They dropped back all of my order. It happened more then one month ago and they didn't pay back anything. They don't write real answer, just automatical letters. I lost my money. They are thieves!

Before I read any reviews, I thought that I would try and save some money (I'm on disability) and get a couple items on wish.com. Boy, was I in for an ordeal. I placed my order on May 18th for a watch, fidget spinner, and what I thought was a fidget cube. Turns out that after I placed my order, the fidget cube changed their description to tell me that I just ordered the box to put the cube in.

It's June 21st now, and even allowing the 32 days of delivery that they say, I still haven't gotten my items, nor my full refund for some of my items. I have dutifly watched the tracking and went to the tracking websites (all in Chinese mind you). Everything arrived May 19th or 20th in my city and yet when I called ALL mail and package delivery places in my city, the tracking number provided by Wish is not valid.

I phoned all the carriers overseas (costing me over $10 in calls) only to get the same response: "The number you have called is invalid or not in service at this time.".

NEVER shop with Wish, despite how tempting saving a few dollars looks. I will be sharing my terrible experience with Geek (a Wish company) as well.

Its true that you get for what you pay but most of the time never received exactly your order and plus you have to wait more than a month to received. In other words the cheapest cost MORE

Over a month late
June 20, 2017

Can't make a full review but this is the first and last time I will ever shop on wish. All my orders are over a month late. They were suppose to arrive by may. 19th it is already June 20th and I have not received even 1 item yet. I think I'll just stick to Amazon. At this point I'm so tired of waiting I will just reorder from somewhere else.

So I order various items back in February 2017 expecting delivery march I'm fine with that.
So like an absolute shop aholic I buy few more same day two hat I know.
Now we're in the late part of June.
And would you Adam and Eve it no items at all.
I've emailed the robots at wish got the usual generic response.
Then when ask for a refund I get one item refunded.
And I'm in the double figures range of items v. low end but more than one.
And to add insult to injury
It's one those moments when say I could have guess that would be case.
Refunded the cheapest one.
Will not be buying again I'll stick we eBay

I received an order from wish. In my order was a clipping from the Catholic Messenger 1948 about my deceased mother and my Aunt. I cannot get a hold of anyone to get answers. This is so strange.

Cheap stuff shipped directly from China. I buy things there regularly. The shipping is sometimes painful, but at least free (to Australia)^^

Wish Guarantee "We have your back! You never have to worry when you shop on Wish." Total BS. Ordered a wifi Endoscope and received a non wifi Endoscope. In the description and the pictured it all showed a wifi box and gave all the specs but because on the bottom it said package contents and did not list a wifi box, wish said what I received was correct. Now if you do get a return what happens is you have to pay to ship the item to wish and then you get your money back but you still lose the shipping. So what it sounds like to me is at this point wish can not pay the seller and keep the product. Sell it on there other site and make bank. I am not saying that is what they are doing but everything I have ordered comes from china and looking at the cost to return something oversees is expensive. So you do the math. If you try to call the phone number listed on the site it is a recording. Nothing more. Not happy at all with wish and I will not be ordering anything else from them. To be honest I am getting tired of all these rip off sites. Geek mama cute home all btw are wish.

I assumed the sizes would run small but not to the extent of what they truly are. I bought 2 sizes up XL. This top won't fit my granddaughter. Also looked completely different than picture. DONT WASTEYOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Haha. I ordered one of those "salad makers". It's a white dome shaped plastic container with slits in the top, & you put in all your veggies & lettuce, tip it over & cut up your salad through the slits... It's a joke. DON'T GET IT. IT'S TOTALLY WORTHLESS.

I bought some items from "wish.com" clothes and other assorted items. When I Finally did get my items. Everything was way to small. The sizing scale has to be way different then in the US. Also I was promised a free gift so I picked an item from a list of things they had. I picked a silver bracelet they described as 925 real silver. Well I finely received the bracelet. As I was looking at it, to my surprise it stuck to a magnet. And the bracelet has a little tab hanging off of it with"925" on it. So I was lied to an being scammed. Big surprise! If I were you I would not waste my money there.

Okay so people don't realize that everything on wish still being more expensive than for example, amazon. First they say that "oh this jacket cost $300 before and now is only $30. Like... Obviously is stupid and they do it on purpose so you buy it. Second, the jacket may be $30 and in Amazon $35 but in wish they play with prices so if the product is cheap, they charge another 8 or 5 $$$$ for the shipping so either will cost you the same price (with luck) or a lot expensive. People wake up. They are robbing you. Is not that they are cheap. They just get all the offers around internet and put it in a platform where you log in and "wow look at all this cheap stuff" but still expensive than all other online shopping. I just use wish to copy and paste the name of the product and just go ahead and buy it in another online shop and I'll be cheaper.

I ordered 3 dresses that looked super cute on the site. All were pretty much transparent, all were mediums but one was tiny, one kind of medium, and one was huge. All really cheap fabric. And to return it you have to pay shipping and it was more expensive than the dress itself to return so now I'm stuck with 3 ugly, cheap, crappy dresses I wasted my money on. I deleted the app and am trying to spread the word... you get what you pay for from the wish app. Cheap clothes = cheap quality. Total crap!

Avoid ordering from these people at all cost. Every negative review you read is true. Every positive review was a fake one posted by the company. They print all of the sizes in centimeters knowing that in America sizes are actually done in inches so if you order a triple X and you're really getting possibly a medium. If you ever get it is the other question. It will take you for ever and circus hoops to jump through to try to get a replacement or return. They will also have your credit card information so check your statement for several months after the order to make sure because suddenly you'll have boogus charges. Don't believe them! Don't do iorder! Steer clear of wish.com they also operate under a Nother name Lily's deals
