Disapointed in the quality, arrival and cost of shipping! Now why I have to leave 100 charters is further evidence of the bad product and the company!
I orders a lot of stuff never recived anything and the 2 things out of the 10 that I did order was not what I order I order a ring they sent me a mouth guard like what the hell they need to be shut down WISH sucks
It should be put out of businees and I am planning to put it on consumer court and close their fraud. They can't deliver the product and wasting consumer time and cheating people.
And will it ever come at all? Who knows? I foolishly ordered fromthem ucz I couldn't find the thing anywhere else. A month later it appeared on ebay, USA seller! Of course it has been 2-1/2 months and I AM STILL WAITING, as they keep EXTENDING and extending the delivery window...

Haven't been able to see any of the pics on the app & I have the recent version. One buyer I purchased pillow cases from never sent them & I received a ringthat wasn't what I ordered at all.
The shop is great. Service is great. But when it arrives, custum belgium takes his time. In 2 weeks from china to belgium. But then you have 2 wait sometimes 5 weeks for delivery from custom to home
No parcel received and the delivery date was for May 11,2018. E-mails was received and sent to Wish for refund, also nothing. Very disapointed and furious, will never again order.
I received a email thanking me for my wish order. I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WISH! I sent several emails to them stating this. It is scary that they can just take money from my account. I have ordered from them in the past, well over a year ago maybe more. I immediately went into the app ( I had actually deleted it) and removed my bank information. I finally got a response that I had been given a refund. I kept looking for it in my bank account. Well I wasn't given a refund only wish credit. I thought well people if you are going to do me that way I am going to use the credit. So I ordered enough to use my credit. I have been waiting for my order to arrive. The day has passed so I went to the app and looked it up. Now the arrival date has been changed for another month! One item has just now been shipped. I doubt I will EVER get these products! They are a scam! Blatant liers! I absolutely do not trust this site. Do not order from them. Do not give them your bank information! I earn you now!

Well where to begin with Wish? I have ordered 7 things total from Wish only two of which actually showed up before the guaranteed delivery date. Out of the two things that did show up both were way smaller then I thought they would be. I am a 3XL shirt size in Canada. To be on the safe side I ordered a 5XL and it was way to small. They even threw a 5XL sticker over top of a 2 XL sticker on the Tag lol. The other item I ordered was a set of 5 canvas prints that were way smaller then they looked on the photo. They were however the stated size I ordered. I just assumed they would be bigger then they actually were. The price of Wish is great and as far as quality goes it is what it is. You get what you pay for at least if it shows up you do anyway. As far as the other items I have ordered none of them have arrived yet. 2 of the items are well past a month late and another 3 are at this point a week late. The tracking numbers say the items arrived in Canada and to expect deliver in 14 to 19 days but that was a month ago and still they have not arrived. And tracking does not continue after the airplane touched down it seems. What I did like from Wish was the immediate refund I got for items that did not arrive by the delivery date. They put the money back on my card by the next day everytime. The problem is I want the stuff I ordered and was expecting. I have a baby due in a week, where the hell am I going to find a $10 dollar diaper bag now?
What I thought was a product turned out being a 'print' of the product - it was a scam! But WISH told me the description was not misleading. Oh yes it was WISH.

Cheap... Yes that's right Cheap prices. NOT inexpensive... Lets take on SHIPPING 1st. Most, if not all goods are coming from China directly, and that is ok... Most of the time, it tells you so in the items's/shipping description. Your failure to read is NO ONE ELSE's FAULT. Many of the complaints here are for people waiting for items for 2 weeks then Freaking Out... Since your order is shipping from China, they are NOT shipping your one little good by itself - expect to wait 6 to 8 weeks and then you will be pleasantly surprised when it gets there in 3 to 4 weeks (sometimes).
The products. Generally lower quality items mostly a good value depending on your use case. For clothing - if you don't expect it to last but use a couple of times you wont be disappointed. Tools/ electronics - If purchase is for a infrequent use/lighter duty case and really nice to have around then you'll probably be content. If purchase is for your trade... Look else where. Don't be an idiot. If you don't THAT's ON YOU!
If you get caught up in the 80% to 90% off and realize you could have the same item for slightly less and much quicker... THATS ON YOU! If you get caught up in the 97% to 99% SOLD as a pressure "buy it now" tactic. THAT'S ON YOU!
As the title says Wish is Exactly what you should think it would be... Ordered about a dozen orders through WISH and I got what I paid for...

I ordered a flag at the beginning of June - They said it would be there by the end of June - I still do not have it. First they pushed it off and said that it would be here mid July now they are saying mid September. I commended 2 winter men's coats... I payed them for the two coats. Now they just sent me only one coat... and I cannt even contact them... I think they blocked me... everything says"error loading".
SEND discount codes and then do not ofer the field to enter them so you are scammed out of a lot of money since shipping is almost as much as the item: once shipping is added, you can get the items at a brick and morter store for the same price, folks. BEWARE! Yes, you get what you pay for... ELSEWHERE! Order arrives opne piece at a time as well so make sure it is somethign you don't need or want as it can takes months to receive as well. No way to contact a person as phone redirects you to web and web gets you automated responses mostly.
This is a terrible website. I ordered 7 items in early April, paid 7 different shipping cost and had an issue with all 7 packages. All of the delivery dates were pushed back. 4 of those packages finally got to me. 2 of the 4 were poorly made while the other 2 were completely different items then what I ordered. Im still waiting on 3 items - with 1 delivery being pushed all the way back to October. They blame covid for poor shipping but the packages I ordered from Amazon, ebay and Ali Express - all shipped from China - got to me with no problem. There's no human customer service people which makes it hard to deal with issues. They also push your packages back multiple times to make it harder for you to get a refund. Theres also no way to report fraudulent sellers.The website is garbage and should be banned.
My advice for folks who still want to try this bs website - if your package gets to you after the original date you were given when you made the purchase - wait until the new delivery date listed for the package passes and request a refund on shipping. You paid for the the 1st delivery date not the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th.

My shipping date was changed twice and I still never got what I ordered. Today I was notified by my PayPal account I got a partial refund of $3.00 but my purchase cost was $13.60. Friggin jerks!
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
