Super kind, super professional, I recommend this company to everyone, they are very serious, I recommend their services to everyone!

I put in my order and had my unlock code in 30 minutes. Inexpensive and FAST! Half the price of the next guy and 5 days faster than waiting for a free unlock. If you need it unlocked now, use UnlockBase.

I wanted to unlock a Samsung A13 5G locked to Tracfone, so I found UnlockBase and paid to get it unlocked (which is a simple, easy process). A couple of days went by, and they told me that their Tracfone supplier wasn't really "cooperating". Again, not their fault. Then they put the phones IMEI through a beta test batch, in which they couldn't unlock it because of a problem on Tracfone's side of things. They refunded me the amount that I paid for the unlock, even though they kept working for a solution, and contact was kept through email (communication was super good, the person would respond to emails very quickly and try their best to resolve any problems).

They finally found a firmware unlock for the phone, and they offered to cover the costs of it because of the time I'd been waiting.
I followed the instructions and my phone was unlocked, thanks to the help of UnlockBase and their firmware provider and technician.

In short words, they we're very helpful to me, and it seemed nice that they stuck with me and helped my case after all that time. Customer service was nice (shoutout to Ulrik Bengtsson, the Customer Service guy)

I will be definitely be doing unlocks with them again, no matter the time delay.

Just for checking the device information, it was accurate and it did exactly what SimUnlock stated it would do. The User Interface was easy to use as well.

Just wish it was a little cheaper but other than that it's pretty great and I would be back in a heartbeat I'm telling all my friends and family

My phone was unlocked after 3 days. Before use unlockbase i was trying with some unlock sites but after some days i received my s23 plus can not unlock' mail and refund money for me. I think my device can not unlock and finaly unlockbase tryed. Now my s23 plus AT&T usa is working very fine with any providers in japan.
One more with each my question and mails you are always politery answered.

I recently used UnlockBase to unlock my phone, and although the final outcome was satisfactory, the journey was quite challenging.

I paid $100 for their phone unlocking service and expected a smooth process. However, it took them four months to deliver the service I paid for. During this time, communication from UnlockBase was unclear, and it was difficult to get a straight answer about the status of my unlock request or the reasons for the delays.

Despite these issues, I must acknowledge that Sam, the CEO of UnlockBase, personally reached out to me and provided the assistance I needed to unlock my phone. I appreciate his intervention and the eventual resolution of my issue.

While I'm happy with the final outcome, the lengthy process and the effort it took to push the company to complete their job were frustrating. If you're considering using UnlockBase for phone unlocking services, be prepared for potential delays and communication challenges. However, it's worth noting that they did ultimately deliver on their promise, albeit with significant effort on my part.
