I ordered face masks from this so called company and they informed me that they were undeliverable in which a refund was going to be credited to my credit card. When checking my statement there wasn't a credit but another charge. I contacted customer service and they said it would be corrected. 6 days later I was charged again So paid 3x for something I NEVER RECEIVED. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
My second order not so good i spent over 140 dollars and am still waiting for most of it to come and it was all ordered the bigging of April so not so happy right now
Do not buy anything from this website its nothing but a ripoff cheap crap. I purchased a faux fur gray vest and it was a cheap thin fleece vest I would not put on my dog.
I ordered 2 cell phone cases from the same company post that listed 3 color options. My order was then processed separately. One item was finally processed and will arrive mid April, then the other wasn't set to process until mid to late March. I contacted them several times in regards to this issue and inconvenience and they keep auto generating responses, none of which have answered my question as to why 1 order was being processed separately. You don't go to dinner with your family, place the table order and have each persons food come out ten minutes apart from each other. You make it at the same time, you deliver at the same time. If I placed them as separate orders that would be understandable, but I did 1. Not only that, but they said I couldn't cancel my order because they weren't able to process them at this time, HOWEVER I only have 30 day to do so! So... They are telling me I'm stuck? Waiting 4 months to receive both my items? Already have to wait 2 months from order date to get 1 of my 2 items. I really complain, then I get a new email stating the second item processed and is to arrive the same day as the other. I think they got it resolved finally. But a few hours after that customer service emails and talks about my cancellation still. What is going on over there? They are extremely disorganised.

This sells garbage! The ads are fake. They will not refund or deliver items. They will not allow you to cancel an order and will hold some orders up to 3 months. This place is awfull.

Be careful when ordering from wish I ordered from them almost eight weeks ago they took my money almost that same day I've been waiting for 2 months and still no package and there's no way to get ahold of them they make you fill out all these forms but you can never talk to a live advisor and they never get back to you the bottom line is be careful of the company wish because your wishes won't come true only your worst nightmares, Christopher Cooksey

I have has a sprinkling of cheap orders on wish over the last few years, not a regular customer. My last order was over a year ago. While I was sitting in a lecture I got a notification that of an order of $61, then it was almost immediately canceled and converted into wish.com credits. I have never made an order that high with wish, it's always been low amounts. I was confused because the app is not on my phone and I was touching no electronic device whatsoever at the time this transaction happened. Later when I was home, I changed my log in password and I contacted wish just to get the run around. First their automated system, then I was able to to email back and forth with an agent. All denials and trying to claim that maybe I placed an order by mistake. When I rebutted all of this, even suggesting they trace the IP of where the order was made, I was told it was going to be escalated to another department, which I feel is a way for them to ghost me.
I have been told this is a way for wish to profit off you forcing you to spend you money with them since they stated what wish.com credits are non refundable.
I have since filed with my card company a fraudulent charges, my card canceled and a new one is being sent out and as soon as this is settled I will canceling my wish account for good. Horrible site, products and customer service!

I have been ordering from wish before and was usually okay with the delayed delivery. However, what has been happening recently is not acceptable anymore. Placed an order on May 30th, with a delivery date set for end of June. At the end of June I received a notification it was pushed back for July delivery, then in July without even an email pushed to August 20th, and today it is changed to September 27th! Seriously! Why should I have understanding for them due to current pandemic? If they cannot deliver they should NOT TAKE ORDERS.
WISH SHOULD CLOSE THEIR BUSINESS AS THEY CANNOT DELIVER!

First of all, any review that says something like "Looks good. Haven't tried it yet" is useless & just annoying, but if the review is longer than one sentence, it's likely worth your time to read it. Even the reviews not in your language can help just by the number of stars, & sometimes there are pictures. Clothes are a crap shoot in both quality & size, but if the reviews mention "Asian sizing", or the item was "too small", order accordingly. The most helpful clothing reviews will say something like "I wear an American size 12, so I ordered a size XXL & it was still too small; or "I wear an American size 14, so I ordered a size XL because the reviews said the item was in American sizes & it fits perfectly. Jewelry, more often than not 'looks like' the real thing, but for the prices they charge, are probably paste, even when it says it's a real stone. Don't know if "sterling silver" jewelry is authentic, but it sure looks like it & for my purposes, it's good enough. I bought a CZ engagement/wedding band set for $12 +shipping & it totally looks like a high quality diamond ring set. "Leather" products are almost always polyurethane. One brand that I've had great success with is Roswheel, which sells cloth bicycle bags, but I wouldn't have known it was a good bet without reading the reviews. Bottom Line: If you don't have time to read the reviews, don't buy from Wish.

They take you in with the $0.50 deal. However, they come back with an email and say item not processed correctly. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY and then do not deliver. BE CAREFUL. They are SOOOOO Dishonest. DO NOT BUY from WISH. You will have your money stolen like I do. They are in China and do not respond. BEWARE
First off, the only clothing I've bought from wish is socks, which are fine, if a little smaller than most American socks, and underwear, which is sized much smaller than the stated sizes. So I wouldn't recommend buying clothing, other than socks, from this site.
Most of what I buy are cheap tchotchkes, and I have been very satisfied with the quality of most of the items, and definitely with the price. I have also ordered some, ahem, adult toys, and those have all been of very good quality. Some even came with handwritten notes. Delivery can take a while, and I have had a few items that have never been delivered. However, when I've informed their customer support, they've given me a refund.
Keep in mind that this is not a website like Amazon. This is a website where different sellers, or "shops" can sell items. The website is, I think, trying to do their best to improve their customer service. One other thing- this website is based in China, where probably 90% of our goods come from anyway. To make a blanket statement that the items they sell are "fake" or poor quality ignores the fact that almost everything we buy comes from the same place.
Wish:
The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. They dally around forever with giving you a refund, (only partial - assuming you even get a refund.) Also, I bought three dresses for my wife; two were great; the third was the wrong size; even though the label stated the same size as the other two. I was told the correct item was sent, and my ticket was closed.
As for hard drives/memory cards; fake, fraud, pictures used of real products like "Sandisk", but you get something that says "ShanDion"; absolute fraud; oh and they lable the storage volume, (go into advanced properties on PC), as more than available - if they work at all.
That's only the tip of the iceberg. Wish is a complete scam; a new level of frustration; new low for customer service and retention; new level of mistreatment of the the purchaser.
I'm never one to go online and review a seller, but Wish is beyond ridiculous. I wanted to warn anyone and everyone I can, about Wish's poor excuse for customer fulfillment.
Do not be the fool that I was; Aviod Wish like a virus. They will take and take, but never give back now take ownership of thier ineptitude.

Do not buy from this app it is a scam! And very very aggravating. When I put in my purchase order they took it and divided it into 17 different orders for every single item that I purchased. When I realize that the shipping address was incorrect. I sent them an email right away. Not only could they not deal with the one item but they kept telling me that it's already been shipped even though I had 17 other items that hadn't shipped yet that I wanted them to correct the address on. There's absolutely no communication with your account between different customer service reps. I couldn't get anybody live. They weren't even really reading my customer support request to them because they all just kept replying the same exact way about the one item that already shipped. Their response was for me to go into each individual item and to put in a customer support request for all 17 items. I told them that this was ridiculous and not good customer service and that they needed to change it on their end. Besides the fact I couldn't get into any shipping address area. I was completely ignored I do not think any of my stuff will ever get here in which case I will stop payment and put a fraud against the wish company. Buyer beware do not use this company it will only lead to aggravation, missing product and no communication! From some of the other reviews I'm not even sure that if my products arrive they will be of any quality anyway. I plan on reporting them.
I bought a drone that was defective. I put in a refund to support for a refund and they would not answer me. Then they kept saying I was sending the wrong photo with the product I was telling them was defective. The seller also ignores the refund request. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
