Their quality of clothing is very poor. Material is cheap and fades. You are charged for returning items and very strict quidelines. Most places do not charge a return fee. They tack on a hefty late charge. The prices have increased, but not the quality or service. Very unhappy.
Denied delivery of merchandise beginning of June 2021 since ordered clothes early May. Would not commit to delivery date or let me cancel. Online reviews mainly negative so when order finally arrived I denied delivery from USPS. Filed dispute with VISA. WW tried to get check from me in addition to VISA payment they already had. VISA credited back my $81.87 after investigating and confirming I did NOT receive merchandise. End of December 2021 received notice Woman Within turned non existent claim into a Collection Agency out of Madison WI. Called VISA and they informed they had worked with Woman Within when they settled my dispute and that they had no legal claim for monies. Obviously there is something really wrong with this company. Wish I could charge them for all the time and trouble they caused me.
When making a purchase from WW an item from another fullbeauty site showed up on my order. I immediately called and asked for it to be removed. I was told it couldn't, then told it could be removed - it wasn't. I was promised return shipping would be paid, it won't. I tried to call corporate during business hours and it goes straight to voice mail. The customer is definitely not of importance to them.

I have done.business with them for years and have been happy. They have really changed over the years and the quality of the clothing has really deteriorated. The size I have ordered for years no longer fits. And….this e-card. If I want an exchange or a refund I DON'T want it back in their e-card. The headache of doing business with you is just not worth it.
I ordered several items. I was charged over $250, the total of my order, at the time I placed my order. I was then charged a second time for the total of my order, over $250. Both are pending on my debt card and therefore, my cash flow is being held accordingly. I called the customer service and was told it is pending and one will be dropped within 3 to 5 business days. I said I know what pending means. I asked why they put two pending amounts on my debt card. No one could answer the why question and just kept repeating that one would be dropped and did I talk to my bank. I asked to talk to a supervisor and no one was available. Therefore, I was transferred multiple times instead. Thank goodness I have money at this point but what if I could not afford a hold like that.
My first order and everything I ordered was too big. Since I used paypal to buy I could not exchange. They charge $9.99 for mailing return back. Since I had 2 items that were no back order I was waiting and waiting for them to arrive to send back. As the 60 days return window was approaching I called about the back orders. It was then I learned that they had to be in their warehouse within 60 days. I sent them immediately back but in 5 days shipping they were not received in time. No refund. Then I had to pay 9.99 twice to return the other backorders. Never again! How can you expect to return items within 60 days when you don't have all the order in 60 days. Paying multiple return fees is ridiculous. Stay away!

I am currently having a horrible experience with the customer service reps.at Woman Within. I was very specific about when I needed my order to arrive and I was willing to pay for expedited delivery. The customer service representative assured me if I upgraded to the WW credit card and spent a little more I would still receive my expedited delivery with free shipping. It was a total Lie! As of today, no items have arrived... I called them and they're like "oh... the packages aren't even shipped out as of yet..." This is a disgraceful with no accountability on their part! Shame on you Woman Within! I was counting on these clothes to return to work next week! Now because of you're misinformation I have to scramble to gather outfits for next week. Again, shame on you Woman Within! Clothes definitely affect people's lives.

I ordered from here last January, I gained some weight after my surgery. I was so excited when I got their catalog in the mail. The clothes looked fantastic on the page. I noticed that they had all of the plus sized clothing modeled on thin women, but I figured I couldn't go wrong due to their product description. I spent about $200, and I ended up having to throw everything out within a month. Everything shrunk the first time I washed them. The fabric on their tees was rough and felt terrible against my skin. As a plus sized woman, I want clothes that feel good, fit well and will not shrink after my first use. One of the tunics I ordered was practically a half shirt when the washing machine was done with it!
I have ordered quite a few items from WW. I have been pleased with the quality of the items in most cases. Their sizing chart is good. Returns and refunds have been quite acceptable. I will continue to purchase from this website.
I disputed this within a month of not receiving my product. They had drawn out the dispute by going back and forth with me to the point that I can't get recourse anywhere else. They insisted i signed for something and when i asked for them to show me, after several requests, they said it was still at FedEx. They sent invalid tracking numbers for FedEx. When I told them they said it was nothing they could do. They would not respond to BBB when i filed complaint.
I tried to call and resolve a billing problem, they were billing me for items I bought. But they had set two accounts and my items were on both. I didn't know about the two accounts so I was using my online banking to pay on one account I owed. But didn't pay anything on the duplicate account. When I called I had a hard time getting him to understand that there were two accounts, once he realised there were two accounts he still wanted me to pay the fees for late and non-payments. He said I had to pay the whole fee amount six months worth. I told him I was going to pay off the good and original contract and take my business elsewhere.
Got a email wanting to know why I closed my account, when they found out about the situation, they reimbursed me my payoff amount and said I had a zero balance and my account was still opened.
I do like some the products from this company. This week I received a pair of pants that were torn. I called customer service and in order to exchange the pants, I would have to pay shipping charges as if it were a new order. I am done with this company. Amazon would have told me to dispose of the torn garment and they would have sent a replacement free of charge.
I placed an order in early June and received three of 7 items. Two of the items had to be returned because they were HUGE (I ordered using their fit measurements on their site). It took over a week for the items to be received by Woman Within, and according to customer service they haven't been processed... okay. Now the worst of it, I called and also inquired about the other items I ordered and have not received, "they'll be coming 'sometime' in July" was the response. It's the middle of July now, so I am not holding my breath on when my shipment will arrive. Sooooo, it will possibly take over a month and a half to receive my original items, and they couldn't even tell me when I can expect my exchanges for my returns. Don't order from WW if you are in a hurry.
I give these people at woman within a zero rating if i could go lower i would. Don't waste your time or money on these scam artists. They charge you twice on your credit card for the same top and refuse to admit it. It took them over a month to send me one top. I called them repeatedly trying to find out some information and kept getting the runaround. I told them i wanted a date when it would be shipped out or i would take further action... they finally gave me a shipping date and it was sent out, but charged me twice, once while it was processing, and second time when it shipped out. I thought jms was a bad clothing site, but i think this overrides them.

Place a order waiting 3 weeks! Still waiting. Still has not shipped. Because $1000 orders ahead of me? Is what was said to me... for my order of only $200 dollars! I said cancel my order they refused. Said they can't when In process so I guess I refuse the crap clothes when they show up at my door! And I will be canceling my account. You don't need my money.
Ordered back on April 9th. Still waiting on two items that their site says are "In Stock". Spoke to customer service and was given run around and told over and over it was, "Processing". After voicing my frustrations on May 12th, they told me it would ship in 7-10 business days since the order was in the warehouse. So basically from what I was told they are getting so many orders they are taking two months to process them and upwards of two weeks to ship. Well I never received a single email in regards to a delay. Of course I am writing this on the 12th so still don't know if I will get it in two weeks. Most likely going to cancel the order since I was offered nothing for my trouble and time spent chasing this down.

I was on hold for 2 hours not allowing me to use my Customer Promo code or my reward promo. They deleted my order and than did not go back to my original order making sure it was correct. When I asked for a supervisor I was told they were on the phone. I was the. Transferred to customer service and I'm still holding. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Still

I ordered the same-shirts I ordered 2 years ago. This years-shirts are cheaper and smaller in size. Twice I ordered I received the wrong items. First time was a bra when ordered a tank top. Second time were shorts when order a blouse. They would not send me the items I ordered until they received the items back. When I asked to speak to someone higher up they told me there was no one. I emailed a complaint to the company and never received a response back. I will not order from them again.

My wife ordered 3 tops from Woman Within. Their customer service was terrible. They confused my wife when they offered their credit card through Comenity Bank. My wife gave her husband's social security number with her name. Therefore after doing a lot of research we received a letter indicating the Equifax rejected our application. The pattern letter did not indicate that. We had to spend $14.00 dollars to wirite a letter to Comenity Bank and Woman Within headquarters demanding a correction.
I bought some items, returned them and Woman Within says they never got the return. I have an email where they say they got the items back. I bought them on 6/1, returned was received on 7/8 but for some reason they cannot find the information. I will never buy anything from Woman Within again.
