Purchased a golf driver listed as TaylorMade M6. Received a FAKE. The injection ports are painted on, graphics are incorrect, the head cover was even a fake. Wish says in their website they don't allow fakes... they do. Don't walk away... RUN!
I had ordered some items. I just received notifications that they were being refunded in "wish cash" (store credit). They faked a conversation with my account via support, and show me asking for a refund in store credit. When I tried to go through (mobile app) support, it's useless because you have pre-determined options to ask their bot, and when you try to type feedback a keyboard doesn't pop up so you can't actually give negative feedback. NOT ONLY THAT, but they said TO THEMSELVES that the refund window had already closed, when THEY said it closes in February. It had already closed a month from now!? And I don't know how they could possibly deliver overnight from China when it takes a month to arrive. Just read the attachment.

Most sale items will not ship. If an item is on flash sale, they will take your money wait two days, tell you it took too long to process your purchase for the discounted price and then try to get you to accept a store credit saying it will take 14 days for a refund to your CC.
I ordered 16 items to see how the platform performed and of those 16 items Wish canceled 12 with an offer of a refund in 14 days.
I have yet to receive the 4 items they actually did ship, but I don't expect anything more then I have already found on the platform.

Ordered a couple of items, they were too small. The cost to ship was $16.00. To return I would presume would cost the same. The items themselves were 59.00 before shipping. Ordered non-fitting clothes, because I was having so much trouble returning the first items I decided to cancel the order less then 24 hours later - told I couldn't because it had already shipped.
Customer service is non-existent unless you think typing words on a computer is customer service. Would not buy from them again!
Have ordered numerous items and have been pleased, but for the last few months I have been hacked numerous times. I get an email asking if I requested to change my email. I respond no, but they change it anyway. I get locked out of my account. Right before this, I got notifications that i requested refunds for several items. They refund into a special Wish account, then the email is changed. All the refund money is drained by the Russian hacker, plus any money that i have been refunded when buying with other people. I was able to follow the new email to a Russian website. They were even able to change my shipping address at one point so they got what i ordered. Wish did do something the first time i had a problem, but I'm still having trouble.

The whole order experience sucked! I will no longer buy from Wish and as a business owner I will no longer be recommending it to others. I had an issue with my 50% coupon code not working and customer service sucks. You can ONLY chat. My issue had no resolution after days of trying to get them to honor the coupon but apparently the company has no control over their systems as I was unable to cancel or have my discount code honored because they can't do anything once the order is placed! The prices look good but you're really paying the same price as other online stores but with Wish it will mostly go towards postage so you can't really get your money back if you don't like something. Very DISSATISFIED!

Everything is imported from Asia, so don't expect it to arrive in a week, or for it to fit our gigantic N. American butts! Order 2 sizes bigger, and be happy. Great prices, amazing stocking stuffers, kids fun little items, cute clothes and shoes. Give yourself 8 weeks time for it. If it doesn't arrive on time, they'll offer you a shipping refund at first, and then after a few days, a full refund. I ordered 8 items for my niece in Canada, and gave it 2 months. 3 items came in 2 weeks. 2 came 2 weeks late, 1 didn't arrive at all, and they send an item which I didn't order. Full refund on everything that came late. No worries, not earth shattering. They were stocking stuffers. I spend a total of $5 I think and had fun.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
