The quality of the products does not equal to the price and shipping time. You pay monay and expect 3 months to get an average items you could buy at the store...
Wish is a scammers paradise, WISH has a policy that all a buyer has to do claim the item wasn't as advertised and WISH issues a full refund without making the customer return the item, On Amazon we have a. 5% return rate, WISH our Return rate is a whopping 35% with no items actually being returned. WISH is a scam period
If I could leave 0 stars I promise I would. I have never had any bad encounters with wish until I order a product. It came in but wasn't what i ordered. I have requested a refund but i have yet to receive it. Ive dealing with wish for the past 2 weeks and I still haven't receive my refund. I am so fed up with them it aint funny. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR REFUND POLICY.

I went on wish and bought a watch and hair extensions
The watch was supposed to be free but it ended up I had to pay for shipping and the watch came but it looked nothing like the picture. Then the hair extensions was supposed to come March 27th 2017 it is now may and I still do not have my hair extensions and I need that for prom and not upset at me very much and I tried to call we should put it keeps telling me to go back to the app and go to customer service which is stupid because I try to go to customer service and it just tells me that after I ship it will arrive 31 business days and I can't wait 31 business days after I already waited a month I hate this app it will not recommend it to anyone and I still want my extensions
Some things are good and some are not that's why I give it a 3 is kinda great and it's kinda not some products are terrible to get cuz they break easy or rip
I was sold a counterfeit watch that was supposed to be a automatic chronograph and what I was sent was a very cheap quartz that dint even workthe seller said deal with it and I contacted customer support over 11 times and they keep shining me on, they would rather have a dealer selling very poor quality counterfeit watch then have a honest business I contacted supposed way to many times and can't get anything done about it, next step is filing with the BBB.

While lovely while lighted they only stay on 30 minutes to an hour. I am disappointed! The fack they were "solar: I assumed they would stay lit over my wifes grave. She loved humming birds!

The stuff they sell is crap, couldn't even tell you where it comes from. Most of it you can tell the paid 50 cents for it and are trying to sell it for 20 times that
Very dissapointed i have at leat 6 items not turned up yet and am getting refunded. I want the items i paid for not refunded. Not sure to order in case i do not get it
Wish lied about my refund. Their customer support team was off no help. They usedto be a great APP to use now that their famous they no longer carefor their customers and RIP them off
Very bad experience. I order last feb 10 and until now it already april10, there is still no paxkage. Last update in the tracker is on feb 22. What the heck, i had been scum.
WISH is a horrible site. They state a shipping time, then they don't ship it. They do this enough times that it takes two months to get a product. They will of course take your money for shipping and the product within seconds though. They have been doing this way before the covid-19 panic, and are even worse now.
Their customer service is a joke. There is No customer service. It is a menu system with automatic messages just to anger you even more.
They also raise the price of items on their website once you download their software and open an account. So if you search the website without and account, you see one price. Then you open an account and the prices all go up. They even admit to it if you search online. The people selling on the site aren't raising the price, Wish raises the price to make themselves more money.
Getting a refund is a nightmare. For the few dollars you would save ordering through Wish, you are Far better off ordering the same product through someone else that's located in your country and has the product in stock. It will save you a lot of time and frustration.

I ordered a v neck bodycon dress from here. It looked a lovely stretchy cardigan material. When it came it was a t shirt material and too small. It was not well made and I am very disappointed
They do not refund returns and apply WishCash (Credit). But when you try and use that credit... there is no option to do so. You can also not withdraw the WishCash.
I am very satisfied with the thing I bought. They are exactly how they were described. Good quality, good price, good delivery and contact with salesman. I recomend it to everyone
I am happy for the most part with my most recent purchases. Everything has first perect. I have had issues in the past with stuff but lately everything has been good.

Not giving product and not giving refund. They have taken *******rs from my credit card. I have given police complaint. Never buy products from this company
Not worth the time to wait for stuff to arrive. I'd rather pay a bit more and get stuff more timely. A lot of the "deals" aren't even that great of a price.
