Woman Within has always shipped promptly for me and their clothing is great value. I've never needed to return anything. I do wish more of their styles came in Petite so dresss aren't so long on me. I have to wear them as a maxi or have them cut and hemmed.
Your package arrives with an excess of catalogs which were included in the cost of shipping. I had the weight verified at my post office. My last 3 orders items were canceled without any notification. Most recent I ordered a jacket on 12/10/2022 and my order was canceled on 1/26/2023. And that item is now on sale.
I placed an order, and four hours later was calling to see why I did not get my free shipping as advertised on the catalogue. I made a separate entry here on that issue. The prompter asks if this is a new order or an order I already placed. I chose the second one. It asks for your confirmation number. I gave it to them. It had no record of my order. Then it asked for my phone number, but still said they had no record of the order. It kept sending me in a circle, and I got nowhere. Why did they not have this information? My phone number is the same for 30 years, and is a landline. Big hassle.
I placed an order and they 100 percent sent me the wrong item. I called and they tried to tell me I had to pay again for the item they sent wrong. Also I could pay $9 in shipping ect they were unfriendly unmovable and unhelpful. I will never do business with them again.
I have purchased from them and so far everything worked out just fine. I don't have anything to complain about. Yhey took my order and sent it out on time and it was delivered in good condition.

I have made my last purchase with WW. They sent me the wrong items and charged me for the return. The sizes are not standard. This is not the 1st time I have had proiblems. Items not worth the cost and/or hassles!

I will never in life order again from this company. I ordered my mom a coat for Christmas and did not recv it til after Christmas, strike 1. Then I had to do an exchange because it was too small, so I filled out the form that came with the coat for a smooth transaction, strike 2. It is now Feb 27th and i have no coat, called and they stated the coat was no longer in stock! I had no correspondence from this company throughout unless I called them and each time i gave them a corrected email that they could never get right! I am far from prejudice but I hate the idea of outsourcing calls to a company out of the country, you live in India we dont even speak the same language and yet you are going to take my order and provide customer service. They dont have to worry about me ever ordering even a sock from them!
"designed with the needs of plus size women in mind." is what they say on their site. They make it seem like it's for plus size women like me, with heavy feet, plus sized figure. BUT it's NOT. Their stuff runs sooo small. Their stuff is for thin plus size models, you know the ones that are considered plus sized but they're really just normal to us every day people. Even the models they advertise on their site wearing their products are not plus sized. I bought sandal heels that are sized 12 WW. And it fit more like a size 8, normal, no width at all. That's my usual size and it didn't fit. I didn't take it back, it's just sitting in my closet collecting dust. I've never seen a size 12 Wide Width that small. Never again!

Placed order in September received only part of order in October and paid for that in November. Received rest of order in November which didn't fit well and followed return policy to return. Would not credit account and they said I should have cancelled order before I received it. Trying BB and see how that goes.
ALWAYS call in and order because if you do it online, put coupon code in box hit apply it doesnt apply it! I just talked to someone from women within and they said they cant give me the discount! It happeded twice now! No longer a customer!
Today is the 1st of June, my order was placed the 19th of May. My order has still not shipped. I wanted to cancel my order. Once you place an order your order goes into "In Process) status. All three people I talked to said it could not be cancelled because it was "In Process." It's been in that status since day 1. So you cannot cancel and order. Back up of orders is what all three claim. I had to continually request to be bumped up to someone in status. Of the three people I spoke to, two definitely did not have a good grasp of the English language, and the third one claimed to be an American in El Paso. Now, I have to wait to get a phone call back from someone higher up. The numbers and ways to talk to someone are part of a great search on line. This has happened before as I have ordered before. Search capabilities are limited, vague and inaccurate on their site. I was on their site for several hours trying to find a similar item to something I had purchased previously- with no success. I called to ask for assistance and they told me to go to the website. I said I had. I asked for him to transfer me to a supervisor he said please call back. I figured that he didn't want to get in trouble. I called back, got a supervisor, and she said unless she could see the item she cant help me. I said can I send you a picture of the item? She says no we don't have that capability I suggest you go look at the website
I have no complaint about the quality of their clothing … just too expensive when compared to other sites. I do object to many of the promises of their beauty offerings. The inventory seems geared to the more naive woman.
I purchased 3 bike shorts (exactly the same) from Woman Within on Amazon. These were each too large. For two shorts, this vender provided free return via Amazon at Kohl's. For the third shorts they would not allow this return policy - they are charging me return shipping via USPS only. The sizing chart for these shorts was inaccurate. I do not recommend for anyone to make purchases from Woman Within.
I was purchasing an e gift card for a friend. I went on to purchase it on Thursday morning, because some sites are slow. I was sure I would have it within 24 hours to give on Saturday. I failed to read their FAQ to see that they take 3-5 BUSINESS days to send them out. It also took them a day to process the order so the time it really takes is 4-6 Business days.
Horrible spent 126 July paid off the 126 in august was charged 2.00 no statement in Oct received a statement for 6.00 paid it off dec received a statement for 2.00 fee and 18.00 late fee off a zero balance customer service is in India near impossible to understand them
I placed an order April 11 and have received nothing. Their automated system thanks me for my April 12 order and says it was shipped on the 13th. Not possible. I even had an email from them on the 16th saying it was taking longer than usual to process orders. Tried sending an email to cancel the order and got no response. Chat is never available and wait time when calling is more than 10 minutes. I finally did that and was told I could not cancel because the order was in the warehouse to be filled but no timeframe for when that would happen. Their only suggestion was if I didn't want it to return it. Can't imagine what will happen if I try to return something and try to get a refund. Will never order from them again. Also same thing is happening with King Size, an affiliate company.
I had ordered a pair of shoes for@ 15.00. I received them and they did not fit so I sent them back. They denied they received them and I refused to pay them again for a pair of shoes I sent back. The charges eventually got up to 400.00 which I refused to pay. I was purchasing a house and the person doing this assumed I had the great credit rating I usually had. Woman Within had ruined it to where I had to pay them the 400.00 for a pair of 15.00 shoes that had been returned to close on the house and get and my daughter and me off the street. This homeless state went on most of the summer and hotel, meals out, gas etc cost me@ 5,000.00
I bought a gift card as a Christmas gift and never received it. We went back and forth with emails and finally I was promised a refund in writing. Of course, I never received the refund so I sent all the correspondence to my credit card company who back charged them and issued me a refund. Today I got a letter in the mail demanding payment since my credit card company refused them payment. Never deal with such a disreputable company.
I ordered 4 shirts, 2 came, then one more came that was a different color than I ordered, I called and they told me to send it back. There was no label to send it back and I asked for her to email one and she said she could not. I was not going to use my money to mail back their mistake. She then said they did not charge me so just keep it. Gave it to a neighbor and then they charged me for it. They said unless I returned it I could not get the last shirt I ordered, which I also paid for. I spoke with a regular person, a supervisor and a person above the supervisor and was not helped at all. They are making me pay for 2 of their mistakes. Don't buy from this company because you will pay for their mistakes.
