Katharine Cerny is exemplary in every way! She has helped me with WP error codes, WP coding specific to my theme DNS records for email and she is thoughtful and patient! Her skill set with all things WP and WPMU is amazing and I'm always grateful when her name pops up in my help chat.

Received support from Jasper regarding some questions with the Forminator Pro plugin settings. Access to support was immediate. Jasper then proceeded to answer all my questions clearly, efficiently and professionally, solving the issue easily within a couple minutes, while educating me so that i fully understand how the settings work so i can easily do this on my own going forward. WPMU consistently over the years has provided support that sets the bar i the (any) industry. With many tech companies and other service providers offering "support" via annoying chatbots, followed by long waits to connect to an untrained agent that simply wastes one's time while refusing to connect you to actual tech support "tech support doesn't take direct calls", WMPU is an exception and should be the gold standard with other companies strive toward in their customer support. Keep up the excellent work!

WPMUdev provide the best support I have ever encountered with a tech firm. I love their chat support and their ticketing. I also love their forum. Its all brilliant and it gives me confidence that my clients (who are not tech businesses) could eventually take over the management of their own website hosting over time with WPMUdev as their support along the way. Today Rael was incredibly patient and supportive with my particular issues. All of the support team are just fantastic and therefore i Highly recommend WPMUdev for hosting and their software is incredible too.

I've just migrated from Dreamhost to WPMU Dev using the automated DIY process which was very easy and quick - took about 30 minutes after reading the instructions. I pinged support as the SSL certificate was not updating and they resolved the issue in 5 minutes. I've run my first AHREfs site audit and every page was detected and loaded correctly. There was not a single error when AHREFs crawled the site. This is a welcome change from Dreamhost where I was only ever getting 10% if the site crawled (most pages constantly timing out or returning streaming errors), and their support team telling me the Wordpress plugins were causing the problems.

Im glad i changed to WPMU DEV relaly speedy support and love way the The Hub works five shuld be 10 stars.

He fixed a bunch of 404s by doing regex which I didn't know how to do. He also helped me with pages that had duplicate content. He went the extra mile!

The team are so helpful whenever there is a Wordpress issue. They listen to the problem, propose solutions and take care of the heavily lifting for you. I couldn't recommend them more highly :)

We had an issue with one of our plugins and we had a support person available instantly! We got the issue resolved within minutes. It turned out to be a caching issue, not even a plugin issue.

Amazing support! Shamser helped me troubleshoot a really scary bug that I couldn't figure out how to solve on my own. He went into the database and found/fixed a column that was incorrectly set. Super impressive - there's no way I would have figured this out on my own!

If you are a web designer you need to have this support. I've been designing websites for 20 years and there are still times when I have questions, and other times when I just need another experts opinion. These guys know Wordpress, and they know wordpress inside and out. The time they save is worth the pennies it cost.

For those do it "your selfers "( meaning the people who know a little wordpress but wouldn't consider your self a professional web designer - I think wpmu is a must have. Infact when I hire a new web designer. I also pay the fee for wpmu support because of the amount of time that is saved

Security, speed optimizer, uptime/downtime, search engine optimization, image optimizer, hosting, dashboards and the best helpdesk/support.

Best support team I have experience with any hosting company that has been used throughout my years of development!
