Bad. Shipping was free for orders over $79 spent. I spent over $100. I paid $40 for next day air only to receive a partial order 5 days later. Then i called for my missing items and was told it wasn't in stock yet. When i received everything 9 days had already past. The quality was very cheap and i asked to be reimbursed for the $40 shipping i paid for next day air? She was rude and said NO. Never will use this company AGAIN.

Ann F said -Ok I read the reviews, some of these reviews have to be bogus. This company does have a phone number on their website. They stick to their return policy. I ordered several years ago with no problem. And more importantly, this past spring, made a exchange and had no problem. I would use them again. So are these real reviews?

May y Response- How dare you accuse people of all different areas and dates making up "bogus reviews"? Instead of focusing on pretending to be over joyful with your so called great orders, and writing positive reviews as if you were a customer... Focus on not ripping people off with the junk you sell that i can get at the dollar store or rite-aid. You need a wake up call. Fix what your doing wrong instead of covering yourself up as a "happy customer"
