Having ordered a product for £50 on sale from £90, I waited in anticipation for its delivery. Unfortunately the item never arrived and instead of sending a replacement the answer was "here's a refund" "too bad, you can now purchase it at full price".
Customer service is very poor, there's no phone contact available and the chat app is awful. The chat app crashes constantly on a mobile device, it takes for ever to connect with someone who generally cant do much to help.
I have ordered products before for my bike crazy son from this site, but the customer service received when something goes wrong is abysmal. SHAME ON YOU!
Absolutely appalling company, paid over £37.00 for goods and never received them. Complained many times only to be ignored, even when presented with evidence from Evri that their curiour hadn't delivered to correct address they still wouldn't warranty a claim. Don't buy anything from them as they're ignorant.
I've used wiggle for 10 years but never again after the last two experiences. Both times I've paid for next day delivery with dpd and they have sent with Evri who are thieves and liars, the driver has stolen both parcels. Wiggle refuse to refund me. They have their tongues deeply lodged in Evri an*s. They probably team up together to maximise profits. Wiggle and Evri are lying s*um bags. Refund my money immediately.
Stay clear from using any company who use Ivry to save cost on the expense of unsuspecting hard working and honest customers who relay on companies who care less about people like you and me whose Ivry have made and will a 100% out of 8 in 10 of future customers have their experience becomes: 'A living hell'.
In the end, Wiggle, refunded and I hold them responsible for continuing to working with most evil Ivry, I have one thing to say to any businesses who continue using them to be responsible in keeping Ivry in business and should compensate every customer who purchase from you, who you let down by using unreliable couriers so to save £££ in costs. It's easy reverting to refunding "US" (your future /loyal customers such as myself' an avid cyclist who you let down).
I suffer from anxiety and the experience caused my blood pressure to shoot so high, needless to to say, made me very ill too from stress.
A message to wiggle, I know I'm just a drop in the ocean, equally, you lost a valuable customer who sticks up with business who deliver. Actually, the experience has helped me to save time and money in the future.
*By helping Ivry stay in business you not only encourage them to fail to deliver but to turn a blind eye on their couriers criminal activites allowing them to profite and make healthy additional income in the black market from goods stolen durung whilst on delivery knowing they'll always get away with their criminality.
Ps: To every customer who read this, you've been warned use them at your own peril.
My parcel was marked as lost! That's it,Ivry? And what about Wiggle? Refunding me only made my experience worse as I had to lose a day's earning by leaving work early. Thanks to you sticking up with Ivry not only you messed up my day, you almost caused me to lose faith in shopping online, as a result, I reverted to ordering from Amazon time again who as always delivered my parcel in style not once but twice the next day after the experience I had with you and Ivry.
Wiggle is going downhill, quickly. Since the most recent update the service has gone slower, and the delivery company they now partner up with, Evri, is absolutely awful.
Have been receiving the same message for days from Evri "we couldn't deliver since you were not in", however, we have a reception staffed all day.
Contacted Wiggle multiple times to ask for assistance originally, then to cancel the order and get a refund, but they have not responded once.
Lost me as client and will recommend to all my network to think twice before ordering form them. There are plenty of other online retailers with very similar prices and much better service.
No customer service phone number.
Repetitive email replies from customer service agents who do not seem to understand or try to solve the problem.
No contact details for complaints.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Wiggle. I used to use Wiggle regularly for cycling gear but for some reason haven't recently. The price was good so I thought I'd try them again.
Unfortunately, one of the shoes was defective. The toe cap was moulded wrongly so it digs into the toes.
I reported it by email to Wiggle straight away. The website said they'll reply within 24h, while the automated response said 48h. Either way, after 2 days there was no reply.
I tried calling but they "don't accept phone calls from retail customers"...
So I tried the "Live" Chat. 45 min wait just for someone to pick up, and then about 15 min of faffing - supplying the same information multiple times. 1h later, his response was that he'll reply to my email. Not sure why I needed to waste an hour to get them to do their job, but there you go.
He replied, requesting photos. I sent them straight away, showing the defect and comparing the two shoes. 5 days later, still no reply.
It's now going through PayPal complaints. Hopefully, I'll be able to get my money back.
This is no longer the Wiggle I used to love. It seems they are trying their hardest to provide an awful customer service and avoid repeat business - and they're succeeding! I'll never use them again.
I ordered shoes and got a bike helmet instead. Their standard reply email referenced work in April, although we were well into May. It then took 48 hours for them to respond. Despite them messing up the order, they wouldn't correct it until receiving the wrong item back. No contrition. Not the customer service experience one would expect of a major brand.
On Apr. 13 I ordered a bicycle chain tool from wiggle.com. The transaction transpired via Paypal, however the "merchant" cited was a fraternal organization, to my amazement, Phi Delta Theta.
I'd had to register an account with Wiggle before I could initiate the order. I was emailed innocuously enough by Wiggle at that time. However, 1 minute later I received from Wiggle an email that asked if it was myself who changed my address and if so to contact their security investigation arm. I didn't notice that for a week. Meantime, 6 days after I ordered the item I began to investigate what was going on because I had no clue when to expect delivery. I went to my account on Wiggle.com and it said I had made no orders! The item was there in my cart. Going to my CC company I saw that the charge had been made and by that Phi Delta Theta entity. I contacted Wiggle asking what the problem could be and got automated response saying they'd reply within 48 hours. 40 hours later I get another email from them asking for my exact name on my account and my billing address. I email them that and get another automated response saying they will get back to me. I have heard nothing from Wiggle since. But the same day (yesterday) I start getting possible fraud alerts from my CC company. I call them and cancel the CC number and assure them that several charges on the CC in the last few days WERE INDEED FRAUDULENT. It's apparent to me that either someone at Wiggle is engaging in criminal activity or their website has been hacked. Wiggle's lack of response to me is an alarming red flag. I would not do business with them again.
Ordered two jackets which they said were picked and packed, then the day after the promised delivery day received an email saying there was a problem with the delivery address and they'd been returned to them. The Yodel tracking, however, never clicked through, so I don't believe the items were ever sent in the first place. Disgraceful way to treat a returning customer - it won't happen again as I will shop elsewhere.
I ordered a Huub Anemoi Triathlon suit from Wiggle. When it arrived it was not the same model as what was advertised on their site. After contacting them they admitted to the error and I responded to them that I would like to take delivery of the item that was advertised but they refuse to do this. They also said they would update their webpage with the correct pictures.
Now almost a month has passed and they are still using what they admitted was wrong pictures for this item so they are still basically continuing to scam clients even though this has been reported to them.
Be careful when ordering items from Wiggle as it might be a huge waste of time and money as you might not get what you ordered.
I ordered a pair of Haglof trousers. Courier was Evri who have still to deliver them after 3 weeks in transit. Problem is I cannot contact Wiggle to chase them up, no phone number and they do not reply to emails. Will not be using them again
Purchased Fox 34 factory forks@ £989.00, arrived with no packing tape around the box, box was part open, after fitting I found the right-hand bush appeared loose, there was a nocking sound when braking, tried to phone, live chat, email, no reply. 18 months later still no live chat, so I am having Silverfish repair the forks for me at over £100.00. Please give these muppets a miss, why ever did Chain Reaction cycles sell out to them. Bob
I ordered two HUUB Small buoyancy swim shorts and they sent me two Small sizes, but they were different lengths. I sent them a picture and asked to have the larger size sent to me and I'll return the smaller size, but they refused. I have to send both back "for inspection" which can last 14 days so I said screw it, I want my money back. This is a company that is tied up in their policy underwear at the expense of the customer.
From the moment of "BUY" to the final communication. Nothing but, department of redundancy dept. while dragging their feet in each and every step, non responsive, digitally: could not cancel duplicate unintended purchase, in 3 min. From transaction, [5 min is their limit/not true] in drop shippers hell, each step was beyond tedious. And the fee discounted from Belfast Ireland/San Diego. On a package that i refused receipt of post, as per their direction. In short, $20 USD for the privileges' of being annoyed and ignored, with a confusing, "Don't Confuse Us" with further inquiries message in E-mail response. Or we will drag our feet more obtusely? The model of success is apparently not in the cheap/discounted product: wiggle/chain-reaction-cycles, but in the global shipping game, clipping as they go..
The order I received was so poorly packaged both ends of the box were open. Two items were missing and the tire I ordered was the wrong width. I contacted them two days ago and have heard nothing back. I know it's a busy time of the year for retail but this is ridiculous.
Не уважают клиентов! деньги сняли, а нет заказа *******806. Не уважают клиентов! деньги сняли, а нет заказа *******806.
Ordered a bike bag. Significantly delayed delivery even with consideration of the pandemic. Made wiggle aware of this. Proceeded via their nominated courier to deliver then late despite knowing I had left the country and offered no alternative solutions.
Horrible experience. Stole my money and don't reply to e-mails (at all).
This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. About a month ago I bought and subsequently returned two pairs of shoes. One of these returns was processed and refunded, the second was not.
I have sent multiple e-mails over the last two weeks and had absolutely no replies from this company. I am now having to raise a PayPal dispute.
Avoid this company at all costs, they're crooks and they'll take your money and ignore you.
Answer: No. Their "chat line" is never open or at least never when I have tried to contact them
