Ordered 2 tshirts from WISH and they turned up but were Asian Sizes not European which means they were 2 sizes smaller. WISH would not accept they were at fault at first and refused a refund until i got PayPal involved. I sent the items back to WISH via recorded delivery but after a week they said they had not recieved them despite royal mail confirming the delivery. They closed the case so I went back to Paypal and WISH denied agreeing to a refund. I sent Paypal all the emails with WISH and a refund was finally issued. Wish emails from customer service were rude and antagonistic so it felt like they were delibrately trying to rip me off.
I spoke to a few friends and they had similar experiences with WISH. AVOID.
