People like me facing the problem of obesity often end up wasting time searching various different books for a comprehensive guide for diet plan. But if one finds as complete a guide as The 3 Week Diet Plan, the problem is pretty much solved. This book really provides the complete guide to a perfect and practical diet to cure obesity. Unlike other books, it does not give impractical diet plans which are so frustrating. I really recommend this book to anyone wanting to have a healthy lifestyle free of the dilemma of obesity!

I am very happy after following this diet. I have tried many other diets in past but non seem to work. After reading Emily Green review about this diet at http://bottomstack.com/3-week-diet-review-results-pics/ i started following this diet plan. Good thing is that there are exercise programs that combined with this diet that are also very helpful. I also highly recommended this diet to all my friend and relatives :)

I don't normally write reviews about health/diet books but the ideas in this book have really worked much better than I expected. I started the diet about two months ago and I have dropped about 30 lbs. For anyone looking to cut weight this is the right book for you.

I consider myself very lucky when one day I received a downloaded manual entitled, the 3-Week Diet. It is from my friend, who, herself is conscious of how her body looks.

Losing weight is a thing that is set aside by people who are busy in their world of work or who just simply ignore how their body gains weight, never spends time on how they will lose their weight.

If foods have different nutritional values in out body, this 3-week diet manual has very rich information values on how to lose weight for only a short period of time.

What impressed me is the fact that what is important is the method of losing weight rather than the speed by which weight loss is achieved.

I am currently in Day 4 of the diet, following the phase 1 and can happily say I already lost 2kg. I am doing the daily walks, with my dog, and every other day some light yoga exercises at home. That's it! I don't follow a tight schedule with my eating because every day is different for me, so I only focus on the what kind of food and how much. Simple, fast and effective! Thanks to 3weekdiet!

Good teaching tool

I am done the three weeks and I am ready to repeat the process in a modified version. I did loose pounds in the process, but more than anything i saw how my body responded to several different diet approaches. The various diet segments taught me a lot about how my body works or did not work. I will take this knowledge with me onwards. The diet was easy for me to follow.

I lost 9 lbs in just Phase #1 alone. It wasn't easy but nothing worth having is! I followed everything to a T. I lost a total of 15 lbs, which may not seem like alot to some but for someone like me who didn't have alot to lose, it's a ton. I started out at 129 lbs and we all know those last lbs are the hardest to lose so Thank You Brian for putting this out there for those of us who had lost all hope of ever shedding the last bit of weight..

I have never lost weight so quickly as I did with 3weekdiet. At first I felt pretty bad... guess my body was adjusting. After about day 4 I was feeling better. Actually whatever phase I was in I was never hungry. I did not try any of supplements suggested throughout but seemed to have lots of energy. My problem was at the end my weight loss came to a screeching halt. I have tried to very faithfully continue with follow up plan but my weight has not budged. My allowable calories per day have gotten so minimal... I am 63... that I feel I should be losing weight but I am not. Thanks for the success though. Could use some follow up help. 5 stars if follow up support.

Worth the read! The most thorough diet & exercise guide I've ever read. It told me exactly what to do based on what I wanted to achieve. Debunked myths about eating and exercise AND everything was easy to read! Images and sketches were helpful with the exercise too

I love a busy life style with kids in sports, a full time job and being a volunteer in the community! If I can do this diet anyone can. I lost 12 pounds in 8 days. It's crazy. The first week is hard however remember read mind over matter and you can do anything. After that I have stayed on the high protein part of it due to wanting to lose more and consuming no carbs. It's easy because carbs make me feel terrible. I will continue this diet until I have reach my goal weight! This diet is great and works. I've read reviews where people says it's not true, well they haven't tried. It's the easiest fool proof diet ever!

In the race to be the biggest looser, I often glued to umpteen health TV series, I used to flip through the books to get a feasible health plan but I was so confused with the bombardment of opinions and views about losing weight. Then I stumbled upon the book called "The 3 week diet". An easy-to-follow plan, effective exercises, perfect selection of food, amazing health tips, some unknown facts and loads of inspirations - truly defines this wonderful book. You may be exercising daily, but are you eating right? This book dwells on what you need to eat in order to keep those muscles healthy and big, and thats just the tip of the ice berg. Dwelling on many topics like metabolism or how stress affects your efficiency during your meal plan and so much more, I can safely say that Ive met the perfect match for the perfect lifestyle Ive always wanted!

With the increased number of weight loss products and dieting fad, it is quite obvious that you will think hundred times before using one. Not in case of the 3-Week Diet system. As compared to other fast loss weight programs, the 2-week diet is reasonable in a sense that it provides fair options. Limited food intake is a must but the allowable types of food are just simply acceptable, which make the program easier and doable for anyone. Specifically talking about Phase 1 of the diet, you will need not to worry as there are a lot of options to choose from for all categories whether it be allowable vegetable, protein, or liquids. You might even actually end up still eating what you want but at minimal amounts. This is indeed an effective, fun diet program!

The 3 Week Diet book is all a person need to excel smartly in his everyday life. I'd never had a great experience of loosing weight so easily and effectively, that my stubborn fat (a horrified reality) which always irritated me to wear one of my coolest body con dress. But now those fatty labs are no more there to make me get depressed while getting ready to look lavishly amazing for the evening party.
This book is one of my best buddy from now on, i never miss a chance to get as many benefits as i can from this book.
