This is one of the worst places to buy online. The quality of the items is cheap and they look nothing like the picture. It would be ok, since they are not very expensive but if you try to get help from them and reach customer service... good luck! I didn't get an item that showed as delivered and they made it impossible to get a reasonable solution. The other items I bought went straight to a donation center. A really bad experience!

I placed an order for some really cute blouses and 2 dresses. When I finally received my order. It took weeks, nothing was as it was advertised and nothing fit. Trying to return the order has been a nightmare. I sent in my return information 4 times. The fourth time they finally replied that they are a company based in China and due to the prohibitive return cost, they will refund 15% of my purchase, In one e-mail exchange they said they would send a return shipping label but that hasn't happened either. Buyer Beware!

NEVER NEVER NEVER order anything from this company. It is 100% a scam, they take your money and you never get the items. They keep sending fake tracking numbers. You will regret is if you order anything. I called PayPay which is how I paid and they have not replied with any assistance either., I think we boycott them too - I would not doubt if they are in on these scam companies themselves. I has two companies in the same month take my money and never produced the items. Paypal just keeps stalling also.

The catalog pictures are all stolen, on the Wotoba site. They have no issue stealing copywrited material from genuine and authentic manufacturers. Wotoba will fill orders, that way there is a product shipped, tracking andthe order is fulfilled. Wotoba knows their items are junk, and will not refund, except when pressed, 15%. That is their business model. Deep discounts on junk, that in the end, is overpriced junk. Not sure why Paypal, or any credit card will allow orders processed with a history of fraud.

Returns are so expensive to return cheap item, shipping is more than the product. Please report fraud at ic3.gov for US. Seller sells items not in stock. Waited 50 days no item but 1/2 order. Description and photo do not match item received.

Very flimsy cheap junk nothing like their pictures. Do not buy from them. Their customer service is horrible. One example is a hat I ordered. They don't admit it's nothing like the picture and insist I return it to China at my cost. I bet you could find that hat at a dollar store. See photos for the difference in what received vs ordered.

I should have read the other reviews first. I am colossally disappointed in the quality. The photos are extremely deceptive. The shoes they sent are absolute garbage. There is no padding in the shoe interior and the soles are paper thin. I don't know what kind of leather they are supposed to be but it looks fake. And the SMELL! They smell very strong of chemicals. I'm afraid of getting a rash from the toxins or worse.
The blouse is made of a very thin polyester that feels like sand paper. I haven't even gotten my entire order. They seem to be sending one or two items at a time so it makes if much harder to track your purchases.

I tried to get information to return the products and was told I would have to ship them to China. So I checked the shipping charges. It would cost twice my entire order to send just one product back.

I wish I had never ordered this crap.

I purchased a green tee shirt with a blue dragonfly on the front. After almost two months of waiting the purchase finally arrived. Sadly, it was the most disgusting purchase I have ever made - the bottom edge of the shirt as well as the sleeves were raw edges with no hem to protect the raw edges. A very poor job and decision to deliver to customers unfinished work. Do not purchase from Wotoba - it is indeed a SCAM - BIG TIME SCAM!

I totally agree with the other unfortunate victims who purchased from this unethical business. Yes, they are scam artists. I ordered some women's leather booties and waited SEVERALLY weeks for them with no update. When they finally arrived they were several sizes too large, as their size chart is totally inaccurate! They refuse to admit
This, and will not send me a prepaid return label. What an incredibly shady operation! Unfortunately, because they are foreign based I doubt that they can be stopped from continuing to scam unsuspecting customers. Wish you had read these reviews before I ordered from this despicable business! This business deserves a sub zero rating.
