Great, though the pannier arrived pretty scratched up in the box. A bit strange as it was still in the plastic and there were no loose parts? No problem for me but worth checking before they're sent out.

I had a prompt response to my shopping question, which assisted me in making the correct decision to purchase appropriate shoes and cleats for my spin classed at my local gym. Shipping was fast and items arrived undamaged.

Ordering was easy and package arrive in good time, but on the Monday after the promised Friday delivery date. The courier also did not follow my instructions to have someone sign for it, just left it in the foyer of our office.

Web site was easy to use and navigate. Payment process was easy to follow and worked well, as it should. All I can recommend is that to have more detailed specifications of your product. Ie. For the pump, maximum pressure it can inflate to, material that it's made from and scale of pressure meter. Also to state best suited to low pressure high volume mountain bikes or suitable for high pressure road bike tyres.

Fine. But I can't rate the product until see how they wear. Shimano branded cleats are getting quite expensive so I've tried generic stuff and it has been pretty hopeless. So I'll reserve judgement on the cycling deal cleats until I've used them a while. All I can say now is they clip in and out fine!

Sturdy. I'm happy so far. I popped felt underneath to stop from scratching the ground. It is outside undercover, so may deteriorate over time, but we'll see.

Smaller bikes (12") need the rear wheel in the rack. I'm also using it to store a scooter at the moment. Keeps it neat and tidy.

Easy to pop together, the bike racks can be changed, so a bike can enter from the other side if you had the space. You will need to unbolt quickly and switch the rack around.

Great service, prompt delivery I had the new bikehand repair stand within a week of ordering even with the current health pandemic that we are all facing. As for the bike stand would highly recommend it, used it a bunch of time already from maintenance and general bike cleaning. Found it to be very sturdy, I will be honest i was a bit worried that it would struggle holding a bike from the dropper post but handle it with ease. Pretty much attached the tool rack and it was ready to go. All round great experience.

The only hassle was the tracking for delivery, the tracking never updated for six days and I was left wondering whether my parcel had gone missing. The order took eleven days from purchase to delivery to go from Victoria to New South Wales. So delivery was longer than I anticipated.

I would have no hesitations in recommending this company to anyone that may need bicycle parts as I will be returning when I need something.

Relatively easy to find a wheel set that was close enough to our needs (actually wanted some runs to suit 2.4s but settled for 2.2 capability).
The option to choose to pick up the order at the time of ordering would be great.

Cyclingdeals always have good prices and get your parts despatched from their warehouse on the next working day. Unfortunately they get let down by their courier company, in this case it took 3 days for them to move a parcel less than 20km.

Good but i couldn't see the size shoe i had chosen in the item details at checkout. Fingers crossed the right size is delivered.
I thought cleats were included. For me description was not clear.
I haven't seen shoes yet as they were delivered to my daughters.

Wrong size sent, even though the site gave me option to select the correct size, the sale size was sent. No options were given for exchange, only to send back for refund at my expense. End result was it cost me $20 for nothing

I was looking for some carbon handlebars having the same shape as the alloy bars that came stock on my bike. Loved the shape on the stock bars but wanted to add a little compliance as well as get a bit narrower. The weight savings was nice as well. Nice deal, fast shipping. Thanks!
