I placed an order on May 22,2019. I didn't get an order confirmation or anything. I looked up customer service, but they don't give a number for you to call in. All they do is let you send an email and says they'll get back with you in 2-3 days. I never heard back from them. Then nearly 2 weeks later at 8:17PM I got 2 texts saying that my items had been delivered. I was home and there was no delivery. Again, I tried to reach out to them and all you can do is send an email that they say they'll get back with you in 2-3 days. So now I have to call my bank to cancel the charges.

You don't always receive your items and they will not issue a refund, many times they come broken and the wrong size. Avoid at all costs. If you have nothing better to do with your money, go ahead.

Just a warning to those who have just discovered Wish. Half of my items that I have ordered did not arrive. There is only aumated customer service and IF you get a response from a human they will not refund your money. They said it has been too long to claim the items when in actual fact they are shipped from China and it takes 6 weeks to arrive.

Whenever you order from them, keep the packahing/shipping label. They just got away with $60 from me by shipping only one of three items ordered. They told me to wait for a month and then informed me I was beyond the dispute window. Their fine print mentions the shipping package but they never said a thing directly.

Don't shop there

I bought a drone that was defective. I put in a refund to support for a refund and they would not answer me. Then they kept saying I was sending the wrong photo with the product I was telling them was defective. The seller also ignores the refund request. When Wish sends items, it's completely "Buyer Beware"! 1/2 the time, items are shipped in flimsy, unprotected plastic bags. Trying to buy electronics or fragile items (tempered glass screen covers, perchance?) - hope that one of the 4 or 5 or 10 are unbroken and usable. Oh, and IF your items arrive within 30 days from ordering... so that you can see them and verify if they're intact or damaged, then you can contact support for help. Heaven forbid THEIR delivery is late (last 30 days), but the items finally show up damaged... because then it's 30 days past ordering and TOO LATE to get your $$ back! Shady, shystery, customer UNfriendly, manipulative, and impossible to provide a fair and protected customer shopping experience.

(I'm in a similar situation now where 4 of 8 screen protectors arrived broken. But they arrived more than 30 days past the order date... and when I realized they were broken (almost 60 days after ordering), instead of offering me at least site credit OR my $$ back, they referred me to an updated refund policy that only goes back 30 days. Now I'm out of luck, out of screen protectors, and fed up with Wish's horrible Customer Support. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. THEY CHEAT CUSTOMERS AND REFUSE TO STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS AND "QUALITY".)

I have been cheated by Wish! 11 of the 25 products that I ordered in August last year has still not arrived and they are refusing to give me my money back for the products that I haven't received. I have lost about R1000. Do not order from these people! You also have to pay a fortune for "Customs" at the post office when you collect your products, They don't use postnet. [SOUTH AFRICA]

I would ask that you consider buying something locally in a department store instead of shopping on Wish. Yes, I've gotten some good things from them; however, the bad far outweighs the good.

My experience has been that the dresses are too short or made where they won't fit someone who has hips. Leggings are too tight. Button holes are made/sewn wrong. Cheap material that rips easily. Swim wear is too small. Sizes on Wish are Chinese sizes - not Western sizes, so the clothes don't fit you right. Plus, it takes any where from 2 to 5 weeks to get to you depending on the vendor's shipping method: air vs sea. I've had 3 items lost before. Wish did give me my money back quickly, so I can't complain about that.

Anyway, it's best to buy locally - and check the labels on the clothes. If it says "Made in China" opt for something made elsewhere - preferably your home country. Contribute to your own economy and help build it up one purchase at a time.

Purchased 5 shirts. One was an American flag print. The shirt was see through, actually all the shirts were. But the colors on the American flat print were Bright blue for navy blue and hot pink for red. The quality is soooooooo poor! The sizes are really off by like a lot. I'm a medium and I ordered an xl so it would be loose because everything I read said to go bigger. I did by two sizes and they are all small on me. I tried to return and all I have gotten is the run around and weird $#*! responses. I will NEVER purchase from this misleading site again and neither should you! Crapy clothes! Don't waste your money or time on this site. Giving them 1 star is a lot!

Ordering from this company is like opening a box of chocolates! You never know what your getting but its almost always NEVER what you ordered. I recently ordered coleus seeds and when i planted them it sprouted grass, once again not getting what I paid for. If I was you I would avoid this site like the the plague. 3 strikes your out. I will never buy from here again.

I placed an order on their app and it stated that it will take about 2-3 weeks to arrive, after that time passed, I checked on my order and now I had a new arrival date, I did not give it much importance as things happen, but then they missed the 2nd date and sent a support ticket and it's all automated, so the system says if I want to rather get a refund or keep waiting, well I waited this long, I did not mind keep waiting for another week or so, then I got very upset that it does not take that long to get an item, even if they missed the 1st or 2nd date. I requested a refund but the system said that I was out of the window to receive a refund. I reached out to support and they kept on sending me back to place a support ticket and after a long time going back and forth, they said sorry we can't give you a refund because of our refund policy.

The worst part, you can not talk to anyone on the phone with this company! I don't recommend anyone to use them...

DO NOT BUY FROM WISH.COM (or aliexpress and sites like that) I had a successful order from Wish.com last year. However, when I tried to order this year - I was asked to provide a bank statement because they couldn't process my payment. BUT they still took the money out of my bank account. The emails they have sent me have not been helpful in the slightest, there's no customer support, and asking for a bank statement is shady as $#*! to begin with. I canceled all of my transactions and my money is still missing. I will be changing my credit card number. Wish.com is LITERALLY owned by two men in San Francisco (look it up) and they are raking in plenty of lots of peoples money. DO NOT BUY FROM WISH. IT IS DANGEROUS.

Last February, I bought 3 woods (1,3 & 5) supposedly Taylor Made. I dought Taylor made as anything to do with these articles. After 2 games, one shaft broke and the driver is totally erratic. There is no repair offered at Wish, only reimbursement for 30 days. Do yourself a favor, buy your clubs elsewere.

Not even close to what I ordered, little cheap radio! No CD player! It a joke! Took forever to get here! People, don't waist your time here! You'd be way better off shopping at Goodwill or the dollar general! And that says it all! Actually one star is way too many! What a freaking bad joke this was!

Ordered items that never arrived. The app says I've been refunded but I received no money in my bank account. My friend has somehow managed to buy stuff through wish. I wasn't so lucky and definitely won't be making any purchases from them again.

On january 24th, I ordered some coins, and I am still waiting for them. I have contacted wish support or customer service and never do anything to resolve the issue. Don't buy anything from them, it's a scam.
