I disputed this within a month of not receiving my product. They had drawn out the dispute by going back and forth with me to the point that I can't get recourse anywhere else. They insisted i signed for something and when i asked for them to show me, after several requests, they said it was still at FedEx. They sent invalid tracking numbers for FedEx. When I told them they said it was nothing they could do. They would not respond to BBB when i filed complaint.
