If it was a final sale you might wonna keep it cause you will not get refund they donate your wig to charity. I found that out when I tried to return 3 wigs I paid almost $70 for. I did not receive no refund I will never buy from wig.com any more.

There is a 25% restocking fee, and if they decide that you tried it on without the plastic cap or if they decide its damaged, you will get no refund at all.

Yes you can and so far I personally haven't had a problem. However there is a restocking fee and you don't get free return delivery either which I think is crummy. So answer no, to full refund. Read the fine print!
