Wish takes forever to give you the stuff you ordered I would order from wish a lot more often if they had a 1 day or 2 day delivery just like amazon does it's bull$#*!
I ordered a dog bed and it didn't arrive within 20 days I emailed the company and they gave me a tracking number which stated it would arrive in 15 days. The item never arrived and when I asked for a refund they told me by computer not a human in site that there is no refund after 30 days of purchasing.

Purchased an expensive Smart TV. It was defective and they refused to refund/replace the TV. I reported this defect to them immediatly upon receiveing the TV amd they drug their feet clakng they were waiting on a response from the manufacturer. After the 30 day period they responded that I didnt report it in time.
May 8th I ordered some wrist support it is now June 20th and they told me they would be delivered by the 14th what a bunch of crap. can you can you get no response they just say wait wait wait do not waste your time and money on this app

You go in circles with this virtual nobody. If you need to return something you get "NO CASH BACK"! What you do get is their WISH cash which is a credited to your account to buy more on WISH. Terrible customer service. Don't give refunds when item doesn't arrive. Or is defective. Most of the items are tat and not at all what is pictured do not order from this site unless you want to be ripped off.

I have bought alot of items over the last two months from Wish. I received everything that I ordered, except I'm waiting for two more things that say they will be delivered in two weeks. Yes, many items take a long time to be delivered, I believe alot of it is coming from overseas. I don't mind that at all. The majority of the jewelry items I bought, were fantastic. I had one pair of earrings that were smashed when they arrived, but I didn't pay much for them. One necklace I ordered was the wrong color, giving it to my mom. A couple other things were just not as cool as I thought they were going to be, but I definitely have new favorites from some of the items I bought. Now, clothing has been another story. It's really rather hit or miss. I received everything, most of the items fit, but some of them were really weird fabric and I ended up getting rid of them. On the other hand, some of the items were amazing. It's really important to look at the reviews of a product before buying it on Wish. Alot of people post pictures along with their reviews which is really helpful. Bottomline, I would definitely order more, especially jewelry.

I notified customer service once i spotted it an wish refunded my money. But they sent the item (that i did not order) anyway. An today i got a letter from U.S. Customs that China tried to send me illegal firearm parts. Really China Really?
Several items tracked right up to my city but I never recieved the items. They then tell me that I've gone over the time to cancel. They won't cancel if they began processing. They won't cancel if they didn't. I paid for over 10 items that I never recieved. Horrible!

Wish was OK at first. Recently I ordered a particular item. I received it. Then I received another identical item which I didn't order. Then I found my credit card was charged for three such items. Being trying to get some customer support ever since but it's virtually impossible. Never again!
www.wish.com is the biggest consumer website which is very trustworthy. And I don't know how they achieve this but they have it maybe they were very careful in guarantying their products. Or their money back guarantee is hassle free, it could be two of those policies that set them apart from those small website.
I allowed my daughter to order from Wish with my debit card, she removed the information immediately and I have a new charge from them and can't get an answer either from the phone number or their "customer support" email. I now have to wait for a new debit card and file a complaint with my bank to get my money back.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
