I had ordered a slim patch three months ago and its still not come. I sent emails to cancel it as I has moved away, and they want to refund only 30%, 40%, and 50%? I want the entire amount, they think money grows on trees? I sent so many emails and no one bothers to help me. They keep forcing me to take the product when I do not want it anymore. This is not customer satisfaction. Very bad. Total cheats! I want my entire amount back, not half the amount!
