Check it with a magnet. Refunds are also a crap shoot. You might get it. Customer service is, at best, STUPID! On purpose. They route you to places that don't help and repeat same useless info as if it were God's own words. They try to stall until you just give up.

I bought shoes for my wife they were delivered incorrectly as we ordered them 6/5/20, I placed a refund via their ap the same day as this is the ONLY way to contact this company, which is a red flag. We went back and forth providing pictures and describing the problem which I did for a few weeks! I am writing you, over 2 months without a simple refund or positive communication to finding a resolution. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. Very unsat. Do not buy from Wish! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes around June 15th. So far, only one pair has shown up and they stink like a Chinese swamp! So bad I had to throw them out! The other two pairs have not arrived, as of today, August 17th! To make things worst, the arrival date keeps changing whenever it gets close! So they have had my money for months and I have nothing! When and if they do show up, the summer will be over and I won't need the sandles I ordered! And they might stink too, who knows! I'll never waste my hard earned money with these crooks again! I wish I would've looked up the reviews before I would've ordered. Do not order from this company they will not give you a refund and hopefully when you do receive the shirts you have a small teddy bear that you can put them on because that's about what size it'll fit.

Everything I bought from Wish has been absolute *hit quality. I'd take a look and know instantly that it can't be used. Something I bought for $70 did not even work and broke on my first use.
They charge shipping as much as the truly dollar store value item itself, and the shipping is so slow that you start to forget you even ordered anything in the first place. The sales and coupons are a joke as whatever algorithm they have adjust prices and shipping to make sure that there is actually no sale.
You'd think all of this is bad practice but the most infuriating thing is hands down, the customer service or complete lack of. They purposefully incorporate an automated system to deal with you because they know most of us are full of wrath when we do need to speak with customer support. And the support is no help, so don't bother contacting them. They are not on your side and just want to get your money and if you're mad about anything? Too bad. Never shop here y'all

I used wish to get my daughter a lap top.On april 7 I ordered the lap top and headphones.
In June I received the headphones. I have been contacting them ever since. I have left a phone number. I have emailed many times... upward of 30.

This company is a total fraud, I placed orders in April and it's mid august and still nothing except excuses, I've tried communicating with them in June left many messages, no response then finally mid august they finally respond to tell me the window for refunds has closed, so needless to say I'm very disappointed, I will never shop with them again and anyone I know I will tell them to shop somewhere else, it's such a scam I lost at least 75 bucks,... Wish.com does not have a good Internet BBB rating--wish I had checked them out before ordering. I received my car vacuum, priced at $28 +$11 shipping. It was cheaply made and not worth $41 total. It also took 20 days to receive from China. I want to return it, BUT, in order to return an item YOU MUST TAKE A PICTURE OF WHAT YOU RECEIVED. If you do not include a picture, you cannot complete the request for refund form! I am unable to include a picture, so I decided to make an official complaint to the Internet Better Business Bureau, which is when I saw the warning.
I believe this outrageous demand for a picture is one way that they limit returns and refunds. I have never come across any other online vendor that requires that you either own a Smartphone, upload the picture to your computer, and be able attach it to the Refund Request Form... OR... have a camera with a smartcard, take the picture and then upload it to the pc and attach it to the form.

I would give this app a perfect 0 star if possible. On 4 occasions I had bought things and waited more than 3 months, but still hasn't come, and they keep extending the date of delivery, this is the worst app possible and they have automatic reply customer support which does not really answer your questions. Absolutely pathetic to wait 4 months for a delivery...

I have been waiting for over $300.0 worth of products from this company going back all the way to March it is now halfway through August! The company refuses to refund my money as they say they cannot do so well the item is in transit. However they keep adjusting the delivery by date never ever buy anything from this company it is a fraud!

Did order lots if stuff from wish. Whatever reached me, was very cheap product, lots of the items were not functioning and ugly, in addition, although I paid for single shipments, was surprised that a total of 9 items was packed onto one single shipment... stuff was Not the same as advertised.
Now the big agony: following ordered on June 13. Few items supposed to be received July 24, changed to Aug. 2, changed to Sept. 3 and now after checking, noticed that it was changed again to Oct. 11.
Other items ordered on June 2 and they were supposed to be received on July 11, changed to Aug. 23 and now after checking, they changed again to Sept. 30.
The biggest handicap is that there is No One that could be approached to complain about these unnecessary delays or get an explanation as to why they keep changing and changing the arrival of the stuff.
I guess these people are simply trying to make quick money... Note to all readerd: don't gamble with this useless company. They think they are the kink of the castle with their cheap and ugly product and they do allow themselves differing shipments month after month.
As far I am concerned am confident that I will never receive the pending items and consequently list 350.00 dollars...

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
