Every single thing I have bought on this sight has been horrible.
They make the product (in the picture) look amazing, but when you receive it, it is poor quality, has stains, or is completely something different from what you have ordered.
I have bought baby clothes, toys, books, etc. on this site.
*I bought a cute baby book for a boy--> they sent me a baby book that was for a girl and that is not understandable.
*I bought baby clothes and hats--> the fabric is pretty much as cheap as it gets (scratchy and see through), and the hates aren't the right size. Also all of the things I have ordered were the wrong size. (bought newborn and received toddler).
*I bought a diaper bag--> it was dirty and had big stains on it
* I bought a nursing pillow--> turned out to have stains on it and be two times smaller than listed.
* I bought a couple glass bottles--> ended up with the plastic holder for a sippy cup.
Please do not waste your money or time on this site.
Everything is a rip off, dirty, incorrect items/sizing, poor quality, etc.
This is the third time I have used wish and the second time I have been scammed. The first time i purchased a fishing pole and it did come and it was exactly as described. So I thought wow this is great, I can get some good items at a great price. That is called the lure. They give you one good deal and then lure you in to rape your wallet. I have ordered and paid for two more items, a projector and a knife and neither of them have arrived. They provided fake tracking numbers so that Paypal will not refund me the money. But even the tracking number and the phone number for the delivery company are fake. Don't waste you time or money on this website. For every good deal, there are 30 rip offs. This last order they said it was delivered from Hong Kong to Cincinnati Ohio in 2 DAYS! The tracking number says that I ordered it on April 29,2020 and it was delivered to Cincinnati Ohio on May 1,2020 and and then on the next day May 2,2020 it was delivered to my home in Charlotte North Carolina. That is impossible, not only because no delivery service can cirumvent U.S. Customs and get that package into the country in 1 day, but I dont live in Charlotte North Carolina where it says the package was delivered. I live in Tampa Florida and that is where the package was supposed to be delivered to, not Charlotte N. C. So how can they say it was delivered if it never reached my address? Look at the photo below and see for yourself. Scam Scam Scam. And dont think for a second that Wish.com is not in on it. They know exactly what is going on and they are getting a cut from the scammers.
I purchased 6 dresses from Wish - they were lovely in the online pics and the prices were great! I'm a 4x (plus-sized) and hadn't ordered from Wish b4, so I ordered all the dresses in 5x to make sure they fit. What I received was, one 5x dress that DID fit (no complaint about size with that one), two dresses were 2x, one dress was 4x but was clearly NOT even near a 4x, the last dress was 3x. The "quality" of the dresses was horrible! I'm not bothering to send them back - just too much trouble, since they did NOT include a Receipt or Packing List. So very disappointed:-( If you're looking for quality, efficiency and just plain honesty, DON'T shop Wish.com!

The service is excellent deliverys could be qiucker but overall im very happy with the sevice some parcels take a lot longer than the date of delivery given too me
Please do not waste your time or money people, shop local instead! Of the four items I ordered in February, Three arrived in May! Past the return policy date of course, not a single peice fit, strongly believe I was sent large size, not the smalls I ordered. Cannot review the last one as it never arrived! Wish has a joke of customer service, no refunds after 30 days. Nothing arrived within the 30 day mark! So obviously no refunds. If every other business made allowances for COVID-19, why not this one? Especially since the shipping was from country of origin for the pandemic. Save your money, Wish is taking advantage of us. I allotted time for all the various shutdowns and did not freak out when all of my purchases were delayed. I find it odd that a business will not return the favor. Additionally, Wish is aware I do not have it and still will not refund! The updated delivery window is past the refund time. Oy! I cannot include photos of product as I had to donate it all. Seriously way too big. Like the crotch piece on the swimsuit came to the middle of my thighs. I am 5'3", how was that a small? The jumper had an extra 4" ALL the way around. Who are these math challanged persons posting size guidelines? Numbers are universal people. Save your money. Do not buy on Wish. Your local stores are bound to have better return policies anyway!

If you are buying clothes, remember the sizing is for small frames, but everything else I've order I have been completely happy with for the price I paid
People what's wrong with you all, so much negative comments. Here are my reason to love wish.
1) Love the price
2) Good quality
3) have question they get back to you in two days
4) Ofcourse the pkg takes 4 weeks to arrive(It's from China & you need to expect that) I live in Canada
5) I didn't RECIEVE it in time, they refund me right away as soon as I ask.
6) I don't like the product, twice I was given a credit.
7) Never once they took extra money from my credit card.
SO I AM SORRY WHERE DO YOU GUYS GET NEGATIVE REVIEWS... WE CANADIANS ARE HAPPY WITH WISH
My daughter orderd and it took 2 months still no package all they say is wait a little longer. It should be there when it says. I will no longer order from wish i think its a scam and a rip off
The first item I got from here wasn't too bad (a little tight and had a miniscule stain, but was okay besides that and I got compliments on it), so I decided to use Wish again for other items. So far, anything I've received from them beyond the first item has either not arrived (after over 2 months), or has been complete and utter garbage, and not what they advertise at all. The pictures of the items do not correlate to what the item you receive will look like, and all of the clothes items run incredibly small (their XL = S), or are made of toxic-smelling materials. A lot of the items do not really have many reviews, or they are in other languages and you can't understand what the people have said about them.
Their ETAs always change. Almost all of the things I've ordered in November that gave me an early/mid-December ETA have all change to mid-January 2017 now. I also asked for a refund on something I ordered on the same day, and they did not give me a refund. When I contacted customer service about it, they told me that they did refund it (even though I got charged the full price on my bill and there was nothing refunded.)
Do not take a gamble with this site unless you want to lose time and money; go with Amazon or a thrift store instead - it will be a much better use of your time.
I ordered Matte Black and got a chrome shower head assembly. I wanted to return it because the description states MATTE BLACK. They will not pay return shipping. I will stop ordering from them.

Booked some nice winter jackets for wife and inlaws. Never came. One lady at customerservice very not nice. Happily got hold of other person at customerservice that helped us

So i did a research for drones (quadrocopters)
Right they offer drone for 55 and it says it was 850!
So what i did i searched all internet for that exact model and gues what i found out? Yea thats right it had never ever costed anywhere more than a 40!
So people never trust if You se price now and how much it was before.do a research before.

As far as I can make out all the products are in china, they hint that delivery will be a week, but seeing that the purchase is in china that is impossible to achieve, unless it is couriered over on a good service,

The biggest scam ever I ordered weights from wish and it was meant to be 2x10kg I didn't even receive 1x10k don't trust now they want me to send back the item insisting they sent the right item which they didn't I don't mind sending back however they are saying I need to pay for shipping costs absolutely absurd and I will never use this company again

Wish has a colorful catalog of items to choose from at various price ranges.
In a short period of time I purchase a lot of items from wish. Most of them were a disappointment. Like phone charges that over heat & stop working in a matter of days or tools that bend.
The reviews are useless as most seem fake. In a lot of the cases the review description didn't match the item or the reviewer hadn't even used the product before they made the review.
I shop on line all the time but no site has ever taken as long for delivery as this one. Even though a common theme in the reviews section is how fast there item came. Mine could take up to 2 months.
And last but not least. The biggest problem of them all.
Where is wish does offer a money-back guarantee. What they don't tell you is that on some items you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost.
The BIG items!
The cost to ship a large item back to China or Japan can be expensive. And you will not be reimbursed that money!
Trust me I had to find out the hard way. Not to mention I had to wait over a month for my refund to find this out.
I respected not everyone's shopping experiences will be the same. But my recommendation would be to stick to sites like eBay or Amazon where they offer you a complete money back guarantee on defective or dis satisfactory products.
Plus it doesn't take anywhere near as long to get your items
I was reading reviews about the dress i ordered and everyone was saying they got package one week before the shipmen date. Its been a month and still have not received my package...
It's nearly three months since I ordered and I still haven't received anything.
The shipment finally got to the - 'Arrive at Departure Transit Hub' in China where it has sat for 6 weeks and is still there.
During this time I have had 5 changes to the delivery date, each time the date is close to delivery it gets changed.
You can't cancel or get a refund until the order has gone past the delivery date, which is convenient for Wish as they keep moving that further and further away!
I have contacted Wish a number of times to complain.
From a customer service point of view:
1. The positive is: someone responded within 24hrs.
2. The negative is: they just send you pre forms auto response information in the body of their reply. Nothing is addressed and you just get links to their terms and shipping info page.
For the sake of literally a few dollars I could/should have bought from Amazon, ebay or another online merchant as at least I would have got my order within a few days or at the worst a couple of weeks.
Heck even Alibaba is better!
Overall I would say Wish is a total waste of time, there is nothing on it you can't buy at a similar price from somewhere else, customer service is awful and delivery times are totally unacceptable. Their business model is off by a long way in this competitive world and unsustainable in it's present format.
I don't mind waiting a little while for an order but not 3 months and still nothing, feels like I have been scammed which isn't a good customer experience.
I won't ever buy from Wish again and I certainly wouldn't recommend Wish to anyone

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
