeks(depends a lot on the seller of the product). The products ordered are solid and beautiful and affordable. Been very satisfied so far with everything, except slow delivery dates. Some right on time and then some are slow to get here. Will continue to use OpenSky's products as long as they stay quality items.

I bought 3 bracelets described as leather straps with Swarovsky elements. I wondered what "elements" meant. I now know - dull crystals. I bought the same or similar looking bracelet in a Swarovsky store and the crystals sparkle all over the place. I won't return because my daughters like them or are being too polite since I gave them as gifts. Disappointed and won't purchase anything else due to poor quality of these bracelets.

Had my card stolen, ran up charges and could not get anyone to answer. The phone was on hold for well over an hour multiple multiple times. They turned it in on my credit report as no paid. Still to this day not gotten a hold of anyone to actually help me
My order was duplicated. They would NOT respond to multiple customer service emails about the problem. Once duplicates were delivered, I followed Open Sky's directions on how to return items. I printed out shipping labels, and one vendor REFUSED DELIVERY. I am going to unsubscribe from them. Suggest you block their emails for solicitation.
I purchased the "polished playful plaid blouse" from Open Sky and I am extremely disappointed in the poor quality of the product. It is made of very cheap fabric and looks homemade (I've seen better home sewn!). Even at a discount, I expect the quality that the site boasts about. I would return it, but it would cost me to ship it plus they will deduct the original shipping/handling costs. I will never order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

I was excited to get the Italian infinity cross necklace. I think it's very pretty, but it's so fragile it broke within the first two days of having it. I'm so disappointed. I will have to have it repaired. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a "personal air conditioner" that claimed it could cool air up to 30 degrees. All it is is a small fan not much different than what I bought at a drugstore last year for $10 (I paid $25 for this). It came in a box with Chinese writing and only a few lines of poorly translated instructions. It came with a "lanyard" but no obvious place to attach it and no instruction. This thing looks incredibly cheap and I fully expect it to break early on. I will never order from this company again.

Received the picture keeper and am pleased with it. But the games I ordered still says it is in transit from Brooklyn NY since March 28th. Never received the product but money was deducted from my credit card. Over $60.00 for that order. If I do not receive the order soon I will never buy anything again from OpenSky. And I will spread the word to other AT&T employees to not trust this site.

Ordered a shirt July 28. As of August 12 still no shirt. Contacted them. Verified my order "was not moving". Was told they would email me updates... never happened. When I inquired again today was told to be patient and wait for email updates. Called tonight and cancelled order... they implied they weren't sure I could get a refund... I assured them I could. They did indicate they would refund my money. Customer service was polite but very vague about why my product wasn't arriving. Lesson learned.
