Many tempting buys on the website. I ordered severel items early November. Items never arrived. Imcontacted support, they told me to wait it out a bit longer (5-7 days) stuff never showed up so I asked for a refund. I recieved a notice sayin I have been refunded and In my profile on their site it shows that I have been refunded but I have NOT BEEN REFUNDED. Don't order from this site.
I ordered something on May 4th. Since May 17th, the tracking information is shown as "May 17,2020

I contacted the customer service to report this is fraud because there is no USA custom facility in "ShangHaiShi SHANGHAI, USA". So it is fraud.
The customer service told me that it is still on the way to deliver to me.
Where is this city "ShangHaiShi SHANGHAI, USA"?
I think this site is awesome! I've bought many things and I never expect them to be super nice, and anybody that does is just naive I suppose. Everything is cheap and comes from China, so of course they're not going to be brand name quality products. I've bought all sorts of things from body jewelry to clothes and it all arrived when expected and met my satisfaction. I do a lot of artsy-craftsy things and go to Wish for my supplies. Heck, I even order my nail supplies through Wish. You just have to love a good deal, and be careful to check out the reviews and the sellers themselves and READ THE DETAILS... and personally, as far as anything electronic, I'd go to a different site.
There have been a couple items that weren't recieved and one item that was wrong but that was only 3 things totally maybe $10(including shipping), and comparing that to the $100's I've spent on this site, does not tarnish them in my opinion. Everyone and everything deserves a little room for error. Overall, the good has by far out weighed the bad.
Ordered Leupold VX3i scope. Saw fraud alert by Leupold and called in serial #. They said it is a fake from China. Same serial # reported multiple times

Buying at wish is really easy and should the item arrive damaged, it is rapidely refund. But really most of the times the goods are well packed and look exactly as on the pictures.
Why admire you such a s&%t company? How are people you managing to get people to order from you. Give everyone their money back and stop scamming ppl out of their hard earned money.
When you order things it takes to long to get wnd I ordered a watch that I paid for but never received it so I ordered a green Bluetooth watch and the instructions came in Chinese and I couldn't figure out how to use anything but the time asked for instruction in English but never received a answer back from anyone
Wish owes me hundreds off dollars. No true way to communicate. They claim they gave me refunds and they did give me partial refunds which covered the shipping costs. Only way to communicate is via automated Bull $#*!, You have a better chnace of winning the LOTO than receiving a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR DISSAPOINTMENT.

Ordered 2 items never got it from the wish app. First item was free but still never came and second one never came it's been 2 months I got refunded atleast
I ordered a Bose bluetooth head phones, first when I see it says £16 when I clicked to buy says £22 and when I finally clicked to slide to final pay says £32 total, £10 delivery, that is double the price that I have been told, anyway I still bought them, the parcel arrived 5 days later and the driver lefted the parcel outside my door never even ring the bell to let me know, after I opened it was a long ladys hair atached to the headphones, It was disgusting, and it looks fake, I will never ever order again from here, I am not happy with this company.

The worst online website I after I orderd too many things and after I was waiting for two months they sent me email to refund my money back I was waiting for the staff I order and now I have to buy it from another site so friends don't buy from them if there is zero star I will give them
The year is 2021 and I just can't believe that this kind of promotion and advertising that I see everyday on Wish, can be considered acceptable to the ACCC, The fair Trades Act of Australia and most customers visiting the Wish online store. Call it what you want... Clever promotion etc etc etc but I call it false advertising. You don't advertise a price for a product and then charge another price. You don't display a product in your advertisment ( Like a full tool set) with a price, no matter how cheap and then only offer one spanner for that price advertised. This is not Australian marketing and the way we do business in Australia. This kind of marketing may be acceptable in other countries where possibably dictator style (and perhaps corrupt) bully government's rule. But this is still Australia and we as individuals demand respect and trust worthy practices from our people in business. I have had some horrendous experiences with some online business pretending to be Australian but operating out of China. And these companies will not honour the 12 months warranties they advertise and offer. We need to stand up to these bullies and let them know that we won't be taken advantage of and let them diminish our good business practices.

I dont think my items coming in... tried contacting them over 10 times. No reply. Scammers. I have aopen lawsuit against them. I might be awarded 150,000. So dont except them to be in business long.
It is easy to find items on wish. The search option is very useful and there is always plenty of choice. Checking out is also very simple. Items also delivered on time, infact ealier than expected.
I've ordered 6 items, received only 4. One was damage (they refunded me), one description was innacurate (can't return it and no refund possible...), two was ok and I didn't receive two. They refuse to refund me those two because tracking said delivered... it was not. Had to chargeback and they disputed the charback. DO NOT BUY ON THIS WEBSITE, GO ON ALIEXPRESS, it's cheaper and support is actually good.

I only wanted to order my son a 1 pound fidget spinner and I typed my card details but they were rejected I typed them correctly checked my balance (I had 20k) and still it was rejected and yesterday I was charged 100 quid by them when I didn't order anything

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
