Due to to the lack of information on the website I had an additional charge of NZD 408,76 on my purchase. I live in New Zealand and I did not know that the product would come from United Kingdon. And even though I had this information, once I found it on Google New Zealand and bought it from Wiggle New Zealand website, I would not imagine that I could be charged with import tax.
The information provided on the website, on the main page of the product give detail information about delivery and returns, but does not provide anything about additional taxes. Just later I realized there was the information in another link entitled "Terms & Conditions". Why not provide this information on the main page of the product, together with other information related to Delivery and Returns?
Considering I had the information that Wiggle would answer my question in 4 days, and DHL gave me 3 days to pay the taxes to New Zealand Custom, and I had no information what would happen If I did not pay the taxes in the 3 days, I have decided to pay the imported duties.
I am happy with the product, but not happy with the Wiggle Website information and neither happy with the company.
I do not agree that I had to pay for the taxes, considering I have bought it from a New Zealand website and also the absence of information about it on the main page of the product on Wiggle Website or even some kind of alert about it before the purchase.
