So fantastic. The team at UnlockBase are the best, most helpful bunch. I've gone with others before and undoubtedly, I'm left to pay more with them after a switch and bait. With UB, if you tell them upfront what the issues are, they will work to identify the right product. It might take a bit of time since they have to work with their liaisons, but they will come back with an answer. Definitely use them. They are worth it and guarantee every transaction, which is great!

I had a great experience with UnlockBase. Their communication before and after I paid was fast and friendly. They were quick to answer my questions. In the end the unlock of my iPhone took a few days longer than their estimate but they did in fact unlock it when I didn't think it could be done. I'm very happy.

The unlock service is amazing the timing was second to none I was literally surprised because I expected to 24 hours-72 hours but it actually to less than 8 hours which was excellent for me.

The service was great, the steps where clear and checking out the reviews gave me some peace of mind before submitting my payment. I was truly afraid to try an unlocking service especially learning that most are scams. I decided to try unlock base...I did not get my unlock code but I was refunded immediately so I'm happy about that. They also said as a courtesy they would still provide the code free of charge when their supplier responds

In my last unlock request the time was accomplished, and good service was provided, and when I had doubts or anything, they always answered me, thank you.

No response to email, no unlock as promised within their time-frame. Wish I'd read the truth about these scammers. Do yourself a favor, DON'T.

I was skeptical at first since there are many sites promising that they are able to remove the sim lock of your phone but turns out to be a scam as you can check for tons of Reddit posts. Therefore I was surprised that they were able to unlock my T-Mobile US iPhone 13 with their Pro service tier. Other solutions like R- SIM don't allow to upgrade latest iOS / prevent eSIM / damage your SIM card slot. Even if you remain skeptical you have no risk offer a refund if unlock fails / accept PayPal.

I was skeptical, whether should I buy or not. I was just scammed for one of those pre-ordered services. I went shopping around and found UnlockBase, gotta say their service is cheap and straightforward. I was an UnlockRiver customer and they lost me to UnlockBase competitive pricing.

Now I can travel internationally with my new iPhone 15 Pro and use it as I want.
