They are rated 1.5 stars for a reason. Total rip off and will scam you. They send you damaged products, accuse the customer of doing the damage and then refuse to refund your money.

Same how i feel about chiquel a TOTAL WASTE. Marie called me to discuss "harass me" about a review i left about chiquel and was beyond unprofessional and rude when marie contacted me via phone call. Within 5 minutes of conversation I felt attacked, bullied, & belittled. I shared my health challenges and Marie mocked me and had no sympathy whatsoever. The issue remains unresolved, the scammer who scammed me in chiquel neighborhood Facebook support group continues to be a member. And the admin who runs the chiquel Facebook group is the ring leader of the scamming circle. Since chiquel believes i no longer belong to the support group, therefore they ASSume I cannot see if they had removed the scammer, but as of today she is still a member of chiquel neighborhood Facebook support group.
Be very careful everyone when shopping from chiquel especially sell it Sundays 9 out 10 you will get scammed. STAY AWAY FROM CHIQUEL SELL IT SUNDAYS GROUP
Beware of buying from Wigs.com. I placed a large order, received half of it and despite calling and emailing many times, they refuse to communicate back on a resolution. Also, it's a small company in Dallas and they have caller ID, so now when I call to attempt to resolve the situation, they just keep putting me on hold. My only option was to dispute the charges with my credit card company - for thousands. This is terrible customer service and unprofessional/unethical business practice. I had high hopes for Wigs.com - they seemed so professional and had such great reviews - but you can't not take consumer calls when there's an issue to resolve.
I have, until now, been pleased with wigs.com. I have since moved to toppers and was pleased enough to order another. The newest one began to come apart with very little usage. Wig.com informed me that all toppers have limited usage time (4 months) before they fall apart, so, no refund, no replacement. And even though it does not state this when you are buying, it is shared if you call on.
Over 12 months ago, Wigs.com updated their website, and has had constant errors since that time. There is up to 50% off, yet when I click, there are no results found. I've cleared my history and cache, the issue is not resolved, and this has been the case since the update. I repeatedly notified them of the issue, begging them to fix it, and they blocked me on social media. This is false advertising. They do not care. The website is junk.
I called today their 800 number. I have two returns from 2022 and never received the credits on my credit card. I was informed I had a credit in my account to purchase something from them. According to my receipts I was supposed to be credited for $81.89 but the balance that they are giving me is$41.07. They charged me for the returns even though I returned them According to their rules and the label said "No postage necessary if mailed in the US." I insisted on getting the credit for $41.07 back on my credit card (even though I know I should get more) so the representative said that she would send my "cas" to the Customer Support Dept. for them to decide to credit my card. How do you like that? It's not for sure they will return my money. How many people are being treated like me? Imagine. This online business is getting away with dishonest policies.
I will never order from Wigs.com again. I ordered from them as they had the Stevie Wig (Double Monofilament) in stock and my usual vendor didn't. What a mistake. It barely looked like Monofilament and can barely see anything resembling a scalp. The bangs were too short and flipping on the sides, and there were barely any layers cut into the wig. Very stringy! My hairstylist noticed the difference right away and while trimming it and trying to add layers the hair would go into a S shape. What a waste of money! Next time I'm in a pinch to get a wig earlier I'll just wait it out for my usual vendor who sells the exact wig much cheaper when it's in stock. I feel ripped off my wigs.com
Ordered because of the hassle free return claim with prepaid shipping label. I did not get the label, customer service was not helpful and shipping them back on my own was costly. Would not recommend wigs.com, use somewhere else
In the beginnings of my wig journey I unfortunately chose wigs.com as my first online experience. It was the worst looking supposedly human hair wig I'd EVER seen. So shiny and helmet looking that said never again and decided I had to continue purchasing from my expensive wig maker from NY, although very inconvenient since I now live 1000 miles away.

Beware. I was at first impressed with all the Jane Fonda wigs. But - read the fine print - they are made in their own factories "to order" - and, in China. This is unethical, fraudulent stealing of images and styles from reputable nane brand lines, presented as if that is what you are ordering. The Federal Trade Commission should be notified. Reading the other reviews, you may yet get what you want - it's a big risk - and notice they state outright that they reserve the right to substitute styles and colors unless you check Do Not Substitute. Find a local shop online with the products you want at a good price, and with a good reputation.
I purchased extensions for $180.00 in a natural blonde and 5 months later I received orange and dark brown extensions and even though I did not take it out of the netting and ribbon packaging, they would not let me return it. They offered me an $18.00 credit to use at their website and refused to send me a return label. Over 6 emails where sent requesting a return and they completely refused.
I'm very unhappy and angry. They made a mistake and now I have no recourse than to pay an additional $9.85 for THEIR mistake? There's no phone #, no way to contact them via e-mail. So I'm out the money I paid and have no reddress.
I've been buying some wigs here and returning some, always following returning policy. Without any warning my account was blocked and an email from the company suggested to schedule a consultation. I did scheduled a consultation and spent an hour talking with the representative. After all that I was told that the representative didn't like me and didn't think that I was cooperating. This conclusion is very unfair, because I still have several screenshots of the wigs that she suggested for me and I didn't show any signs of not wanting to cooperate. I feel like I was discriminated against because of my accent, the accent of an immigrant from Ukraine.

Order 3 wig boxes early January. Received email confirmation with tracking number. Mid February no shipment no updated tracking no contact from
Company. Filed dispute with cc company to get my money back. Man called from customer service angry that i filed a dispute. He lied and said they sent several emails regarding delay. I received no such emails. Then he said he was charged $20 for the chargeback and hung up on me. BAD business! No apology, nothing but rudeness and hang up. There are many businesses out there fighting for business. I would not recommend Wigs.com who can't even be bothered to contact a customer and would keep their customer's money and not send them their item. BAD BAD BAD!
Placed an order online on 3/9/23. My order confirmation, which I printed off was $183.27 which included overnight shipping charges of $40.94. As of 3/13/23 my order has not arrived and I also learn that my credit card was charged for the amount of $188.66, $5.39 more than my confirmation. I called customer service on 3/13/23, was told I could not receive a refund for the overnight shipping because my zip code does not offer overnight shipping which the website did not disclose at the time I ordered and let me add the charge. So today I am told that the shipping was changed to 2nd day air Fed Ex, which was not my choice. My advice DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ordering from this company.
The wig I ordered was Blonde, color R21T. The wig I received is Grey, color R56. The return policy states that I will pay the shipping charge of $12.58 to return the wrong item. I've tried to call the customer service number 4 times only to receive a recorded message that they weren't able to take the call and to call back at another time. This was after being on hold for 9 minutes each time.
I highly suggest not purchasing ANYTHING from this company. If you decide to return something, they WON'T give you a full credit. They shorted me $24.60. This company's practice is complete robbery. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again! They aren't transparent when people are placing orders that full refunds WILL NOT be received for returns. You shouldn't have to go searching on their website for that information. THIS IS A GIANT SCAM! Customer service responded by attaching the link to their "return policy" which is complete bogus. I wish I could give them negative stars on this review. I'm beyond furious.
Horrible customer service. Sold me a visibly used wig and responded not once to my phone calls and emails. No refund, no replacement, out $1500 and stuck with a wig that I have no idea where it's been. Washed it in the hopes to get some sort of use, water turned dirty brown. Disgusting. Tried to review the wig on their site, they won't approve negative reviews. Wigs.com is a scam. Beware.
I began ordering wigs online from wigs.com in 1997. Only once in all that time was there an issue. They shipped wrong style/wrong color and it looked "used" because it had been brushed out and it was a curly style -- I sent it back and got the same thing back twice!(There were no re-stocking fees back then.) So I gave up. I ordered a much less expensive piece, got it with no probs and proceeded to order my 3 or more wigs per year. No other problem ever occurred. I think they try to be what they say they are. I don't/won't use anyone else as a wig vendor.

I ordered several years ago with no problem. And more importantly, this past spring, made a exchange and had no problem. I would use them again. So are these real reviews?
May y Response- How dare you accuse people of all different areas and dates making up "bogus reviews"? Instead of focusing on pretending to be over joyful with your so called great orders, and writing positive reviews as if you were a customer... Focus on not ripping people off with the junk you sell that i can get at the dollar store or rite-aid. You need a wake up call. Fix what your doing wrong instead of covering yourself up as a "happy customer"
Answer: If it was a final sale you might wonna keep it cause you will not get refund they donate your wig to charity. I found that out when I tried to return 3 wigs I paid almost $70 for. I did not receive no refund I will never buy from wig.com any more.
