Back in December I placed in order the money was widraw but here's mid February and I have not received anything I tried to comunicate with wish customer service but nowhere to find someone I'm so disappointed
I ordered my stuff and got email on May19 items were being shipped it's now july 8th and I've gotten nothing. When I ask I get the run around it's because of Covid. And then customer service wanted to charge me to look into my order. A bunch of bull crap. I will never order again and am turning them into BBB. I only rated 1 I did not want to. Give a rate at all but wontblet you submit if you dont. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!
I didn't receive my itens yet! I bought in September 2017! I felt that Wish stole my money. I already sent several messages but no satisfactory answers at all.
I get want a refund I wanted to merchandice I ordered I like the new customer service where they tell you it's been delivered and they keep an eye on your order wishes is getting better

This is the most DECEITFUL website I have ever used. I was totally scammed by them recently. They advertised a 236 piece toll set including a LARGE COLOR PHOTO of a full tool set for an amazing price of $18. When it was delivered A MONTH LATER, it was actually a single tiny wrench that they now claim can "do the job of 236 tools" and can be "added as an upgrade to the 236 piece tool set in their on line PHOTO"
Since being scammed, I have found tons of other examples of deceiptful advertising on Wish.com. For example: They advertise a BIG PICTURE of a bicycle with a full description of the bicycle with a very tiny mention of the word "light" buried in the description. Their goal is to make the viewer believe they are purchasing a full bike for a great price like $38, when in fact, you are getting ripped off by paying $38 plus shipping for a two dollar light you could buy at Walmart.

Beware of this site. If it seems too good to be true that's bc it is. They sold me a pool in March and told me after it would come by August 20th. They went back and forth requesting the same thing over and over and then denied a return. Bought a 15 ft pool that was 8 ft. Told me they could tell by the weight that it was correct and no refund was given. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONORABLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Kathy OGrady

I would be snappier if i get all my orders when i ordered them there was 2 package so fur i have not got yet and they were gift for my family so im not happy about not getting my packages
Placed order in may. Order is still in kungFlu country. I have stopped expecting delivery. Its sick that google allows this site to be accessible outside the kungflu country!

If I buy multiple items from the same store they charge shipping on each of them
And I want to see the items being used by the purchase there should be a section for adults to view the product
I ordered a few things from them since MONTHS AGO, and only ONE item I received(and the spread wasn't the best quality). The other items we're supposed to be delivered on November 23rd and I'm still waiting. Today is the 29th and nothing. They claim they will refund my money and I'm waiting to see if that will happen. I will NEVER order from this website again, nor recommend anyone to buy from them. They have you waiting FOREVER for your items OR you never receive them AT ALL. It's bad business OR better yet... a SCAM... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON WISH WEBSITE.

I order a watch for a graduation gift and suppose to arrive June 6 2017 its stated it would be here before Memorial Day then changed to June 6 2017 and its the 11 of June 2017 still not here when you do get the package it has untrackable they set everything that didnt matter on time accept this was a gift still has not arrived very disappointed.
I ordered 3 rings from this site. Gladly to say I didn't spend much as I was trying them out for the first time. The jewelry I received, which was supposed to be SOLDID 925 Silver, was very cheap tinny metal that looked like it had been painted with silver Paint. The 925 stamp, that was shown in what I ordered, was NO WHERE to be seen.
DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE>>>>>MAJOR RIPOFF. The turquoise stone that was supposed to be in the ring, was a painted piece of Plastic!

Ordered 2 tshirts from WISH and they turned up but were Asian Sizes not European which means they were 2 sizes smaller. WISH would not accept they were at fault at first and refused a refund until i got PayPal involved. I sent the items back to WISH via recorded delivery but after a week they said they had not recieved them despite royal mail confirming the delivery. They closed the case so I went back to Paypal and WISH denied agreeing to a refund. I sent Paypal all the emails with WISH and a refund was finally issued. Wish emails from customer service were rude and antagonistic so it felt like they were delibrately trying to rip me off.
I spoke to a few friends and they had similar experiences with WISH. AVOID.

I really like wish.com. It takes alot longer to get items in the mail but the items are cheap and affordable. Also have a lot of items to choose from. I personally will continue to shop at wish.com
Recieved my watch today. Thank U WISH. The band is a little small, but I love it. I would defginitely reccomend WISH to all my family & friends in future. Hope to order again soon.

Your item will take forever to arrive and wont be the item you ordered. Also alot of the items they offer don't even EXSIST! (1TB flash drive YEA RIGHT)

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
