I have received some things from Wish after a long wait and others not at all. I'm done. Good luck. The customer service is horrible and after telling you to wait, sending you in circles if item still has not come, writing nearly every day! I was then told it was too late for a refund! PayPal is now working on my claim...

Suggestion would be to have sellers list sizes of items in both metric and standard units for us ignorant Americans who buy a lot of your products.
This is the worst purchase website and worst customer service I have ever experienced. They charge high shipping fee for each item. I ordered four items, including two masks, but for the two masks, one came within another dress, one mask came by itself--of course in a very small and simple black plastic bag. And another underwear never come, but Wish insists it was delivered. The post office only can confirm that the delivery is approximately the location of my home. Besides, I want to return the dress, which looks good on the website, but actually poor quality, and ask for the ways to return, Wish never give me answer. Really bad experience that I never had before.

I have ordered many items from Wish and everything has been perfect! The first thing I ordered were suspenders for costumes I make. I didn't realize they came with bow ties, so at $2 each it was a great value and quality of suspenders and ties are excellent - as good as a $15 or $20 set and they arrived in about a week! Mostly everything else I ordered were craft and sewing items - most arrived very quickly - some took longer but received. Only 2 items never received and was promptly refunded! I highly recommend this site. I have not tried fashion or shoes yet but will review when I do. I also read complaints from people about being asked for pics of credit cards. I use paypal to pay for items so there is no need for credit card info - makes for smooth and secure transaction.
Ordered dirt bike jackets for Christmas on Sept 29. They have changed providers 2x and it's still not left China. Never again... Wish is terrible. AliExpress similar. I order from FRUUGO a mini bike and it left Great Britain and was in Canada in 8 days. They are faster than Amazon.

Stay away from these guys. If you happen to receive what you order, you're ahead of the game. Any issue you have will basically be unresolvable! I was told that I was receiving a full refund on two pairs of shoes which will tiny by comparison with normal United States sizes, not to return the items. The refund never materialized in my account- I was told it was going to arrive in Wish cash, but every time I try to write to them about this, I am forced to go through the same automated process where they insist that you send them a picture of the item -which makes no sense if you've returned it and or discarded it, and their responses have nothing to do with the emails you have sent! I've described my issues with them in detail three times and gotten back completely unrelated customer service emails. Just stay away from them!
Terrible! Cheap products from China, poor quality, terrible customer service! I've been trying to reset my password a couple of times, still hasn't received an email from them, although they told that it had been sent
All the negative reviews are true, I ordered four items 3 months ago and they never arrived. No way of contacting them, they changed the delivery day twice.
You can't call them, only you can send an email, however, you will get a generic reply.

I ordered an item on May 2 and as of this date (July 1) the item has not been delivered. Tracking shows that it has resided in China since May 12. I simply want to cancel the order and receive a refund. One would think that would be a straightforward process, but no. One can spend hours trying to communicate through email and the on-line Customer Service, which is worse than awful. It's a shame that this company has such poor service. They no longer have phone support, just the computer-generated responses through on-line Customer Support. I will never, ever purchase anything else from Wish. This has been one of the worst experiences I have every had with an on-line company.

Wish.com has no phone number and apparently no live person handling Comfort customer service. I've been trying to reset my password for several weeks, I never received an email that will let me do that, and I cannot get any response from wish.com other than the same automatically generated email telling me to do what I've been doing. I can only conclude there's no one at home. My order is several days overdue and if it does not arrive within a week I'm going to contact my credit card company, the FTC and my local authorities.

A lot of what they sell is trash. I'm not ordering from them ever again. I paid good money for a projector light and it was delivered broken and missing pieces. Yet they refused to do anything about it. I've ordered supposedly sterling silver and it broke me out within a couple hours. Buyer beware!

You never know which items you will receive, or when, lots of items don't reach me so they refund but I ordered because I wanted those items very stressful to contact wish as you never get to speak to someone and when they do email back, they are uneducated about the simplest questions about my orders. I end up having to email again with still no reasonable response. I get told that shippers don't always get the proper tracking numbers. Very unprofessional and with all the mail thefts I will not be ordering from wish any longer. Shipping is always more then the item so, in my opinion this is a gimmick for some of wishes stores to make interest on our money without sending the product. Over a month later you get a refund.

To put a very long story short, I bought a leotard from them. It was too small. I returned it using the shipping label they sent me. It's four months later, I haven't received a refund, and their customer service reps keep ghosting me. They obviously don't know how to solve the problem, so they keep not answering my request for my money back. Stay far away from this scam. Order directly from AliExpress, Amazon, anywhere else. Don't touch Wish.com

There are times the items are DOA. Once I bought a smart watch which needs to be charged every day. Plus the readings are inaccurate.
On two occasions I ordered a tablet but ear plugs were shipped. Obviously delivery does not match the product description.
Upon the last fiasco, I complained but ended up being blocked. The excuse: I had abused their return system. I am convicted when the numerous faults were with the retailers. Upon appeal the block was removed. Now Wish wants my picture ID. Nope I am not shopping thru Wish anymore.
I paid and was sent the wrong merchandise. Their "Support Help gives you 4 choices one of which is Nevermind. You cannot talk to an actual person. I sent dozens of emails and pictures. After each I got a "Sorry" response, they acted like they had never heard from me before and put me back in the computer loop. I truly believe they dragged it out to pass the return deadline
I am stuck with, two- yes they sent it twice-ugly wrong items that they will not refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
This sales app is such a bad thing in every aspect. They will list one price, then charge you another at checkout. I had them charge me DOUBLE the listed price, then when I asked, they claimed it was the color I picked out. Then another customer rep said it was due to my ordering an XL! They made excuses, blamed me for the bait and switch, illegal, as we all know from economics in high school! Then the jacket I was charged double for didn't even zip right. Ad said "lined jacket" and it came with these little inserts! Awful people in customer service, I will never do business with them again, and I've heard that from many people. Awful!
You will spend most of your time chasing refunds.
Out of 40 orders, over 4 months trying to make the most of the app and seemingly great deals only 4 arrived and not all of my refunds came through.
Now wish support are not helping at all.
This is an app that makes it very very easy to spend money and receive nothing in return.
I cannot express to you how much Wish sucks! I've been a customer for over a year, but no more. They put up nice items, and then miraculously it's changed, or it just "gets lost". They do give refunds, but that's not the point. Or they will say, we're sorry the item doesn't match what you got.
I have gotten stuff I didn't order. And when corresponding with them. It's canned replies. It's never a real person. This I know for a fact. I could go on, but I won't.
Waste of money no matter if you spent $1 or more, things ship from China and are cheap. I'm still waiting for my order and it has been 6 weeks and it is not here yet. I ordered decorating tips and sleeves, the sleeves arrived and when I used them, the split, leaving me with a hand full of frosting, cake none. Next time I will just go to Michaels... can't wait to see if the tips ever make it.
This wish app is garbage. I have been waiting for my stuff upwards of over 2 months. This is ridiculous and I would not suggest any body to order from wish. Unless you wanna wait forever! They tell you one thing about when it's going to ship and then they keep changing and Moving the delivery date forward! That pisses Me off!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
