Dealing with this mob was the worst commercial experience I have ever had. Sneaky with their billing. Zero communication for support. Ridiculously long wait for code. I'm still waiting. It's been six days. Zero stars

Le déblocage d'un vieux LG D315 La Poste a fonctionné, les codes ont été reçu le lendemain. Cependant le tarif initial affiché de 26€ s'est transformé en 2 étapes et 2 paiements pour un total de 87€. Bien trop onéreux pour un vieux téléphone et malgré les réponses du support cette double facturation n'est pas visible avant d'avoir payé l'étape 1, donc on se sent pris au piège
I was nervous at first I thought I will be scammed because it took almost 4 days for just 26% progress just for me to wake up the next morning with the process being completed I was flabbergasted, words cannot express my excitement.

Es hatte etwas länger gedauert weil das Wochenende dazwischen war, aber es hat super geklappt. Die Simlock ist aufgehoben und ich kann das Handy jetzt mit jeder Karte nutzen. Einfach etwas in Geduld üben.
I have to admit, I was worried that this was not legit, but I figured that I would take a chance. The communication was quick and spot on. They explained step by step what needed to be done. In less than 20 minutes, my iPad was unlocked and ready to be used. No glitches. No issues. The hardest thing I had to do was put in the imei number. Great group. Great customer service. SCAM ALERT! This company is completely misleading and deceptive. Their website and marketing claim they will unlock your phone instantly for $24.99, but that's a total lie. After paying, you find out that the $24.99 was just to "check compatibility," not to actually unlock your phone. Then, they hit you with an additional $54 charge to proceed with unlocking, promising a 4-hour turnaround—sometimes up to 24 hours in "rare cases."
After paying the extra fee, their email states that unlock codes are "ready to be provided immediately." But after 10 hours, I contacted support, only to be told that their timeframes are based on "last week's performance" and are not guaranteed. Then, the real scam was revealed—they said it could take up to 19 DAYS to get my unlock code!
This company knowingly deceives customers, takes their money under false pretenses, and then hides behind fine print in their terms and conditions. I never would have used them if I had known their marketing was outright fraudulent. I've since filed a dispute with my bank for fraud. Stay far away from this scam!
