The manager was rude. I would give this store a NEGATIVE ZERO if i can. I went to exchange a pair of pants for a bigger size and that size did't fit either, so I went to get a refund and I was told that I had to get a gift card. Mam It does not state that on the receipt mam. 14 days for full refund and 30 days for exchange or gift card. I bought the pants back the next day. If u purchase online and take the merchandise back to the store you get exchange or gift card. WAITING FOR CORPORATE TO CALL BACK.
Worst customer service, they do NOT help you with any of your problems, they are the worst. I spoke with the general manager, and she was rude and didn't help me.
The prices for the dreses are good and everything is so beautiful except i bought $40 shoes and the first time i wore them they broke in less than 2 hours

I needed a dress for a wedding and decided to order from Windsor well... I found the dress and placed my order I received my confirmation and paid for extra shipping then later on i checked my bank statements and was charged a total of three times when I should have only been charged once immediately I called customer service and they were getting aggravated with me because of my concern of being charged three times mind you I only received one confirmation for my order so if I never checked my bank statement I wouldn't have noticed besides the fact that it was a mistake on Windsor's end they were upset I was calling and asking several questions to make sure I understood why this had occurred with that being said I am never doing a online purchase with Windsor again
Their customer service is absolutely awful, live chat is worse and their website is deceiving. I order a dress that stated final sale which was fine but it had an add on for a shaper to go underneath, I said I may need that. Nowhere on my order confirmation, when I placed the items in my basket or anything, did it say everything was final sale. I literally got the box yesterday, the dress doesn't fit and I don't need the shaper. No exhange, no return, I emailed, no answer, their live chat all the agent did was copy and paste replies so then I finally called where the agent spoke over me the majority of the time and she says well I can see it right here that it says final sale. Obviously as an employee you are gonna know where to go and see this information. As a consumer, I just clicked add on and it didn't tell me any of that information. I don't think I would be as upset if everyone that I interacted with at the company wasn't so damn rude, condescending and just absolutely horrible at the customer service portion of their job.
I called right after I placed an order to cancel it and they said they would do that no problem and that nothing has been charged. My card got charged TWO days later and now I have an overdraft fee from it. I called and both the rep and the Manager were very snotty about it and basically said it's my problem and they aren't going to cover the charges. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I went to the store and the company didn't have my size in store, but they had it online. They ordered it for us and they dress was supposed to be black and GREEN (I've been wanting a green dress for 2 years) however when it came in it was just black! I got a hold of the company after calling them the 2nd time and they had told me to many people had ordered the green dress so they sent out a black ones instead. WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW! My prom is 5/1 and I received the dress 4/29
I shop at Windsor quit often and I've never experienced anything like this. This experience has made it too where I will never shop there again. I made a purchase of almost $400 and the young ladies at the register were amazing. I went to leave the store and the metal detector went off "which normally happens with big purchases as they may forget to remove a buzzer". I immediately went back to the register for the associate to check the items. I was then told by the manager Lauren Orbe or Lauren Walden, to walk through the metal detector. Then she told me to take my purse off and walk back through the medal detector multiple times. At this point I'm humiliated by the experience. I immediately walked back the registered asked for the items I purchased and left the store. I returned right after and asked for a refund as I refuse to purchase from a retailer that would treat someone this way for no reason. When I returned and asked the associate for a refund, Lauren comes to the register takes my bag pored the items on the counter and said "I will gladly refund you" in a very combative and condescending tone. She was very rude and had a very disrespectful demeanor through the whole process, as I just wanted to return the items and leave this horrible experience. She never apologized nor ask why I wanted to refund the items, she pretty much stated she didn't care. I pray whatever is going on with her internally is healed but as for me I will take my business where it's appreciated.
This is the second time that I ordered something and due to vendor issues they removed the items from my shipment that I basically placed a transaction for. I told them to refund me my entire money and cancel the transaction and they still shipped me the parcel without the one item that I really wanted. They charged me for the money, then cancelled it and then charged me again. To top of it, customer service SUCKS. They take forever to reply and are unaccomodating and don't value customers. LAST TIME I SHOPPED FROM HERE EVER. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE
I seen very negative reviews after I purchased my dress and I was worried that it wasn't going to come in on time and it came early I ordered it April 5th and it arrived April 9th I also picked 9 day shipping so that's what made me worried but the dress is beautiful and good material!
I went to a Windsor store at a near mall at 8:30pm, the mall closes at 9pm, my daughter picked out a dress to try on, she proceeded to the fitting room and the attendant told her the fitting rom was closed. I understand that they wanted to leave on time, but it been a Friday night and with a lot of people in the store and with 99% of their merchandise being dresses, in our for a customer to make a decision on a purchase they need to try the dress on. I just don't know how many people will buy a dress without trying them on, specially since it was for a very special event. The attendant was rude, I asked her how are customers suppose to try on dresses before they purchase them, she stated 'YOU CAN'T'... Mind you I worked in retail before so I understand I will never leave stuff in the fitting room specially 30 minutes before closing time, that was just rude and bad customer service. You don't want to work mall hours nor give good customer service, simple, QUIT. It's such ashamed because I like the clothing and prices are decent but I will never go there again. Luckily I was able to find a store in the mall where my daughter was able to try a dress an purchased it.
This company has terrible customer service. First, I placed an order mistyping my address. I was one only one number off, and that incorrect address that I put in doesn't even exist, so I'm not sure why the order went through. Every other company would have had me correct the address. Anyways, as soon as I placed the order I noticed the mistake. I contacted their customer service, to which I was told, "we can't do anything for you." Mind you, it's not like the order already shipped, I had JUST placed it. EVERY other company has fixed this for me in the past, including small indie companies that just started up. There's no reason why they couldn't do it too. I had to jump through hoops with fedex and USPS to try and correct the shipping address. In addition, they sent me an email saying my package has arrived, but it wasn't there. I contacted customer service again, stating all the difficulties I had with them on top of my package not being there, to which they replied, "dispute it with the credit card company. Sorry for the inconvenience." Excuse me, but where's the proper etiquette? They should have refunded me or even just have done SOMETHING to attempt to make it better with the customer. To add insult to injury, some of my items arrived smelling so bad, and the others were fraying. Absolutely terrible, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Tried to return a new dress. The salesperson wouldn't take it - insisted it was worn WHICH IT WAS NOT! Had tags on. CRAZY - stay away from St. Louis Galleria location.

Answer: Their shipping is slow. You can return but return shipping is not free for evening gowns (evening gowns cannot be returned to stores so they must be shipped back).
