So, I guess Wish is great if you want to donate money to a bunch of businesses overseas who may or may not ever send you a gift as thanks. That is, this really doesn't work like a real legit business. I have given up on getting half of the stuff I ordered six months ago. What did arrive was mostly either broken into small pieces (e.g., glass sent in a shipping envelope - really, who could have predicted THAT would break?) or could not be identified based on what I thought I actually ordered (that part was actually kind of interesting in an unsolicited grab bag sort of way - but not ultimately satisfying).

Qualities are nothing close to what you see, they say you get what you pay for is totally wrong you get almost 2% of what you pay for adding shipping. I don't know where they get their sizes and pictures of the products. Read the description carefully and do not even look at the picture and the shape because that is not what you will get.

wish.com is a scam The merchandise is extremely cheap it will arrive broken and when it does there is no way to get a refund even though they say 30 day refund from the date you receive it. In order to get a refund you must submit a picture of the broken merchandise but wish.com has disabled the function to upload a picture or to take a picture to submit for your refund. Also they do not tell you that if they disagree you don't get a refund. Everything I have received from wish.com has been broken in half. I've tried for days to apply for a refund but without the picture you can't submit anything to customer service. Pay more from a reputable company that you can get your money back if the merchandise not as pictured, described or broken because you will not get it back from wish.com. Set your money on fire and throw it out the window, you'll get as much for it as spending it with Wish.com.

I used to love to shop Wish. What happened? Wish is no longer what it used to be. Just about everything I've ordered in the last few months has been wrong, or never received. U can't access customer service, U have to go thru an automated chat. Then they change the date every time I ask about your order. I have been in contact with them for months and I'm still waiting to get something done. "WISH" used to be great. Something happened over there. Be careful when ordering. I ordered according to the size chart & what I did receive was still wrong. To many things to write about in my review. Just be careful, and patient. Hopefully you will have better luck. I no longer shop WISH.

I ordered a full sized metal detector and a hand held metal detector in April 2020. I received the hand held one, but haven't received the full sized one. Customer service just has their automated response, you can't get through to actual person to ask for a refund. So I email their corporate headquarters in San Francisco only to be told they can't do anything, I need to go through the wish app. So looks like they got my money and nothing I can do about it. They are scammers and thieves, they collect your money and laugh all the way to the bank.

I purchased a dud item that blew up taking all my house fuses with it.
Went to contact customer support and got a white screen of death. Everything else on site ok. But customer support unable to load. Went thru net and suprise suprise got email saying only way to get refund was to use the support on app (despite already corresponding with me now)which does not load.
What a rip off. I know they peddle cheap junk. So be it. But this type of cheap trick is a poor way to make /$$.

Ordered 2 items in May, they continually changed delivery date, blamed covid for slow delivery... ridiculous! I wanted my money back, they said it was still withing "shipping window" yes, because they kept pushing the date back! Finally, at 4 months from order they gave me my money back.

I used to buy things occasionally from wish.com, but not anymore. The shipping is getting faster but more expensive. The quality of the products are getting worse and worse, if you're luckily enough to get the item you actually ordered! The last time I ordered from them I didn't get 2 of the items I ordered and the one item I did get was completely the wrong item. And to make matters worse they kept trying to make it seem like it wasn't their fault! Don't shop wish.com! Pay the few extra dollars and get items local or on amazon.

Order a tee-shirt. Took 2 months to get it, not a big deal. But, I ordered an XL and the shirt they sent has a tag that reads XL but it is clearly much smaller. I took a picture of a normal XL t-shirt with the one the sent me over-layed on top. At the shoulder seams it measures a full 5 inches smaller. Allowing for some variation in XL meassurements from different manufacturers, 5 inches is not even close. They refuse to refund and insist that because the shirt tag reads XL then it is the right size. Never again.
Update: After sending them pictures 3 times through tech support and getting the same canned robot response I finally requested a refund through PayPal. Then WISH sent me this email,

Our apologies for the inconvenience. It looks like you have disputed this transaction with your bank. Opening a dispute will prevent us from automatically refunding you directly through Wish. In addition, banking disputes can take up to 30 days to resolve, but an automatic refund through Wish takes less than 3 days.
We would love to help you resolve this issue but we are unable to take any further actions on your transaction while the dispute is in place. If you would like further assistance on this issue, please contact your bank to remove the dispute.
Once you have removed your dispute, please REPLY back to this ticket saying:
'I've cancelled the dispute. Wish may continue to help me with my refund.'
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hearing back from you once you've removed the dispute."
They are telling me to withdraw my dispute with PayPal so they can handle my case on their end. My reply was "You had 3 chances, time is up, I will continue with PayPal"
PayPal refunded my money within a week. Thank you PayPal.

Shopping with Wish was a big mistake. I ordered a basketball jersey in May and have yet to receive my product in late August. Wish' customer service is deplorable and it is impossible to get anyone to help you. I am regret ever downloading Wish.

Buyer beware. I took a chance on Wish.com and ordered a few things. A case and screen protector for a tablet and some LED light strings. The lights resembled what was on the picture (if you squinted, tilted your head, and covered one eye) but a miniature dollhouse version of it. LOL Jokes on me. You got me. OK, I know that you get what you pay for. I figured ok it will be of a inferior quality, but at the price, if it lasted one season it would be ok. As it is, I'm afraid to plug them in. The case and screen protector didn't fit. Not too bad until you factor the two months it takes to get something delivered. Going to a shady swap meet vender is preferable to shopping at Wish.com. If you have gotten something from them and it didn't totally Suck, you have set a really low bar or you were pretty lucky. They also make correspondence with customer care so tedious and arduous that you will be more likely to give up and cut your losses then follow through an waste another couple of month going back and forth. Makes me a little gun shy on trying other sites that are trying to compete with the giants like Amazon and Ebay. I want to give them a chance but...

ZERO customer service. First and last purchase from this company for me. If you have an issue with an order (like EXTREMELY delayed shipping, I mean MONTHS!), their "customer service" is an automated "chat" with canned answers. Prepare to lose your money entirely. Never again.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
