I just moved to a new place and so many things I had to do and last thing I needed was unlock my phone so that I can switch my carrier. I am glad to find Direct Unlock. Everything went fine and all I had to do is wait. Thank you!
It did everything it said, but in 2 steps of payment, 1st for eligibility and 2nd for the actual unlock. Which had me unprepared and felt I was scammed a little, but I guess I did not read the fine print. Also it said immediate unlock, but it took about more than 24 hours, which again made me wish I went to a local phone service instead to do it faster.
Worked very quick, no issues, I will be using this service again, unlocking my phone was much easier than expected. Highly recommend using direct unlocks.
I followed every step they asked for and trusted the process. Here's what I paid: $28.99 for the "Eligibility Check" $50.00 for the "Standard Unlock" $96.00 for the "Premium Unlocking Service" That's $174.99 total — and after days of delays, status updates saying "99% complete," and endless copy-paste support messages, I was suddenly told my phone now needs an even higher tier unlock for another $247. They didn't honor their guarantee. Instead of refunding my money to my card, they gave me a credit note to try and keep me locked into their overpriced system. Now I have no unlock and no real refund — just more upselling. To make it worse, after leaving this review, I received an automatic, generic response pretending to address my concerns. It's the same robotic message they've been sending all along — no real solution, no accountability, just another delay tactic. This is a bait-and-switch operation. They give you hope, take your money in stages, and keep raising the cost. Avoid this service at all costs. You'll waste your time, patience, and hard-earned money.
Tried this website with lots of doubts and paid. Waited about 3 days then my phone is unlocked! I don't know how it works but wowww, definitely worth it!

Great service paid for the unlock and then another fee and waited few hours and the phone was unlocked from Att. Great service would recommend for other people.
The normal unlock wasn't enough so I no had to purchase the premium unlock. But only had to wait a couple of days and it was as good as unlocked. Highly recommended.
This service was amazingly fast and easy. When I looked up online on how to unlock a MOTOROLA phone, the 1st option shown was this and I tried. The first step was to make sure that my device was wlegible for an unlock, that process took only minutes to complete after I made my online payment.
The second step took place after the service verified that my Motorola phone was able to get an unlock code. This is very nice because it prevents customers from spending a lot of money and time if the phone is not eligible for an unlock code. I recommend it 100%
The original timeframe to complete the unlock was 48hrs. My phone was ready in about 6. I was able to transfer my current service to the unlocked formerly AT&T I Phone from my android with no issues.
I baught a reconditionned Samsung S21 Ultra 5 G, and it was impossible to use my SIM card. It was locked by BOUYGUES.

I had a phone that needed to be unlocked and T-Mobile wouldn't do it for me directly, despite it being on the T-Mobile network for over a year. Direct Unlocks was able to unlock it in less than 24 hours, when another company couldn't do it. It was a little more expensive than other companies, but they were able to compete the effort where others fell short. Kudos to them!
I feel like at first It would be sketchy and I would have to call my carrier and wait for a lock code and all that stuff. I bought my phone used so I wanted to unlock it to use networks because I am always on the go.
I was a little skeptical aswell of the fees but as soon as it said that I needed to wait a while I had hope! I genuinely love the speed of this service. I bought this a few days ago and it came to me today! Now my phone is unlocked from the previous carrier (cricket wireless). I genuinely love the quality and how they are true to what they say; if it wasn't for them I would be on sketchy websites loosing money. I would definitely use Direct Unlocks again for any of my other phones and I hope you guys do too! I love this!

It was alot quicker then I thought it would be I'd recommend this place to all who need a phone or android device unlocked
I have an Iphone 16 pro Max with a sim locked.It took a bit longer to unlock it, but overall I am happy.
Took a few days but they got it done. This is the third phone they've unlocked for me, too. I will more than likely bring a few more.
