I purchased extensions for $180.00 in a natural blonde and 5 months later I received orange and dark brown extensions and even though I did not take it out of the netting and ribbon packaging, they would not let me return it. They offered me an $18.00 credit to use at their website and refused to send me a return label. Over 6 emails where sent requesting a return and they completely refused.
IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR WIG, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY WITHOUT SHIPPING FEE AND A RE-STOCK CHARGE.
THE WIG I ORDERD WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OF AVERAGE SIZE, BUT IT WAS VERY SMALL SO IT DID NOT FIT AND IT ONLY CAME IN ONE SIZE SO I WAS STUCK.

I purchased a clearance wig from wigs.com last month for a total cost of $39.74. A few days later I received an email that the total price was changed to $40.22. About a week later I received the wig and it was not like the picture on the website so I returned it for a refund. A week later I received a letter that I could not return the wig but could get a credit to buy another one. I called customer service today to select a different wig and they told me I only had a $15.49 credit! They charged me a 20% restocking fee for a wig I didn't even wear! Ridiculous!
I placed an order and received confirmation. The amount was charged to my credit card. I then received a tracking number and it said the wig would be delivered 2/23/22. However, when I did not get it as indicated, I went back into UPS to see where it was. UPS indicated that the seller requested the package be returned to them. This after it traveled from Kansas to NJ and was basically right around the corner, possibly even on the truck. UPS said they had no explanation and to contact seller directly regarding the matter. I did not receive anything from them indicating that they did this or why. I am disputing the charge with the credit card company. I am also waiting for a return I sent them to be credited back to my account. It may turn out that I need to dispute that charge as well.
I paid 300$ for my wig on September 10th and still haven't received anything. I contacted them by email about ten times but they tell me that my order will arrive but it's been 4 months! And on the tracking site, my order has been blocked since October 13! Don't order on wigs.com!
I was dissatisfied with the wig I purchased. I have no access to a printer and therefore could not use the "return label" on the website "beautyandhair.com/returns". On two separate days I called the 800 # and was put on hold for over an hour. I was then told by automated response that the call was being discontinued. This happened on two separate occasions. I wanted to get instructions on how to return merchandise without using the label. I am still unable to contact customer service. I do NOT recommend this company.
After receiving product that does not match what is advertised TWICE they kept the money sent to them over $300. Better make sure you have style and color dialed in from a previous purchase ELSEWHERE before you order from this outfit. I am filing a case with the BBB.
The color, quality and style is divine. I do not have thinning hair, I simply have short hair which I love but once in a while I like to mix it up and I don't like the idea of wearing a front lace wig. This is such a great way to mix it up- the topper looks like real, believable hair.
I get compliments every day and I get asked "Who does your hair?" I love my hair too much and i also like this place so much!
They wear well and no one can tell you have one on if you match your own hair color. I have three. Wear them almost every day. My own hair is thinningso this is the next best fix.
I can not stress enough how upset I am with this company wigs.com. My mom is going through Chemo and wanted to get a few wigs to try on. We went on this site because they claim to take returns. She only like one of the wigs, and we sent back the other two wigs. I get an email this morning saying that they will not return them for a refund because they were worn and in bad condition, this is completely false, unless they consider trying it on! Unreal! DO Not Order from this company! Total scam! I am reporting the to the better business bureau and contacting my credit card.
I could not decide which color to choose between medium brown and fiery red. So I bought two. They arrived to me in a timely manner and were nicely packaged in a box. I preferred fiery red to medium brown since the medium brown did not work on me. I contacted the customer service and asked for return. The return process was simple and smooth.
Before I purchased, I read the reviews here and became worried about ordering. I started investigating, and even tried to find similar products on Amazon, or another reputable site. Couldn't find anything. I contacted HairUWear and they verified that Wigs.com was one of their online vendors. So, I bit the bullet and placed my order. Not only did I receive a high quality wig, but I received it in less than a week! I hope this review helps someone else doing their own investigation, and settles their nerves. Of course, this is only my own experience, but based on that, I'm very pleased!
Im so surprised at all of these bad reviews. I ordered my wigs, they arrived in about 3 weeks, and they are all great! Exactly what I wanted, and the quality is good!
Maybe the other people bought the cheapest wigs? I dont know. But, mine look great and I couldnt be happier with them!
I can't believe all the bad reviews. They must be talking about another wig site. Wigs.com is one of the best or THE BEST wig company on-line.
I had a great experience with wigs.com. They are very easy to deal with. The first wig I bought was beautiful but it wasn't for me, so I returned it for a full refund. Then I bought another wig from them which is just right.
Mistakenly I bought a second wig from www.wig.com, not www.wigs.com. Dealing with wig.com (Paula Young) was a bad experience and I won't buy from them again.
I've ordered from here once before - paid additional $40 to have next day shipping (which didn't happen) with terrible customer service on top of that. They had a really good coupon a couple of weeks ago and I had an important meeting coming up so I thought I'd try one more time. Ordered and paid for express shipping (2-3 business days). There was no shipment, no emails, no phone calls. I called today - the day before I have to be somewhere - and they said it was on back order and apologized for no communication. Then they said they'd call me back. I DESPISE this company and will NEVER order from here ever again. I don't care what kind of deal you think you're getting from here - it's literally NOT worth it.
They do not provide what they advertise. The wig I received looked nothing like the photo. They refuse to refund money, then say it has been sent but they obviously lie, because I never received it. They need to be shut down; why let them continue to misrepresent and cheat people.
The pictures are lovely, but the product is bad! The wig I ordered was too big and didn't look at all like the picture. It was also very poor quality.
Answer: If it was a final sale you might wonna keep it cause you will not get refund they donate your wig to charity. I found that out when I tried to return 3 wigs I paid almost $70 for. I did not receive no refund I will never buy from wig.com any more.
