I purchased a 43k 36 month warranty Tested excellent good to go grade A engine for $ 693.33.
The warranty covers parts and labor. Everything was fine until the unit arrived. The first problem was there was no warranty or paperwork with the unit as promised. Text messages and emails got me different answers with no results.
If that were it there would be no problem. But it only gets worse from there. The motor arrived damaged with oil leaking from the seems. When informed of this problem they offered no response.
The shops machines assured me that although troublesome that they would be able to successfully install the motor and make right the presented problems. So we proceeded.
After the motor was installed It became clear that the motor didn't just look like junk it absolutely was! It sputtered, ticked and missed as well as smoked. The motor is absolutely no good. Since they are slow & or reluctant to respond to messages they don't like. I Immediately disputed the charge on my credit card & attempted to make contact with them 1st thing the following morning. After going in circuls for hrs I believe through the back dialect and broken English we had come to an agreement as to what would be done about the situation. Hower the following day they did not follow threw. They have now suspended communications with me and now I am stuck with a busted motor. I am confident that the reverse charges will protect me from having to pay for there junk engine. But unfortunately the $1250 for installation still must be paid. And I still no running car!
Stay away from these people. It may look like a good deal but it's not!
I should have known better when they said 3 yes warranty..

5/2/19

On April 7th 2019 I started conversations with a wheel specialist from fitment Industries. A week and a half later after discussing wheel size, offset, and Design a wheel was chosen.
He even suggest what tires specs work best for my setup even though they were not being purchased from them.
Unfortunately that's as good as it was going to get!
The day before I was to bring my vehicle home from the dealer I took my tires and rims to the local tire Shop and had them mounted and balanced. The following day I attempted to install the wheels and They didn't fit!
After 3 days of back-and-forth emails that got me nowhere I finally decided to take matters into my own hands. A acura MDX forum I follow informed me of the correct bolt pattern. The so-called wheel specialist that I had spent a week and a half emailing with picking out the incorrect bolt pattern for my truck!
Their idea of customer service is to have you tied up for days at a time trying to rectify a problem by email. Out of patience I insisted that we Rectify this problem by phone.
Even that did very little to help.
As they could not seem to get on the same page as to what their next move should be in regards to returning or even what my actual bolt pattern is!
Weeks have gone by now at this point & I have spent days and days of sifting through their catalog to try and find alternate wheels that would fit my vehicle only to have them continuously tell me that they would not.
Needless to say I ultimately ended up doing all of the legwork myself. Finally after being frustrated with the even longer wait times to get to a conclusion as to what we were going to do I called to speak to yet another representative.
Informed them of the whole problem And the replacement Wheels I wante that would fit!
Gave them my specs and bolt pattern and ask for a swap.(may 11th 2019)
On that day I believed we had finally reached a conclusion. But six days later and I still have yet to receive a confirmation email telling me that my order has been shipped.
I have bought more rims than I can count in my life. From places like eBay, Amazon, straight from the distributor, Craigslist and even people I don't know from a can of paint!
And I have never had any problems remotely similar to this before.
Especially not after spending a week 1/2 of preparation with a specialist.
I wanted to just cancel the order all together & return them their wheels and buy from someplace else. I would have the wheels on my vehicle by now!
But that wasn't an option either because they would have charged me a restock fee which would have only added to the hundreds of already wasted dollers due to there mastake.
This may not happen to you?
But I could!
It's been over 30 days and I still have no wheels on my vehicle. My advice. DON'T GAMBLE!
This type of mistake should not happen with a company called fitment Industries.

This has truly been the worst online shopping experience that I have ever had.
A complete waste of time and money.
First off I ordered a 4X large track suit from them thinking that it would half to fit. I only were A 2x!
A few days after ordering it and reading the reviews it became obvious to me right then and there that that this was a mastake.
So I send an email to cancel my order the same day! 3 days later I get a response back (average response time) telling me that my order has shipped?
I explained to them that I attempted to cancel the order three days ago. They talked around it and assured me that I would be happy. Then a month later when the track suit finally arrives. The 4x track suit is small enough for a 12 year old girl to fit. And what I thought was a knock off guess track suit was actually spelled with a C" (cuess). For those reasons I immediately request a refund. They opted to try to give me a portion of my money back (10$) because of shipping cost and allow me to keep the suit and suggested that I try to sell it. I declined. It cost me just as much to ship it back as the cost of it.
This purchase was made on 9/16. I still have not received my refund as yet!

  • Wish

5/20/18

Wish has a colorful catalog of items to choose from at various price ranges.
In a short period of time I purchase a lot of items from wish. Most of them were a disappointment. Like phone charges that over heat & stop working in a matter of days or tools that bend.
The reviews are useless as most seem fake. In a lot of the cases the review description didn't match the item or the reviewer hadn't even used the product before they made the review.
I shop on line all the time but no site has ever taken as long for delivery as this one. Even though a common theme in the reviews section is how fast there item came. Mine could take up to 2 months.
And last but not least. The biggest problem of them all.
Where is wish does offer a money-back guarantee. What they don't tell you is that on some items you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost.
The BIG items!
The cost to ship a large item back to China or Japan can be expensive. And you will not be reimbursed that money!
Trust me I had to find out the hard way. Not to mention I had to wait over a month for my refund to find this out.
I respected not everyone's shopping experiences will be the same. But my recommendation would be to stick to sites like eBay or Amazon where they offer you a complete money back guarantee on defective or dis satisfactory products.
Plus it doesn't take anywhere near as long to get your items

On june 22 2016 I purchased a pre owned video game from the walmart
In the fayetteville Pavilion in Fayetteville Georgia. Last night on July 13th I was play that same game when on chapter 6 the game froze!
Just stuck still right there.
Had to restart the system in oder to continue to play.
But the game would freeze in the same place.
So I took the game back to the same walmart I purchased it at. The young man at the return desk told me before I ever spoke to him. Before he even made his way back up to the counter that there are no returns only exchanges.
I said ok & proceeded to the entertainment Department to locate the game in question. I looked & looked but there was no other copy's. So I returned to return desk with no game in hand. The young man tells me there is nothing he can do for me. So I say ( bit you sold me a defective game) he proceeds to tell me about regulation and piracy laws. He then passed me to the department manager he proceeded to tell me the exact same thing. I asked him how do you test your used games to make sure your customers aren't buying defective products?
THIS IS A QUOTE: Blurays don't show scratches like regular dvds so it is harder to detect damage. And as you said the defect occurred at chapter 6 correct?
I replied yes.
He said We don't have the time to sit and play the games all the way through to make sure that there isn't that type of problem!
So I asked.
ARE YOU SAYING THAT A CONSUMER PURCHASES AT THERE OWN RISK?
His anawer
YES!
At that time I told him thank you turned and walked out of the store. I will never purchase anything from walmart ever again. BUYER BEWARE!

The Magnaflow mufflers that I purchased from CarID looked nothing like the one pictured. The mufflers I received were quite ugly actually. Tack welds & scuffs marks all over the muffler housing. No brushed surface as pictured. Also there was no Magnaflow stamp. The mechanic at the shop told me that the Mufflers were not real Magnaflows. Another mechanic who had the opportunity to look at them as well at a different shop said the same thing. The measurements and specifications of size for the muffler where fine.
There was a MagnaFlow warranty as well as stickers in each box.
So there was no question that they were intended to be MagnaFlow.
I eventually ended up ordering them from MagnaFlow directly. I was informed by the representative that all MagnaFlow products are clearly Stamp & sold in Magnaflow branded boxing.
