The extensive product range and deals stand out from other retailers. The option to enquire about specific products is reflective of the importance of having customer interaction when shopping at bike stores; a detail that is much appreciated. However, a few products lacked in images that would have helped with knowing the finer specifications and usability.
Quite a poor buying experience: - The Add To Cart button didn't work. It eventually worked only after clicking it for about the 10th time. - When filling in my details it said mobile phone was optional. But when I tried to pay it gave me an error saying the mobile phone number had to be provided.
Very easy to install and looks good. Have only just set it up but am confident that it will do the job. Has freed up space in my garage.

Great service, prompt delivery I had the new bikehand repair stand within a week of ordering even with the current health pandemic that we are all facing. As for the bike stand would highly recommend it, used it a bunch of time already from maintenance and general bike cleaning. Found it to be very sturdy, I will be honest i was a bit worried that it would struggle holding a bike from the dropper post but handle it with ease. Pretty much attached the tool rack and it was ready to go. All round great experience.
Was looking for bike repair stand and came across the website and the rest is history.
Very quick turnaround, I place my order on a Wednesday evening and the part was delivered on Friday morning.

Web site was easy to use and navigate. Payment process was easy to follow and worked well, as it should. All I can recommend is that to have more detailed specifications of your product. Ie. For the pump, maximum pressure it can inflate to, material that it's made from and scale of pressure meter. Also to state best suited to low pressure high volume mountain bikes or suitable for high pressure road bike tyres.
Cyclingdeal offered the product I was after at a very reasonable price, and I could buy it online and have it delivered. Easy.

Bought multiple items off them when you could go into the shop ( bikes, forks, bike racks, wheels, tyres, tools plus more) a lot less on line.
Always went into the store but now they are only online. So hopefully there online service is as good as the in store service was.
The post office ruined the box what the headset came in so I had head set bearings loose but other then that it works great thanks
