I've waiting two months for a delivery. It arrived in Australia early March. It's taken two month journey around Australia so far. It's now early May. Wheres my delivery. Useless. Snail mail.
At first glance Wish appears to be the deal of the century, awesome and odd items for cheap! That is until you go to checkout and realize your grand total has doubled due to ridiculous shipping rates. It's an illusion. That tool set you saw for 10 bucks turns out to be a $25 item after shipping, not to mention it'll be a month before you actually receive your order. It appears there is no set of rules regarding shipping costs as they charge what they want regardless of weight, size, etc. They may charge only $2 to ship 2lbs of neodymium magnets while a pack of bumper stickers you could slip in a standard envelope and mail for 50c, may cost you $4 thru Wish. This is where the illusion takes place. They adjust the price of the item to make it look like a good deal, but charge 3x that in shipping fees. You could just as easily find the same item on ebay or Amazon and buy the same item for the same grand total, but receive your item in 3-4 days rather than 3-4 weeks. What costed you $10 to ship from Wish for snail pace delivery, you could get on Amazon for overnight shipping. In the end, for the most part, your paying the same amount you'd pay on Wish as anywhere else. They do deserve some credit however as this is not always the case, and Wish does sell some very cool, oddball items that you usually won't find anywhere else.
Awesome 60L backpack/bag and the price was really, really good! It must have been produced after the order was created though, because it took a lot of time for it to arrive.

Delivery date end of June, then 7th of July now 22nd of August, l don't believe they have been sent, WISH is short for wish l had not bothered with this company, They say a fun way to shop, That's because it's run by comedies, Don't bother with them, you have been warned.
Great place to shop - if you can settle for only buying Knick-knacks like clothing, that what you bought is final, and that you're not getting a refund for anything. Customer service is bad. All of the costumer service agents speak poor English, and you have to translate what they say. Regardless of them ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDING your language, they tend to TRY not to understand you seemingly so they don't have to help you. Just stick to items like cloths and tiny items that are pennies on the dollar, items that you don't intend to return ever, and you'll be fine.

Have bought many items most small ones never arrive. The few I have recieved have been way too big. Way too small. Or very very poor quality I have complained about this so they have flagged my account as I dare to complain about thier false advertisement and poor quality poor sized items I would not reccomend this sight BUYER BEWARE YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU WANT poor quality cheaply made damaged items
I order a month ago they cxl my order saying that they never got the payment but in my statement showing they took the money after the day I order when i email the statement showing they took the money out the next day they said they would refund me after 14 days its been a month I never see a refund in my account every time I email them they ignore me so I reported to the FCC all the reviews I see I'm not the only one you guys call FCC federal Consumers complain that way they shot this scum company like Wish
wish.com is not a bad website. The only reason why some of your stuff looks way different than the picture is because YOU HAVE TO READ THE ITEM (((( for example if you see a picture of a pink shirt but you get a yellow shirt then you didnt read the caption on your order (((((( pay attention to the small things and it will take a while for your order to come in because the price is so cheap

When I ordered 1 thing from wish they sent me 4 things 3 I did not order. They have charged me for these and keep putting things in my way to return them. I have taken pictures sent numerous messages and they come up with something else to do and tell me I have to PAY TO RETURN THE ITEMS. Watch this as I possibly was playing around with wish over a year ago and was looking at these items. Then I decided to get rid of the app. I then saw something I liked on Facebook and bought the app up again and when I ordered the blouse the form stated I was paying for the blouse only and then suddenly they took all this money out of my bankcard and when I looked at the orders they had sent me 2 x purple bed covers and earings I had not ordered. I got back to them within the 8 days, but they still sent the articles and I got back to them within the 30 days and they still are mucking me around
I ordered a pressure cooker and indoor antenna on May 11th and my order is still not here. JULY 18TH DONT WASTE your time ordering. I ordered a TV from Walmart and I received it in 7 days. Wish not good

I dont think some sizes are accurate on ladies clothing An XXL garment is usually big enough for me but recently a garment ordered would only fit a size 16 not 20
I have been trying to contact customer service for the last week now and it is impossible to get in contact with anyone. I always have to chat with a fake agent that is not answering my question as I am trying to get a refund from an order I purchased over a month ago. I finally have received the order a month later but it does not fit so now I want to return the order as I am being charged a $23 shipping fee which is ridiculous as I paid $8 for the shipping fee and $20 for the item I purchased. So now I am trying to contact customer service in regards to the shipping cost and I am unable to contact anyone but left with a service agent that is not giving me the answers that I need and it is very difficult to speak with someone about the order that I purchased. I received a statement from chat services stating that I will receive a response within 2-3 days from now which is to long to wait for a response there should be someone that can answer my question right away Instead of having to wait days. I have problems with receiving my orders, shipping takes too long or the item never arrives. So as for now I will be deactivating my wish account and never purchasing from wish again. Hopefully they will get better Services soon.

The only reason I ever ordered from Wish was because they guaranteed to refund your items if they werent what you were expecting. Considering all the items are knock offs from Chinese sweatshops, quite often they are not at all what you were expecting and sizing on clothing is 100% a gamble. They now require you to return items before they will refund, however, you are required to cover the cost of the return shipping. I had an issue with the ticket that I opened for the return and from that point on, the site wouldnt let me do anything further with the item I needed refunded. Kept telling me a ticket was open and gave me a button to check the status of my return. After being forced to contact customer service through another item I had ordered, they continually (in at least 6 responses) told me to go to the item I needed a refund on and open a ticket by clicking on Ask a question. I kept sending them screen shots and telling them that it wont let me ask a question or do anything with the item in question. They told me that was the only way to get a resolution and that they hoped they could be more helpful on future orders... there will be no future orders from me. You cant even call and speak to anyone! Their customer service number just tells you to resolve your issues through the app.

Some times you don't get orders and they refuse to refund or make the order. Plus they have noway to contact them buy phone to deal with them i refuse from them again because of getting orders

I ordered a lot of products. Many of them arrived in time. The package was good, everything came in safe. Some of them did not arrived yet, but my money was resend. I am satisfied with it.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
