As a family member had upgraded their phone, they gifted their previous phone to one of my children. The company is scam.They will take your money and no deliver the unlock codes.They will then issue useless store credit note. First the charge small fee ''eligibility check'' later you are supposed to pay Hefty fee more than usd 100 depending on your phone model. The process will show 99.99% imminent for days... mine took 80 DAY WAITING. I paid on June 10th 2025 and as am writing this today is AUGUST 31 2025 and no unlock codes received. Its very stressful. I know they will try to reply here below showing that they are Genuine. They don't have physical address. ONLINE SCAMMERS. They solicit for positive reviews which you see on sitejabber and trust pilot. BE CAREFUL WHEN SENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. They have refused to refund to my credit card andblocked me from live support
